새집증후군과 같이 실내공기의 오염은 최근에 많은 관심을 갖는 영역중 하나이다. 이 오염을 제거하는 효과적인 방법중의 하나가 친환경적인 식물의 공기정화 기능을 활용하는 것이다. 이러한 식물들은 잎사귀를 통하여 오염물질을 흡수하며 동시에 음이온을 발생시켜 실내환경을 개선시킨다. 여기서는 건물의 공기오염원에 따른 적절한 식물의 선택, 배치, 및 관리정보를 제공하는 실내공기정화용 정보시스템에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Recently, there is an increasing criticism both inside and outside China toward the eco-migration projects. The author focuses on the eco-migration of Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve as a case study as it is one of the main eco-migration projects. At the end of 2010, government invested 4.47 billion CNY in eco-migration and relocated the immigration 55773 people in 10733 units. Benefits of eco-migration is obvious, however, it needs to be recognized that in the aspect of environment justice, it is unfair to sacrifice a group of people in the process of environmental protection because costs and benefits result from the environmental protection have to share among the people without discrimination. Local herdsmen received extra disadvantages in their level of material possessions, social and cultural values and the social inclusion after eco-migration project. As a part of the eco-social system established within several centuries, the local herdsmen are not only threateners to local ecology system, but also the guardians to the natural environment through religion and habits last for generations. The social and cultural values, traditional religion and Nomadic living habits, as important as the environment, are need to be cherished and protected.

층고 감소, 내력 증대 등의 장점을 가지고 있는 기존 합성보의 특징 뿐만 아니라 사용 강재량의 감소까지 기대할 수 있는 단부 보강한 합성보(Eco-girder) 시스템이 개발되었다. Eco-girder 시스템의 개념은 효율적인 합성보의 설계를 위해 최대 모멘트가 발생하는 양단부만을 강판을 이용하여 보강하고, 중앙부 모멘트에 의하여 철골보 크기를 결정하는 구조시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 반복 휨하중을 받는 단부보강 합성보의 이력거동을 예측하기 위해 정밀한 FEM(Finite Element Method)보다는 간단한 표현과 동시에 원리에 충실한 수치적분에 의한 면내수치해석방법(Fiber Element Analysis)을 이용하였으며, 선행 연구된 실험 결과와의 비교를 통해 수치해석방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한 기존 합성보와의 이력거동을 비교 분석하였다.

As serious consequences of climate change became indisputable, vehicles based on fossil fuel has to be shifted toward more sustainable way to drastically reduce carbon emissions. Eco-friendly vehicles contribute mitigating climate change through reducing the greenhouse gas emissions. The goal of this research is to find ways to promote the eco-friendly vehicle industry in Korea. In order to achieve this goal, surveys are collected from the professionals of eco-friendly vehicle industry, and analyzed through Delphi method. Results show that the first thing is to promote the eco-friendly vehicle market by introducing the economic incentives. The second thing is to allow more emission credit for eco-friendly vehicle manufacturers. The third thing is to build more concrete infrastructure for the eco-friendly vehicles. The increase of the number of the electric or hydrogen charging system would be one of the good examples of the infrastructure. The fourth thing is that the government supports the research & development of eco-friendly vehicles. The fifth is to regulate that the government agency is mandatory to use the eco-friendly vehicles. The sixth thing is to provide the low-carbon certification for eco-friendly vehicles. The seventh thing is to support advertising the eco-friendly vehicles. The results from this research can be used as a guideline to make policies to stimulate the eco-friendly vehicle industry in Korea.

본 논문에서는 사이버-물리 시스템의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 도구인 EcoSuite를 기반으로 지능화, 복잡화되고 있는 사이버-물리 시스템 형태의 무기체계를 개발 및 시험하는 프레임워크를 제시한다. EcoPOD를 이용한 무기체계의 모델링과 타 무기체계 모델들과 연동하여 구성 (Constructive) 시뮬레이션 환경 기반의 전장을 제공하는 EcoSIM이 소개된다. LVC 연동 개발을 위해서는 시뮬레이션 모델 연동 구조와 연동 기술에 순응(compliant)하는 인터페이스 기술, 그리고 시뮬레이션 모델과 실제 시스템(Live), 그리고 사용자와 상호작용하는 시스템(Virtual)의 연계 기술의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 LVC 연동 개발을 통한 모델의 검증 및 시스템의 기능을 시험하는 아키텍처와 적용 사례가 제시된다.

The purpose of this study is to devise proper plans for sustainable energy management in schools through applying school eco-audit to energy field. This study is performed by literature review and the analysis of case study. This study analyzes the energy-saving model school according to the three cores of eco-audit such as school administration system, teaching-learning method, and ecological policy, and the result of the study is as followings. First, according to the analysis of school administration system for energy education programs, the participation of all the school staff is very low, and the democratic decision-making system is unsatisfactory. Second, according to the analysis of teaching-learning method, the program is mainly managed by teacher-oriented method not by learner-oriented one. The effect on the education of energy-saving program is a little improved in cognitive area, but is insufficient in affective area. Third, in the aspect of the ecological policy, the practical energy-saving effect in schools is unsatisfactory, and shows the difficulty of continuing application of the program. Consequently, it is desirable to integrate the energy-saving program with the eco-audit for sustainable energy management in schools. Implementation of the energy eco-audit in schools for the sustainable development education as teaching-learning method could achieve extended effect for the earth environmental conservation.

최근 들어 소득과 교육 수준의 향상으로 인하여 생활환경과 여가시간 그리고 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 U-City와 지속 가능한 생태 도시에 대한 사람들의 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 삶의 질 향상에 따라 최근 국토 해양부에서는 U-City에 더불어 지속 가능한 생태계 순환기능과 첨단 IT기술이 결합된 U-Eco City에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. U-Eco City는 첨단의 IT기술을 집대성한 유비쿼터스 기술과 생태계 순환기능 등의 생태 기술이 인간, 자연 그리고 공간으로 연결되는 혁신적이고 창의적인 도시환경과 무한한 도시가치를 창출하는 지속가능한 미래형 첨단 친환경 생태도시를 말한다. U-Eco City는 보다나은 생활환경을 추구하고자 하는 인간의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 미래형 지속가능한 생태환경 도시로서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 미국과 영국에서는 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. U-Eco City는 더 나은 삶을 향한 인간의 끝임 없는 욕구 충족을 위해서 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 하지만 아직은 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기 위한 체계적인 연구가 미비한 상황이며, 특히 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기위한 필수적인 단계인 인증과 관련된 부문에 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 현재 통용되는 인증 제도를 통한 체계적인 제도의 정립, 인증 기준의 마련뿐만 아니라 인증을 위한 세부 지침의 마련 등이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 U-Eco City 개발 기발 요소 기술들을 기존의 인증기관을 통해 인정을 받을 수 방법들을 제시하고, 그 외의 요소기술들은 인증 기준을 제시하고, 인증기관을 인정하기 위하여 세부기준을 마련하도록 하였다, 다음은 신기술, 신제품 등, 인증을 받을 수 있는 제도적, 법적, 절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 인증제도를 통하여 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화를 하여 국내외 시장에 공급하고, 향후 개발될 U-Eco 기술인증업무를 지속적으로 수행하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

In this study, a numerical analysis was conducted using a two-dimensional diffusion-wave analysis model to analyze the validity about the application of eco-friendly prefabricated rainwater detention system in grit chamber and permanent pond. As a result of the analysis, it is confirmed that the flood prevention effect, such as a decrease in peak flow rate and a delay in peak time, is excellent, so it is considered reasonable to apply eco-friendly prefabricated rainwater detention system in grit chamber and permanent pond.

There are severl types of Eco-village developed in abvanced countries including urban, suburban and rural style. For the establishment of Eco-village in Korea, it was focussed to introduce the rural style which has been developed inyersively in European countries such as Denmark, England and Germany. As a key cencept for Eco-villge it was explained briefly and discussed on the renewable energy(wind power park, bio-mass and solar energy collector and heating system), eco-architure, methane gas device, living machine (wastewater treatment facility) and organic farming. It was also discussed how important the basic standard and guidelines for organic agriculture to run essential for the system. For this reason major principles of international applicable standard(draft) for organically grown foods by FAO/WHO Codex alimentarius was shortly desidered. as one of very suitable type for Environmental Agriculture Districts Program which Korean govenment is going to establish in the near future. In conculusion it was also suggested that positive participation of organic famers, enthusiastic eneagement of inhabitans and support strategy of govemment /NGO groups might play very important role for successful managment of Eco-village ecologically sustainable after establishment.

본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 생태계와 공간정보생태계 모형 개발을 위한 기본 요건을 도출한 후에 이를 전제로 공간정보산업을 중심으로 공간정보생태계 모형을 개발 제시하였다. 다음으로, 국내 공간정보산업 발전이 미진한 근본적 원인이 생태계가 비활성화되어 효율적이지 못한 데 있으므로, 향후 공간정보생태계를 활성화하는 데 필요한 관련 기관들의 역할을 논의하였다. 특히 국내 공간정보생태계 활동주체의 대표 격이라고 할 수 있는 대한지적공사가 공익성과 사익성을 동시에 추구하는 이중적인 기관특성을 유지한 채, 미래지향적인 역할과 기능 재정립을 통해 생태계의 타 구성주체와 상호협력하면서 함께 발전하는 공진화 전략 대안을 4가지로 요약해 제안하였다.
