The small PWR has been paid more and more attention due to its diversity of application and flexibility in the site selection. However, the large core power density, the small containment space and the rapid accident progress characteristics make it difficult to control the containment pressure like the traditional PWR during the LOCA. The pressure suppression system has been used by the BWR since the early design, which is a suitable technique that can be applied to the small PWR. Since the configuration and operating conditions are different from the BWR, the pressure suppression system should be redesigned for the small PWR. Conducting the experiments on the scale down test facility is a good choice to reproduce the prototypical phenomena in the test facility, which is both economical and reasonable. A systematic scaling method referring to the H2TS method was proposed to determine the geometrical and thermohydraulic parameters of the pressure suppression containment response test facility for the small PWR conceptual design. The containment and the pressure suppression system related thermohydraulic phenomena were analyzed with top-down and bottom-up scaling methods. A set of the scaling criteria were obtained, through which the main parameters of the test facility can be determined.

Diseases of cranial nerves are one of the most difficult illnesses to be treated because of the fact that diseases are hardly detected in early stage. As the nation is becoming an aging society, there is an increasing number of the patient who has diseases of cranial nerves. So a lot of healthcare facilities is in the middle of having a preparation for medical center providing adequate medical service to the patient suffering from diseases of cranial nerves. However, it is extremely difficult to define what the specialized medical center is. It is necessary to give an architectural suggestion of the specialized medical center in response to the proposal of healthcare system for successful operation. Therefore this study aims to suggest the composition and the area of the medical center on neuroscience.

연주공간의 음장 파라미터를 효과적으로 추출하기 위하여 음원에서 발생한 음선들을 청취자위치에 도달하기까지 추적한 후 이를 영상음원으로 변환하여 연주공간의 방향성 충격응답을 구하는 방식인 혼성 음성추적법을 적용한 음장시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 제안된 방법을 통해 측정등에 의한 방법보다 적은 시간과 경비로 방향성 충격응답을 정확히 구할 수 있다. 구현된 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 콘서트홀이나 교회등의 연주공간에서의 방향성충격응답을 구하여 초기반사음들의 크기와 방향을 추출할 수 있음을 보였다.

본 논문은 탄도미사일 방어의 위성센서 효용성에 대해 추정기법을 이용하여 설명한다. 탄도미사일은 고유 비행특성상 대응시간과 대응수단을 극히 제한시킨다. 이러한 점에서 조기경보 및 감시위성은 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 미사일방어 체계의 DSP 위성과 SBIRS에 의한 미사일 발사위치 불확실성(LPU)과 중간 비행 단계의 위치불확실성(MLU)을 확장칼만필터를 사용한 추정이론에 의해 분석하고, 비회전형 DSP에 의한 상태 추정값의 불확실성을 회전형과 비교하여 정량적으로 제시했다.

In this paper, the fire safety management plan and the emergency action program for the railway safety improvement were reviewed. In the fire safety management plan, a series of preventive methods answering to such as a smoke exhaust installation, a fire warning device and a guide inducement will be come into preparation. Also, the damage reducing methods such as complement of fire safety equipments, establishment of refuge & escape system, consolidation of real-time control on fire response and operation procedure will be required for early repressing fire and minimizing fatality.

The Study is to find out the thought of costume of the people who advocated the Wejung-chunksa. Conclusions are described as follows 1. The action to boycott western goods was the early response in the Wejung -chuksa Thought. The reason were in fear of ruin in chosun industry and worry about the westernizing the Korean. 2. The people of the Wejung-chuksa had the conservative character in order to maintain the traditional public order and the costume. They thought that costume have a role to distinguish between man and woman , the rich and the poor and so on. Therefore acceptance the wastern constume style meant that the Korean became a savage. So that they rejected the King's order about the dress-system reformation in 1884, 1895. That pointed that their ultimate purpose was to keep the traditional rule. 3. In appearance the purpose of the short-hair law was good for health. But it meant to destory the traditional order and to symbolize the civilization . Especially the short -hair in the people of Wejung-chuksa meant the destruction of the traditional rule and casting away the courtesy. Therefore they wanted to keep the value of the traditional costume.

저자들은 급성 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원하여 반복적 심낭삼출로 2차례 심막천자술을 시행하였으나 심증상이 지속되다가 이후 발생한 임상적 소견과 혈액검사로 전신성 홍반성 낭창을 진단하여 부신피질호르몬을 투여한 후 심증상의 뚜렷한 호전을 보인 11세 여환아를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Various types of oil response equipments and oil recovery vessels are being developed in Korea from the 1990s to respond nil spill accidents. It should be considered prior to the selection of the oil skimmers to make the oil recovery system more efficient at early stage of oil spill accidents. Rotating baldes of vortex skimmer beneath the water surface concentrate oil and draw it into the weir, where it flows to a collection sump. In this study a recently developed Vortex-Disc skimmer(model : VDS-50) is introduced and the performance test results for the skimmer are discussed.

In a dental treatment, a dentist has to know the possibility to happen all kinds of the emergency and to prepare for managing that situation. Especially, the cardiac arrest is the most serious emergent problem. If the accident were happened, most dentists got embarrassed. The American Heart Association (AHA) is offering the Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) programs for the healthcare who need to prepare the life threatening situation. The PALS is specialized to someone who participate in pediatric health-care field. This program is composed of three major emergency problems, such as respiratory emergencies, shock and cardiac arrests. The main concepts of the PALS are early recognition and systemic team approach. The purpose of this study was to introduce about PALS and to prepare response system for emergencies in the dental environment.

Sustainability assessments tend to integrate ecological, social, and economic concerns. Sustainability assessment could be considered the highest rung in the assessment ladder. Broad strategies that seek to integrate individual SEA(Strategic Environmental Assessment) could be subjected to a sustainability assessment. Sustainability assessment could incorporate global and transboundary effects and priorities into SEA and project-level EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment). SEA could provide an environmental context and direction for project-level EIA. Procedural and substantive EIA requirements can be addressed through tiering such as sustainability assessment, SEA, project-level EIA. In Korea, PERS(Prior Environmental Review System) that has been utilized to evaluate administrative plans related with various kinds of development projects should be evolved not only to incorporate environmental impacts into early stage decision-making, but also to implicate sustainability assessments that include social equity and economic efficiency. Integration of SEA and sustainability assessment can be initiated through the application of DPSIR (Driving Force - Pressure - State - Impact - Response ) framework that was developed by European Environmental Agency.
