환경혁신이 환경친화적 수출에 미치는 동태적 영향 분석 (Examining the Dynamic Effects of Eco-Innovation on the Exports of Environmentally-Friendly Products)

  • 본 연구는 환경혁신이 환경친화적 제품의 수출에 미치는 영향을 동태패널모형을 이용하여 분석한다. 분석결과 환경친화적 제품의 수출은 장기 균형에 느리게 수렴하는 동태적 조정 과정이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 환경혁신으로 대표되는 환경 부문의 민간 특허와 환경관련 공공 R&D 지출의 경우 환경친화적 수출에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 환경친화적 제품은 자원 관리, 오염 관리, 청정 기술 부문의 제품으로 분류되어 있는데, 특허의 경우 자원 관리 부문의 수출에, R&D 지출의 경우 모든 부문의 수출에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 동태효과에 대한 추정결과 환경혁신의 수출 증진 효과는 장기로 갈수록 크게 나타났으며, 공공 부문의 환경혁신이 민간 부문의 환경혁신에 비해 수출에 더 크게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다.

친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 속성이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Attributes of the Eco-friendly Agricultural Products Traceability System on Perceived Value and Behavioral Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 속성인 신뢰성, 안전성, 혁신성은 지각된 가치에 지각된 가치는 행동의도의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다. 실증분석 대상자는 서울 경기 지역에 거주하고, 백화점, 대형마트와 친환경농산물 전문매장 등등에서 친환경농산물을 구매한 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 일반 소비자를 대상으로 2013년 4월 10일부터 2013년 5월 9일까지 30일간 본 조사를 위하여 설문지 총 550부를 배포하여 결과 응답치의 편중성향이 너무 강하거나 결측 값이 발견된 일부 설문지를 제외하고, 총 470부(85.5%)의 설문자료를 최종 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 보면 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 속성인 신뢰성, 안전성, 혁신성은 직접적으로 소비자들의 지각된 가치 및 행동의도와의 인과관계를 검증함으로써 향후 이론적 토대로 활용될 가치는 충분할 것으로 판단 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 이러한 심층 분석 결과를 바탕으로 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 사용자는 소비자이기 때문에 생산자는 생산이력정보를 정확히 기록하여 소비자에게 정보를 제공해야만 소비자는 신뢰하여 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템을 지속적으로 이용할 것이다. 이력추적시스템은 투명한 친환경농산물의 재배, 관리체계를 통해 소비자를 만족시키고, 향후 이력추적시스템은 더욱 확대되어 우리가 먹는 모든 농산물들을 아무 걱정 없이 먹을 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

Impacts of Value Inclination and Self-Expressive Consuming Propensity upon Eco-Friendly Product Purchasing Intention

  • Purpose - This study classified consumers' value inclination to find out ways to enhance consumers' eco-friendly product purchase intention. Further, it verified the differences among eco-friendly product purchase intentions depending upon value inclination. Research design, data, and methodology - The structured model and hypotheses were established, and 202 copies of effective questionnaires were used. In order to verify the hypotheses, we used single regression analysis, multiple regression, 3-step mediating regression, and path analysis. Results - Individualism had a positive influence upon materialism, need for uniqueness, and face wants, and collectivism had a positive influence upon materialism only. Factors of self-expressive consumption inclination had a positive influence upon eco-friendly product purchase intention, and factors of value inclination also had a positive influence. Finally, self-expressive consumption inclination mediated between value inclination and eco-friendly product purchase intention. Conclusion - Consumers with individualism inclination felt the need to connect the ownership of an eco-friendly product with their extended self and, further, it was clear that not only the government but also enterprises should build up their public image regarding eco-friendly products.

만족도와 충성도 구축에 있어서의 친환경 행동과 신뢰 메커니즘 (Eco-Friendly Behaviors and Trust Mechanism in Building Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Purpose: As global interest in environmental issues increases, the demand for green products/services is increasing. Companies are establishing eco-friendly policies to meet the changing expectations of customers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of eco-friendly behavior and third-party certification on trust, satisfaction, and loyalty as well as the mediating role of satisfaction based on SOR and signaling theory. Research design, data and methodology: This study collected data from 501 respondents who visited restaurant and analyzed using measurement model with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4. Results: First, restaurants' eco-friendly behavior and third-party certification (TPC) positively influenced trust while these did not influence satisfaction. Second, trust positively influenced satisfaction. Third, trust and satisfaction positively influenced loyalty. Fourth, TPC had stronger impact on trust and satisfaction compared to eco-friendly behavior in female group while TPC had stronger impact on trust in male group. Conclusions: This study emphasized the importance of TPC over eco-friendly behavior. Restaurants should maintain pro-environmental behaviors such as reducing single-use items while obtaining TPC such as ISO and LEED certifications to increase customer trust. It also found the importance of trust and satisfaction in securing loyal customers. Restaurants should make efforts to build bonds with customers through authentic marketing such as events that encourage customer participation.

라이프스타일 유형에 따른 대학생의 환경의식이 친환경제품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of the Eco-friendly Consciousness of the Undergraduate by the Lifestyle on the Purchase Intention of the Eco-friendly Products)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 라이프스타일 유형을 분류하여 그 유형별로 환경의식에는 어떠한 차이가 있으며, 환경의식은 친환경제품의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 라이프스타일 유형 중 건강지향형은 환경실천과 환경보호의 모두에서 유의한 수준으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나 자기추구형과 적극활동형의 유형은 모두 유의하지 않은 값으로 기각되었다. 둘째, 환경보호가 높은 집단이 친환경제품 구매의도에 있어서 유의한 수준으로 가설이 채택되었다. 따라서 건강지향형의 라이프스타일을 지닌 대학생들이 환경에 대한 의식이 높았으며, 환경보호의식이 높은 집단에서 친환경제품에 대한 구매의도가 높다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

미닝아웃 시대의 비건 패션 브랜드 활성화 전략 연구 - 인스타그램 해시태그 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Strategies for Activating the Vegan Fashion Brand in the Meaning Out - Based on an Instagram Hashtag Analysis -)

  • This study aims to analyze Instagram hashtags based on big data to investigate changes in consumer trends and perceptions of vegan fashion, and to derive strategies for revitalizing vegan fashion brands based on derived results. Among social media, Instagram was selected as a collection channel, and Instagram hashtags for 'Vegan Fashion' were collected from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. After conducting semantic network analysis with the Ucinet 6 program based on the collected data, the CONCOR analysis on vegan fashion showed the following four clusters: 'Veganism practiced with fashion', 'Bag type of vegan fashion brand', 'Sharing vegan fashion', and 'Diversification of eco-friendly products'. Analysis results showed that the Instagram hashtag for vegan fashion confirmed the MZ generation's increased interest in vegan fashion and their thoughts to recommend and share frequently used items or brand products to people around them. CONCOR analysis of vegan fashion brands showed the following four groups: 'Differentiating the material of vegan bags', 'Eco-friendly products of vegan fashion brands', 'Interest in vegan shoes', and 'Donation campaign of vegan fashion brands'. CONCOR analysis on Meaningout showed the following four clusters: 'MZ Generation's Meaningout Start-up', 'Recommendation Platform for Skin Products', 'Value Consumption Trend for Eco-friendly Clothing', and 'Interest in Eco-friendly Packaging'. The results of this study on vegan fashion, a practical eco-friendly movement that can require changes in social responsibility and perception as issues that directly affect animals, the environment, and humans, are expected to provide basic data to help domestic vegan fashion brands develop marketing strategies.

  • This study investigates the effects of benefits pursued to clothing on the purchase intention of wellbeing oriented apparel products (eco-friendly and health-functional apparel). Data were collected from a total of 251 Korean females ranging from 20 to 50 years old and analyzed by SEM. Pragmatic benefit positively affected but aesthetical benefits negatively affected the purchase intention of eco-friendly apparel and health-functional apparel. The social benefit influenced the purchase intention of health-functional apparel but did not influence the purchase intention of eco-friendly apparel.

소비가치 관점에서의 친환경 수산물 제품 만족도의 선행요인 분석: 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Antecedents of satisfaction of eco-friendly seafood: The moderating effect of gender)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze how consumption value affects customer satisfaction toward eco-friendly seafood products. Moderating role of gender is also examined. For empirical validation of our model, data were collected from a cross-sectional survey of 307 consumers in the South Korea, who have bought a eco-friendly seafood, a representatives eco-friendly product. The results demonstrated several important findings. First, emotional consumption value, social consumption value and functional consumption value had significant positive effects on eco-friendly seafood product satisfaction, Second, interaction effect of social value and gender had a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, interaction effect of functional value and gender had a negative effect on satisfaction. Theoretical and managerial implications are suggested.

  • Recent years, many industries acknowledge that environmental substantiality of products must be an essential role and it is one of the major importances for industries to consider the environmental impacts of products at the early stages of product development. This study investigated eco-design parameters and $CO_2-eq$. emissions in each stage of raw material acquisition, manufacturing, transportation, use and disuse in life cycle of touch monitor stand based on Eco-Design. In this study, to fulfill of Eco-Design, the environmental impact assessment of through LCA(Life cycle assessment) was carried out with benchmarking monitor stand and we suggested the direction of new design of touch monitor stand mechanism based on eco-friendly considerations. New design based on LCT(Life Cycle Thinking) showed that the following eco-friendly considerations at the early stage of design to be helpful to reduce GWP(Global Warming Potential) [kg $CO_2-eq$.] in new monitor stand development and it is necessary for Eco-Design process of the product.

중국 고령친화형 HMR 제품 개발을 위한 소비자 요구도 (Consumer Needs for HMR Product Development of Chinese Elderly Consumers)

  • This study analyzed consumer needs for the development of elderly-friendly HMR products in China. In developing the products, items needed to be improved, types and packages of the necessary products, additional improvements and food preferences were investigated. According to the demographic characteristics of elderly Chinese consumers, these was analyzed as well. A survey was conducted on a total of 370 elderly people, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 program. Items related to product quality safety, such as "marks of origin by ingredient", "rich nutrients", "expansion of letter size of packaging", "rich nutrients" and "clear manufacturing date and expiration date", were required to develop HMR products. The types of products that should be developed were porridge and noodles, and the packaging types that should be developed were eco-friendly packaging and recycled packaging. In addition, "low-calorie HMR", "development of various seasonings", "use of eco-friendly food ingredients" and "HMR to digest easily" should be improved. The demand for product improvement and food preference showed significant differences according to the degree of education, monthly income and oral health. The results were intended to prepare basic data for setting the direction when developing elderly-friendly HMR.
