A Research on the Health State According to Each of the Korean Constitution's Perceptual Level of Stress (한국인의 체질별 스트레스 인지정도에 따른 건강상태에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the causal relationship between perceptual level of stress and health state according to Korean constitutions and to analyze that effect on the Korean constitution's health state. Subjects of this study were 87 out patient department of constitution at Kyung-Hee Oriental Medicine Hospital. Data were collected by using interview with Questionaire during 6 months from Feb. 2 to June 31, 1991. The Measurement tools used by this researcher were Go's The Questionaire of Identify about constitution, Lee's stress scale and Go's modified Cornell Medical Index which were approved it's reliability and validity. All of the questionaires of were used after pre- test. For the purposes of the study, the collected data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation. And then this research's issue was tested by SAS program's ANCOVA. The findings of this study was summarized as follow. 1. There was significantly differences in stress perceptual level in Korean constitution. (F=9.68, P=.000). The So Em In (小陰人) were higher than the other constitution on stress perceptional level. 2. In health state, there was significantly difference among Korean constitution. (F=6.654, P=.002). Also the So Em In (小陰人) was lower than the other constitution at health state. Therefore, it was considerate that So Em In (小陰人) was higher perceptual level of stress than the other constitution and the resulting poor health state. 3. Stressful perception was effected on the health state, as a result inverted correlation was constructed between stress perception and health state. (r=-.6034, P=.0001) 4. After exclusion of stress perceptual level, each of the Korean Constitution's health state was not difference (F=1.01, P=.37). It was mean that differences of the Korean Constitution's perceptual level of stress effected on the health state. Bacause So Em In (小陰人) had higher perceptual level of stress than other constitution (F=9.687, P=.000), in proportion to that one's health state was poor. From the results of this study, it could be concluded that the higher stress perceptual level according to Korean constitution, the poorer health state. Further study in this area needs to be consideration that in order to coping with stress, researcher grope for quality nursing intervention with more accurative assessment about Korean constitution.

  • 전력거래소는 발전경쟁시장(CBP; Cost-Based Pool) 장기화에 따른 운영상의 효율성을 개선하고 기 개발된 시장운영시스템(MOS; Market Operation System)을 활용하여 급전체계를 개선하기 위해 준비중이다. 현행 급전체계에서는 거래 전일에 수행한 수요예측을 바탕으로 1시간 단위운영발전계획을 전일에 수립하고 EMS(Energy Management System)를 이용하여 발전기에 대한 경제부하배분(ED; Economic Dispatch)을 시행하고 있지만, 현 EMS는 시장체제 환경 전에 도입된 설비로 시장환경에 대한 고려가 되어 있지 않고 계통운영 보조서비스의 실시간 반영이 어려운 점이 있다. 전력거래소는 실시간 급전 운영을 위해 기존 EMS에 MOS를 연계하여 MOS의 5분 단위 수요예측량을 기반으로 송전망 제약과 예비력 요구량 등을 고려한 발전기별 경제부하 배분량 및 예비력 배분량을 결정하고, 추가적으로 EMS에서 수요예측 오차 및 주파수 보정량을 실시간으로 계산하여 발전기별로 배분하도록 함으로써, 1일 전 시행하던 급전계획을 취득 자료를 기반으로 5분 단위로 실시간 계산할 수 있도록 급전 체계를 개선할 계획이다. 이를 통해 실시간으로 에너지와 예비력을 동시에 최적화함으로 전력시장 및 전력계통 운영을 한층 선진화 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였으며 또한 저비용 발전기 사용을 극대화함으로 발전비용의 절감에도 기여하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. MOS-EMS간 자료연계에는 ICCP(Inter-Control Communication Protocol)와 FTP 프로토콜을 사용하였고, 수차례 모의운영을 통하여 데이터베이스 및 현장 취득 자료의 정확도(accuracy)가 양 시스템 간 연계 및 전력 계통의 안정적 운영에 매우 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 전력거래소는 장기적으로 CIM(Common Information Model)기반의 표준 전력계통 데이터베이스를 구축하고 시스템 간 자료 연계를 위해 XML을 활용하여 시스템 간 상호 운영성(Interoperability)과 자료 연계의 안정성을 높일 계획이다. 본 논문은 MOS-EMS 연계에 따른 시스템 간 자료의 흐름 및 처리에 대해 주로 설명하고자 한다.

X-ray/gamma radiation shielding properties of Aluminium-Bariume-Zinc Oxide nanoparticles synthesized via low temperature solution combustion method

  • For the first time Aluminium-BariumeZinc oxide nanocomposite (ZABONC) was synthesized by solution combustion method where calcination was carried out at low temperatures (600℃) to study the electromagnetic (EM) (X/γ) radiation shielding properties. Further for characterization purpose standard techniques like PXRD, SEM, UV-VISIBLE, FTIR were used to find phase purity, functional groups, surface morphology, and to do structural analysis and energy band gap determination. The PXRD pattern shows (hkl) planes corresponding to spinel cubic phase of ZnAl2O4, cubic Ba(NO3)2, α and γ phase of Al2O3 which clearly confirms the formation of complex nano composite. From SEM histogram mean size of nano particles was calculated and is in the order of 17 nm. Wood and Tauc's relation direct energy band gap calculation gives energy gap of 2.9 eV. In addition, EM (X/γ) shielding properties were measured and compared with the theoretical ones using standard procedures (NaI (Tl) detector and multi channel analyzer MCA). For energy above 356 keV the measured shielding parameters agree well with the theory, while below this value slight deviation is observed, due to the influence of atomic/crystallite size of the ZABONC. Hence synthesized ZABONC can be used as a shielding material in EM (X/γ) radiation shielding.

  • Zero-inflation has recently attracted much attention in integer-valued time series. This article deals with conditional variance (volatility) modeling for the zero-inflated count time series. We incorporate zero-inflation property into integer-valued GARCH (INGARCH) via conditional Poisson and negative binomial marginals. The Cholera frequency time series is analyzed as a data application. Estimation is carried out using EM-algorithm as suggested by Zhu (2012).

  • 에너지 관리시스템(EMS)은 전력계통 제어용 종합 자동화 설비로서 전력계통 운영의 효율성과 전력공급의 신뢰도 향상을 위해 운용되고 있다. EMS의 중요한 기능중 하나는 일련의 계통해석 애플리케이션들을 통해 전력계통의 상태를 해석하여 안전도를 감시하고 평가하는 것이다. 이러한 계통해석 애플리케이션들은 상호간에 데이터의 일관성을 유지하기 위해 하나의 동일한 전력계통모델을 사용하여야 하며, 주어진 시간에서 여러 개의 독립적인 기능이 순차적으로 실행하여 계통의 상태정보를 실시간으로 제공해야 하므로 데이터의 입출력이 매우 빠르게 이뤄질 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 이러한 실시간 애플리케이션이 요구하는 신뢰성과 성능을 만족하기 위해서는 공통 네트워크 모델 기반의 데이터베이스와 그에 맞게 애플리케이션을 위한 데이터 입출력 구조나 기능을 설계하여야 한다. 본 논문은 전력IT 국가전략과제로 개발 진행 중인 한국형 EMS(이하 K-EMS)의 계통해석 애플리케이션을 위한 데이터베이스의 구조와 애플리케이션을 구성하는 세부기능들의 구조를 이러한 관점에서 기술하고자 한다.

  • Modern imaging technologies utilizing electromagnetic waves are indispensable in our daily lives. Applications, such as television and smartphone screens, radar imaging for weather forecast, and medical imaging, can be attributed to technology developments in various electromagnetic regions. Terahertz (THz) waves, electromagnetic (EM) waves located between far infrared and microwave regions, had left unexplored EM waves. Recent advances in technology have led to various two-dimensional and three-dimensional THz imaging techniques. In this article, we explain THz imaging techniques as well as the experimental results from our laboratory. Additionally, we introduce commercial THz cameras developed worldwide. Finally, we present the applications of THz imaging techniques.

Korean TableQA: Structured data question answering based on span prediction style with S3-NET

  • The data in tables are accurate and rich in information, which facilitates the performance of information extraction and question answering (QA) tasks. TableQA, which is based on tables, solves problems by understanding the table structure and searching for answers to questions. In this paper, we introduce both novice and intermediate Korean TableQA tasks that involve deducing the answer to a question from structured tabular data and using it to build a question answering pair. To solve Korean TableQA tasks, we use S3-NET, which has shown a good performance in machine reading comprehension (MRC), and propose a method of converting structured tabular data into a record format suitable for MRC. Our experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms a baseline in both the novice task (exact match (EM) 96.48% and F1 97.06%) and intermediate task (EM 99.30% and F1 99.55%).
