The effectiveness of quality control is contingent to adaptability to the present circumstance. The objectives of this study are to provide empirical data to carry out qualify control effectively. To accomplish this purpose, an empirical study was made by questionaire (mailing survey method, Feb. to Mar. in 1987). The sample is the 167 companies in Korean manufacturing industry. The main findings out of the analysis are as follows the stage of quality control is concentrated in appraisal phase, the company standard is equiped gradually in non-KS marked company and the need of economic evaluation about quality control is increased gradually. With a view to analysing of relationship between quality control and it's effect factors (company standard, KS mark, computer based information system), the methods of $\chi$$^2$ test are used. The company standard have a significant difference in top manager's altitude to duality control, operation stage of quality control. operation scope of qualify control and quality budgeting system but is insignificant with economic evaluation about duality control. Otherwise, KS mark is insignificant with the equality control activity except for operation scope. The quality information system based in computer have a significant difference in operation stage, operation scope and economic evaluation. Therefor, for the purpose of attaining effectiveness of quality control through the economic evaluation about quality control, the company standard and computer based duality information system must be utilized in quality control activity.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

Purpose - This paper aims to explain the interactive relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises' clusters and regional economic growth, with Jiangsu Province as an illustrative example. It focuses on studying the promotional effects, if any, of small and medium-sized enterprises' cluster-development on regional economic growth, and vice-versa. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from the Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook and the China Industrial Economic Statistical Yearbook, by selecting 26 industries as the research subjects. The sample interval selection is 1981-2012. The data were analyzed with the dynamic panel system using stata 12.0. Results - 1) The small and medium-sized enterprises' cluster degree and Jiangsu's economic growth have a long-term stable equilibrium relationship. 2) In the short term, they have a dynamic adjustment 3) The enterprises' cluster degree leads to regional economic growth in Jiangsu, but not vice-versa. Conclusions - Small and medium-sized enterprises' clusters have an important promotional effect on Jiangsu's economic growth, especially industries with high degree of agglomeration. Therefore, the formation of these clusters can significantly improve economic growth.

Compared with a traditional power system of electricity providers, distributed power systems consist of power suppliers which are small and demand-oriented. Each small power supplier tends to utilizes renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power. It is because that home renewable energy systems do not need a large scale infrastructure which is required for traditional power plants. In this work we study an economic feasibility of such a renewable energy source. We describe how renewable power generation works and what it brings in terms of economic benefits. Also, we analyze limitations by the current policy and their possible solutions.

Interconnection of electric power systems, as an alternative for energy cooperation under regional economic bloc, has been under extensive debate before progressing the restructure in electric power industry and rapidly expanded in many regions after 1990s. Especially, since northeast asia has strong supplementation in resource, load shape, fuel mix etc., electric power system interconnection in this region may bring considerable economic benefits. In this paper, we evaluate economic benefits from CO2 emission abatement and effectiveness on the fuel mix in Korea by the interconnection in northeast asia. For this analysis, we evaluate effects of CO2 emission abatement under various system interconnection scenarios and compare the results of fuel mix in Korean electric power system with and without transacted electricity via interstate electric power system in northeast asia.

The purpose of the study is carried out volume optimization of a combined system consisting of an LNT and SCR catalysts from the standpoint of its economic feasibility and de-NOx performance. Under the rich air-fuel ratio conditions for 5s (${\Phi}$=1.1), CO, $H_2$ and THC were generated at levels of 4%, 1.2% and $110ppmC_1$, respectively. The NOx conversion of the 1+1 combination was 5% lower than that of the 1.5+0.5 combination, however the reduced volume of the LNT catalyst decreased the total cost by about 6%. Therefore, the optimal volume ratio of the LNT and SCR catalysts was found to be the 1+1 catalyst combination, which has the highest total score in the terms of an economic feasibility and the NOx performance.

Ground source heat pump(GSHP) systems have been attracted as high-efficient energy-saving technology, but the building clients and designers have hesitated to use GSHP systems which is a expensive initial installation and a uncertain economic feasibility. Therefore In order to reduce the initial cost, many researchers have focused on the energy-pile system using the structure of the building as a heat exchanger. Even though many of experimental studies for energy pile system have been conducted, there was not enough data of a quantitative evaluation with the economic analysis and comprehensive analysis for energy-pile. In this study, the feasibility study for the energy pile system with a barrette pile was conducted by the performance analysis and LCC assessment.

본 연구는 TOD 시스템이 가져오는 경제적 파급효과에 대해 신규시장창출, 연구기획비용절감, 사업화 성공률 증대효과라는 세 가지 측면에서 정량적으로 추정하고자 하였으며 시스템 개발이 가져오는 효율성 제고라는 측면을 강조하여 패러미터들을 도출하고 시뮬레이션과 시나리오 분석을 실시하였다. 시나리오별로 (1) TOD 시스템 적용비율이 해당부문 R&D 기획과제의 1.4%라고 가정한 경우 R&D 기여율을 적용한 경제적 파급효과 편익의 총합은 2011년 가격기준으로 921.3억원으로 도출되며 연구개발 투입비용(2012-2017년까지 6년간 30억원이 투자되며 2011년 현재가치로는 149.9억원이 투입)을 감안하면 B/C ratio는 6.15으로 도출된다. 시나리오 (2) TOD 시스템 적용비율이 1.9%라고 가정한 경우 경제적 편익의 총합은 1,250.3억원, B/C ratio는 8.34, 시나리오 (3) TOD 시스템 적용비율이 0.9%라고 가정한 경우 경제적 편익은 592.2억원, B/C ratio는 3.95가 도출된다. 본 연구는 기술기회 탐색에 대한 새로운 시스템 개발이 가지는 경제적 효과에 대해서 사전적 타당성을 점검하였고, 시스템 관점에서 연구개발투자의 경제성 평가방법론에 대한 새로운 사례를 제공하였다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.
