본 연구는 충남지역 사회적 경제 조직의 활성화 방안 연구로 선행연구를 기반으로 한 문헌 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 주요결과를 나타내었다. 첫째, 충남 사회적 경제 조직 추진체계 및 제도의 고도화가 필요하다. 둘째, 사회적 경제 조직에 대한 통합적 지원 시스템 구축으로 시·군의 다양한 사회적 경제 조직 활성화 방안을 고도화 할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 사회적 경제 조직의 상품에 대한 공공구매의 확대가 필요하다. 넷째, 사회적 경제 조직의 사업역량 강화 및 교육 활성화가 필요하다. 다섯째, 사회적 경제 조직에 대한 네트워크 고도화와 차별화된 비즈니스 창출이 필요하다. 한편 본 연구를 통해 나타낸 충남지역의 사회적 경제 조직이 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째 사회적 경제 조직은 지역 내 다양한 문제해결과 개선이라는 측면에서 충남 도정과 시·군의 정책 실행 의지가 공유되며, 이를 기반으로 사회적 경제 조직 영역의 고도화가 요구된다. 둘째, 충남지역의 특성상 산업기반의 취약성, 고령화에 따른 인구구조의 변화를 극복하기 위한 핵심요인인 사회적 경제 조직이란 인식의 전환이 필요하다. 셋째, 사회적 경제 조직에 대한 인식전환과 교육 강화를 통해 긍정적 인식전환이 요구된다. 이를 위해 공공교육 및 민관 합동교육 등을 통해 지역주민들의 인식수준의 향상이 필요하다.

Purpose - The article views the theoretical basis of adaptation concentric matrix models in the analysis of the financial condition of the organization. Presented the elements counting procedures in the assessment of economic stability. Research design, data, and Methodology - Used the economic indicates in the concentric matrix models. The article views the specific using the concentric matrix models in the analysis of the financial condition of the organization. Results - The concentric matrix models can be adaptation to the analysis of financial conditions of organizations and to the comparative analysis. In the process of analysis of economic stability can be used "a field of efficiency". The classical variant of methods is transformed. The detailed assessment of influence of individual factors defined the additional methods. Conclusions - In the article the methods are demonstrated on the material of organization (Hyundai Elevator Co, China Communications Construction Company).

재난 피해지역 사회적 경제조직의 역할 중요성에 대한 인식이 높아짐에 따라 이에 대한 기부 또한 늘고 있다. 이재민에게 직접 전달되는 의연금과 달리 피해지역 지원활동의 자금으로 전달되는 새로운 흐름이 일어나고 있는 것이다. 그동안 의연금에 치중되어 온 국내 기존연구에 더하여 본 논문은 사회적 경제조직 및 기부가 증가하고 있는 일본사례를 분석함으로써 한국에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 동일본 대지진 피해지역 사회적 경제조직과 온라인 기부 시스템에 초점을 맞추었고, 분석결과, 서비스 이용자에게 선택권을 부여함으로써 건전한 사회적 경제 시장 형성 및 고용창출에 기여하는 바우처 방식과, 지원자와 지원을 받는 자 간의 공감대 형성에 기여하는 시민기금이라는 두 가지 온라인 기부방식의 유효성이 제시되었다.

The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

최근 들어서 본격화된 '경제의 세계화'는 세계경제공간조직에 심대한 변화를 야기하였다. 본 연구에서는 세계화와 지방화의 개념, 태평양지역에서 나타난 경제공간조직 변화의 흐름, 그리고 경제공간조직 변화와 관련된 주요 과정을 검토하였다. '영역과 영역사이의 상호의존성 증대'로 인식되는 세계화의 진척은 특히 태평양 지역의 경제공간조직에 큰 변화를 가져왔으며, 이는 크게 지역내 교역과 해외직접투자의 증가, 신산업지구의 발전, 국경지대의 성장삼각지대의 등장 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 경제공간조직의 변화를 야기하는 요인으로는 세계적 차원에서 이루어지는 공간분업과 상품체인, 신흥 공업국의 산업구조재편, 생산조직 및 산업의 네트워크 형성 등을 꼽을 수 있다. 앞으로 세계화/지방화로 인한 변화가 가져오는 부정적 효과를 최소화하고 지속가능한 발전을 하기 위해서는 '협력적 네트워크 전략'을 추진하는 것이 필요하다.

이 연구의 목적은 프랑스의 거버넌스형 도시재생 추진기구인 ANRU의 특성을 살펴보고, 국내 도시재생사업에 활용 가능한 정책적 시사점을 살펴 보는 것이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 프랑스에서는 국가차원의 거버넌스형 도시재생 추진기구로서 ANRU가 설립, 운영되고 있으며, ANRU는 중앙주도형 도시재생 추진기구이지만, 다양한 도시재생사업의 주체들이 참여하는 거버넌스 방식의 운영을 지향한다. 둘째로, ANRU는 PNRU, NPNRU, PNRQAD 등 3개의 도시재생 프로그램을 전국적으로 운영하고 있으며, 이에 따른 행정 및 재정지원을 통해, 사업지구 내 주거환경의 개선, 도시기능의 다양화, 경제 개발, 사회적 다양성 증대 등을 도모하고 있다. 셋째로, 국내의 도시재생사업에 주는 정책적 시사점으로, 도시재생사업의 효과적인 추진과 가시적 성과를 위한 국가차원의 거버넌스형 도시재생 추진기구의 필요성, 자치단체 간 연대의 필요성, 다양한 차원의 민관 파트너십 활용의 필요성을 제안하였다.

The article examines the key constants of reengineering the modern educational cluster, associated with the processes of digital transformation of all spheres of modern socio-cultural space. The first constant is the strategic rethinking of the educational process organization and awareness of the new roles of all participants (tutors, applicants, controlling elements, etc.). The other constant involves practical re-design of the system of educational services, which consists in the reorientation from the traditional model of education functioning for society to the implementation of the educational format in the form of new projects (structural, target, business). Consequently, the purpose of the study is to highlight the attitudes relevant to the modern realities of information and technological support of education in the context of socio-economic interactions of society. The criteria for the reengineering of educational concepts and the structural organization of the educational sphere are defined. The modern world is going through a period of complete digital transformation of all spheres of public activity. The scientific intelligence notes that education is no exception in these processes, as the dependence of educational realities on information and computer technologies is now noted. The COVID-19 pandemic, for all its tragedy, was also a kind of trigger, clearly marking the new components that have become defined in the organization of the educational process. The conclusion is made that the use of digital technologies in the organization of the educational institution or in the organization of the educational process has become not an auxiliary element, but a dominant factor. Mobility, dynamism, interdisciplinarity, synergy - all these aspects are relevant for socio-economic interactions of society and should be provided by educational programs. The results of the study can be used in the reorganization processes of educational institutions and institutions. Further research requires aspects of the analysis of the foreign experience of reengineering in education, carried out taking into account digital transformations of modern sociocultural space.

Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

Issues in the construction industry of Cambodia in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is the main priority to be identified before identifying causing factors in order to find out recommendations, to improve this sector, and to survive in this community. Two major issues were identified from the literature review and the investigation, namely i) Long-term vision and its policy, and ii) practice culture. The total sample collected from concerned government officers and engineers in Cambodia were 463. Factor analysis was then conducted to find out the issues, and as the results, there are five issues in two main groups: (i) the Organization's vision and its skill, which consist of a vision of the organization, knowledge and skill, and less investmen in the construction sector; (ii) Knowledge and motivation towards the AEC, which consist of knowledge about the AEC, and level to promote organization for the AEC.
