In recent years, naval vessels have been developed to fulfill a variety of missions by being equipped with various cutting-edge equipment and ICT technologies. One of the main missions of Korean naval vessels is anti-ballistic missile warfare to defend key units and areas against the growing threat of ballistic missiles. Because the process of detection and interception is too complex and the cost of failure is much high, a lot of preparation is required to effectively conduct anti-ballistic missile warfare. This paper describes the development of a simulation model of anti-ballistic missile warfare with combat systems and equipment to be installed on future naval vessels. In particular, the DEVS formalism providing a modular and hierarchical modeling manner was applied to the simulation model, which can be utilized to efficiently represent various anti-ballistic missile warfare situations. In the simulation results presented, experiments were conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the model for effective detection resource management in anti-ballistic missile warfare. This study is expected to be utilized as a variety of analysis tools necessary to determine the optimal deployment and configuration of combat resources and operational tactics required for effective anti-ballistic missile warfare of ships in the future.
In modern war, Intercept Performance of SAM(Surface to Air Missile) is gaining importance as range and precision of Missile and Guided Weapon on information warfare have been improved. An aerial defence system using Surface-to-air Radar and Guided Missile is needed to be built for prediction and defense from threatening aerial attack. When developing SAM, M&S is used to free from a time limit and a space restriction. M&S is widely applied to education, training, and design of newest Weapon System. This study was conducted to develop simulator for evaluation of Intercept Performance of SAM. In this study, architecture of Intercept Performance of SAM analysis simulator for estimation of Intercept Performance of various SAM was suggested and developed. The developed Intercept Performance of SAM analysis simulator was developed by C++ and Direct3D, and through 3D visualization using the Direct3D, it shows procedures of the simulation on a user animation window. Information about design and operation of Fighting model is entered through input window of the simulator, and simulation engine consisted of Object Manager, Operation Manager, and Integrated Manager conducts modeling and simulation automatically using the information, so the simulator gives user feedback in a short time.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the clinical competence by the face-to-face, non-face-to-face clinical practice stress and the stress coping. A survey was conducted among nursing students of university in Seoul and Chungcheong City from June 10 to July 10, 2021. 201 copies were included in the final data analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regressions was used. As a result, in the first stage, nursing students grades, major satisfaction, and face-to-face practice satisfaction explained 19.4% of their clinical performance ability, in the second step, stress coping was added to increase explanatory power by 19.6% allowing a total of 39.0% of randomness to be explained. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic data for the counseling, development, and education programs for stress coping to increase clinical competence.

The purpose of this study is to examine the physical and psychological effects of lifelong physical activity and the role of leader capacity, to provide practical basic data on intangible benefits and to suggest ways to activate the value of lifelong physical education. This study was conducted from September 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018, with a total of 206 questionnaires centering on men and women participating in sports in Jeollanam do. The two-step approach proposed by Anderson & Gerbing (1988) was used to examine the structural relationships between physical benefits, social benefits, mental benefits, self efficacy benefits, leisure cultural benefits, physical effects, mental effects, Respectively. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows. First, physical and leisure cultural benefits have a positive(+) direct effect on leader capacity. Second, self-efficacy benefits, physical benefits, and leisure cultural benefits have positive direct effects on physical effects. Third, self-efficacy and leisure culture benefits have a direct positive effect on mental effects. Fourth, leadership competence plays a mediating role in the relationship between leisure cultural benefits and physical effects. In addition, it has a mediating role in the relationship between leisure cultural benefits and mental effects. In order to maximize the quantitative expansion and qualitative improvement of living sports and to enhance intangible value of participants in sports for all, the private capital investment such as the training of competent leaders, the development of various programs, and the investment support in the public sector, We hope that the role of the new welfare service delivery system shared with welfare will be provided.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of core competencies recognized by Korean sports students and to identify directions and methods for strengthening the competence of sports students in the future direction of future society. The results of analysis of 309 students of sports major students are as follows. First, the importance of core competencies recognized by college students in sports was in the order of self - management capacity, interpersonal capacity, communication capacity, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capability, and global capability. Second, the students' performance of their core competencies evaluated by sports college students was in the order of interpersonal competence, self-management competence, communication competence, comprehensive thinking ability, global competency, and resource information technology utilization competency. Third, the difference between the importance of core competence and the degree of performance was found to be significant in all areas, and the areas of great difference were total thinking, communication ability, resource information technology utilization capacity, self-management capability, Relationship competence. While college students in sports college have relatively high level of interpersonal competence, self-management competence and communication ability, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capacity and global competency are weak. Therefore, It will be able to be reborn as the talent required by society. The end of the 20th century, along with the popularity of new media technology and the rise of new media art, dance as a visual art, and body language art, has the features of more and more rich and changeful. In today's Internet booming new media environment, many different fields, such as film and theater, computer technology, digital art, etc.) with its commonness and characteristics of all kinds of interaction between the creation, produced a new interdisciplinary research with theoretical model. This study discusses mass unemployment and job insecurity due to the 4th industrial revolution and technological progress. In particular, the construction automation service method can contribute to increasing work productivity, preventing on-site safety accidents, and enhancing the competitiveness of the construction industry according to rapid development and convergence between technologies. However, there is great concern that the position of workers will decrease and the income distribution will deteriorate. Therefore, this study is necessary to alleviate the anxiety of the labor market and to find a direction for the government and all walks of life to ponder. To carry out this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with two experts currently engaged in the construction field, and through analysis, we intend to derive meaning and identify current trends, identify necessary improvement measures and institutional areas and suggest research directions. As a result of the analysis, it is possible to suggest a response strategy in a total of three themes: purpose, implication, and strategy. Based on this, there are response strategies in four areas: (1) industrial site response, (2) worker response, (3) education, and (4) training response, and government and corporate response. Through this study, it is necessary to revitalize economic and sociological discussions in the future so that the improvement in productivity and efficiency of society as a whole due to technological innovation of construction automation services does not lead to social problems such as an increase in the unemployment rate and a decrease in jobs in the labor market.

Recently a drama that features a lawyer with autism spectrum disorder has attracted a lot of attention, raising interest in the difficulties faced by people with autism spectrum disorders. If the Autism spectrum gets detected early and proper education and treatment, the prognosis can be improved, so the development of the treatment is urgently needed. Drugs currently used to treat autism spectrum often have side effects, so Digital Therapeutics that have no side effects and can be supplied in large quantities are drawing attention. In this paper, we introduce 'AEmotion', an application and a Digital Therapeutic that provides emotion and facial expression learning for toddlers with an autism spectrum disorder. This system is developed as an application for smartphones to increase interest in training autistic children and to test easily. Using machine learning, this system consists of three main stages: an 'emotion learning' step to learn emotions with facial expression cards, an 'emotion identification' step to check if the user understood emotions and facial expressions properly, and an 'expression training' step to make appropriate facial expressions. Through this system, it is expected that it will help autistic toddlers who have difficulties with social interactions by having problems recognizing facial expressions and emotions.

Recently, with the development of digital, children are exposed to a lot of media media. Reading activity decreases, making it difficult to acquire information from books or organize and remember acquired information. Since education with augmented reality increases children's participation and immersion in learning, we proposed a reading activity application with augmented reality technology to increase children's reading interest and creativity. In addition, based on the five nurturing processes, we designed a play-oriented reading activity for the application. In addition to the application suggestions, we designed a play-centered lesson model so that it can be used in actual lessons. In order to analyze the conceptual thinking framework according to the lesson model design, we visited an actual daycare center and conducted a class attended by an expert. Experts who participated were asked to fill out a pre-produced questionnaire to review the suitability of the reading activity class model and operation, and the feasibility was examined. Our lesson model design was based on limited book content, and due to ethical concerns, large-scale experiments with children could not be conducted, so the results of the study are not representative of the whole. However, it is significant that the possibility of running a new reading activity class based on the Nuri course has been examined and proposed.

The purpose of this study is to find out the experience and meaning of discrimination among Korean-Chinese part-time job international students. To this end, after in-depth interviews with nine Korean-Chinese part-time job international students from May to June 2022, the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. The findings were as follows: New challenges for living expenses and efficient adaptation, this road full of thorns, efforts to adapt beyond discrimination, growth and relationships through part-time jobs turned out to be opportunities. This experience became a process for Korean-Chinese part-time international students to grow further as well as solve economic problems. However, they are subject to multiple discrimination due to their dual status as international students and ethnic Korean-Chinese. Their Korean identity gives a more directed differential experience in the process of working part-time. But in the process, they are still overcoming difficulties. Korean-Chinese international students are growing up by accepting discrimination experiences and adapting to their international life. As a result of the above research, we need education and help to guarantee working human rights for Korean-Chinese part-time students with the development of a multicultural society in the future.
