SPT-CL J2106-5844 is the most massive galaxy cluster at z>1 discovered to date. It has been known to be an isolated system with a singular, well-defined halo. However, recent studies provide lines of evidence for its merging state. We strengthen the case with the multi-wavelength observations from ALMA, ACA, ASKAP, ATCA, and Chandra. With the sensitive, high resolution ALMA+ACA observations, we reconstruct the ICM pressure map from the thermal SZ effect. It reveals two main gas components that are associated with the mass clumps inferred from the weak-lensing analysis. Furthermore, the X-ray hardness map supports the bimodal gas distribution. With these multi-wavelength data, we probe the merger phase in SPT-CL J2106-5844.

본 연구는 교원 원격연수프로그램의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 요인을 탐색하고 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하여 양호도를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 원격연수프로그램 성과측정과 관련한 문헌고찰과 10명의 교원연수 및 교육공학 전문가의 검토를 거쳐 44개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 설문의 표본은 중앙교육연수원에서 원격연수프로그램을 수강하는 교원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 1차 설문에서 수집된 205명의 최종데이터를 토대로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 7개의 요인을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 2차 설문에서 얻어진 293명의 응답자로부터 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고 측정모형의 적합도 및 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 시스템품질, 콘텐츠품질, 서비스품질, 사용, 성과, 만족도, 전이로 총 7개의 요인과 34개의 문항으로 구성된 교원 원격연수프로그램의 성과 측정도구를 최종적으로 확정하였다.

Extraction and anti-solvent crystallization were proposed to recover octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX) from pressed polymer bonded explosives(PBXs). DXC-57 and DXC-59, whose polymeric binders are Estane and HyTemp with dioctyl adipate plasticizer, respectively, were used as pressed PBX models. Estane of DXC-57 was removed by washing with tetrahydrofuran prior to extraction, which enabled the crystallization of HMX at a low degree of supersaturation, sufficient to obtain β-form HMX. Using dimethyl sulfoxide and ethanol as the extraction solvent and the anti-solvent for crystallization, respectively, HyTemp and dioctyl adipate in DXC-59 were separated from HMX. The purity of recovered β-form HMX was higher than 99 %.

Purpose: Children born with single ventricle physiology demonstrate poor growth rate and suffer from malnutrition, which lead to increased morbidity and mortality in this population. We assume that an anabolic steroid, oxandrolone, will promote growth in these infants by improving myocardial energy utilization. The purpose of this paper is to study the efficacy of oxandrolone on myocardial energy consumption in these infants. Materials and Methods: We modeled single ventricle physiology in a lamb by prenatally shunting the aorta to the pulmonary artery and then postnatally, we monitored cardiac energy utilization by quantitatively measuring the first order reaction rate constant, $k_f$ of the creatine-kinase reaction in the heart using magnetization transfer $^{31}P$ magnetic resonance spectroscopy, home built $^1H/^{31}P$ transmit/receive double tuned coil, and transmit/receive switch. We also performed cine MRI to study the structure and dynamic function of the myocardium and the left ventricular chamber. The spectroscopy data were processed using home-developed python software, while cine data were analyzed using Argus software. Results: We quantitatively measured both the first order reaction rate constant and ejection fraction in the control, shunted, and the oxandrolone-treated lambs. Both $k_f$ and ejection fraction were found to be more significantly reduced in the shunted lambs compared to the control lambs, and they are increased in oxandrolone-treated lambs. Conclusion: Some improvement was observed in both the first order reaction rate constant and ejection fraction for the lamb treated with oxandrolone in our preliminary study.

유육종증은 침범된 기관에 T림프구와 단핵구가 축적되고, 비건락성 상피양세포 육아종이 생기면서 정상 조직의 구조가 파괴되는 원인 불명의 비교적 흔한 만성 질환이다. 저자들은 쉰목소리를 보여 기관지 내시경을 하였으나, 마비된 왼쪽 성대 자체에는 특별한 문제가 없었으며, 컴퓨터 단층촬영과 Gallium-67 스캔에서 비대해진 종격동으로 회귀 후두신경 압박에 의한 임상 양상으로 추측하였고, ACE증가와 피부 병변의 비건락성 육아종을 보였으며 또한 결핵, 진균 등의 침범은 배제할 수 있어 유육종증을 진단하였다. 해외에서는 쉰목소리의 원인으로 유육종증이 진단 된 경우가 종종 보고되고 있으나, 한국에서 드문 것으로 보여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

월악산에 자라는 낙엽송의 연륜세포의 생장에 미치는 온난화의 영향을 시뮬레이션 모델로 예측하였다. 이 모델은 각 연륜의 세포(가도관) 폭 변이를 일 강수량과 기온으로 모사하는 수학식을 사용한다. 세포생장을 제한하는 조건을 기온, 일장, 그리고 계산된 수분수지로 추정한다. 이 모델을 적용한 결과 낙엽송의 계절생장에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것은 4월과 5월의 토양수분조건과 강수량인 것으로 나타났다. 4~5월 기온 상승은 토양으로부터 수분 증발을 증가시켜 생장을 감소시켰다. 지구온난화(기온 $2^{\circ}C$ 상승)을 모델에 산정하였을 때 생장적기가 짧아졌고 전체 연륜 생장량을 25% 정도 감소시켰다.

저자들은 패혈증이나 혈액응고장애가 이상이 없는 소방이 형성된 흉막삼출 환자에서 비교적 안전한 것으로 알려진 urokinase의 주입 후에 발생한 혈흉과 이로 인한 hypovolemic shock을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

저자들은 홍반성 구진양 발진으로 발현된 쯔쯔가무시병환자에서 단순 피부질환으로 간과하여 치료의 시기가 지연되고 스테로이드 등의 약물 사용으로 급성 신부전 및 급성 호흡부전으로 진행된 1례를 경험 하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

When Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) is vaporized into NG for industrial and household usage, tremendous cold energy was transferred from LNG to seawater during phase-changing process. This heat exchanger loop is not only a waste of huge cold energy, but will cause thermal pollution to the coastal fishery area also when cold water was re-injected into the sea. In this study, an innovation design has been performed to reclaim the cold energy for -35 to $62^{\circ}C$ refrigerated warehouse. Conventionally, this was done by installing mechanical refrigeration systems, necessitating tremendous electrical power to drive temperature. A closed loop LNG heat exchangers in series was designed to replace the mechanical or vapor-compression refrigeration cycle by process simulator. The process simulation software of PRO II with provision has been used to simulate this process for various conditions, what to effect on cold energy and used energy for re-liquefaction and evaporation process. In addition, through analysis the effect of the change of LNG supply pressure on sensible and latent heat, optimum operational conditions was suggested for LNG cold energy warehouse.

The purpose of this study was carried out to determine the possibility of in vitro maturation of tiger oocytes. Immature oocytes were recovered from a pairs of ovaries. A total of 78 oocytes were collected, of which forty threes were identified as compact cumulus cells and uniform cytoplasm. 43 COCs were in vitro matured at 39℃, 5% CO₂ in air atmosphere for 48 h in a IVM medium (TCM-199 supplement with 10% FBS, 0.6 mM cysteine, 0.2 mM pyruvic acid and 10 IU/㎖ HMG).
