이산 웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 QRS군 검출 알고리즘 최적화 (Optimization of a QRS complex Detection Algorithm Using Discrete Wavelet Transform)

  • 본 논문에서는 운동 중 실시간 구현을 위해 정확한 QRS 검출이 가능한 이산 웨이블릿 연산을 임펄스 응답으로 근사화 하여 연산량을 줄였다. 또한, 지속적인 QRS 검출로부터 부정맥, 빈맥 그리고 서맥등의 정보를 제공한다. 제안 알고리듬은 운동 중 수집된 생체신호를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 평가한다.

워핑 변환을 이용한 심전도 신호의 ST 분절 특징 값 강화 (Enhancement of ST-segment Features in ECG Signals by Warping Transformation)

  • In this study, we propose a novel method to detect and enhance the feature of ST-segment which offers the crucial information for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction and ischemia. With this aim, PQRST features of Electrocardiogram initially are detected and subsequently ST-segment are estimated. And Dynamic Time Warping(DTW) transformation is applied recursively to minimize the difference in time between ST-segments and calculate the minimum cumulative distance that decides the degree of similarity among ST-segments. As of the results, the inherent characteristic of ST-segment can be emphasized in terms of time parameter and thus the diagnostic features of a ST-segment can be revealed further.

  • In this study, we proposed an algorithm for P-wave detection. It is essential to decide the existence of P-wave and to extract some parameter about P-wave in automated ECG interpreter. Especially this paper describes the detection and estimation of three case, artrial flutter, coupled and non-coupled, which are very crucial things in ECG diagnosis. The performance of algorithm is showed by applying it to CSE(Common Standards for Quantative Electrocardiography) database.

The system comprises analog hardware, digital hardware, and control system by microcomputer. Also, since digital signal processing system can be equipped easily in microcomputer for the compact size(Single board), We expect to develop the Portable ECG Automatic Diagnosis System using this System.

  • A method of quantitative electrocardiogram analysis, based on concepts drawn from syntactic pattern recognition theories, is described. The algorithm can be used for removing the Interference noises and base line drift as a filter function, and for reducing the number of points representing the digitized ECG waveform. The Parsing is performed with simple finite state automata inferred by experiments and suitable to be updated during experiment execution. Two parameters are utilized for defining the noise and these make the algorithm flexible. The examples for testing the algorithm is real ECG waveforms with noise. Some experimental results lire presented.

  • 본 연구에서는 마이크로프로세서 및 스마트폰 기반의 초소형, 저전력 심전도 계측 시스템에 적용하기 위한 심박동 검출 및 매트릭스 추정 기법을 이용한 실시간 이상 심전도 판별 알고리즘을 구현하였다. MIT-BIH 표준 데이터베이스를 이용하여 실시간 심전도 분석 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 수행한 결과 이상 심전도가 포함되어 있는 7개 레코드에서 심박동 검출 성공률은 99.63%, 매트릭스 추정기법을 이용한 이상 심전도 검출은 92.46%로 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

개에 있어서 실험적 십이지장 폐색시 심전도와 전해질의 변화 (Changes of ECG and Electrolyte in Dogs with Experimental Obstruction of Duodenum)

  • The electrocardiogram (ECG) and electrolytes were measured to obtain diagnostic data after experimental obstruction of duodenum in 8 dogs. Clinical signs of these appeared lower heart rate, temperatures respiration and blood pressure than signs of preoperation. In changes of electrolytes and acid-base balances, all dogs appeared hyponatremiai hypochloremia, metabolic alkalosis, and increased pHi HCO3, scot in blood, but potassium values appeared to increase in 3 cases fl-inc.) and to decrease in 5 cases (K- dec.) Two of three in K-inc. and three of five in K-dec. died at 60 hrs and 72 hrs after obstruction respectly. In changes of ECGI amplitudes of the K-inc cases appeared high in T wave and low in R wave, but amplitudes of the K-dec cases appeared low T waver 57 segment and high in R wave. Conduction times of the K-inc appeared the shorted PR intervals but the K-dec appeared the prolonged PR interval. The changes of these appeared apparently in lead II.

고양이에서 Lasers 및 침술을 이용한 신장질환 치료에 관한 연구 (The Studies on Treatment of Liver Disease Using Lasers and Acupuncture in Dogs)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of acupuncture after the induction of acute kidney disease in dogs by ethylene glycol. Twenty four mixed breed, adult cats were used in the experiment. Ethylene glycol was administered orally at 1 ml/kg in 24 cats, and then 6 cats were treated by acupunchuture 6 cats were treated by electroacupuncture, 6 cats were treated by acupuncture and 6 cats were not treated as a control group. Treatment was done once daily far 4 dsys. The acupoint used were Gan-shu and Tai-xi. The effect of acnpuncture was evaluated by clinical symptom, blood chemical values, electrocardiogram (ECG) and histopathologkal findings. After treatement, acupuncture group revealed relatively fast recovery compared with other groups, in clinical symptoms, blood chemical values, ECG waves and histopathological findings. Laserpuncture group revealed secondly fast recovery compared with control group.

  • Purpose of this study is to clarify the evaluation of thermal comfort based on temperature differences between outdoor and indoor thermal conditions in summer. The experiments were performed to evaluate temperature difference between indoor and outdoor thermal conditions (29, 31, $33^{\circ}$) by physiological and psychological responses of human. According to physiological responses, TSV (thermal sensation vote) and CSV (comfort sensation vote) and psychological responses, ECG (electrocardiogram), MST (mean skin temperature) of human, it was clear that the optimum temperature difference is about $5^{\circ})\;and\;7^{\circ}$).

각성-졸림 과도기 생리신호 분석 연구

  • 졸음에 의한 순간적 과오는 자동차운전을 비롯한 각종 산업안전에 인명피해를 포함하는 치명적 손실 을 수반한다. 따라서 이분야에 대한 연구가 국내를 포함한 전세계에서 활발히 진행되어 상업화가 추진 중이다. 그러나 이러한 연구는 실용적 차원에서 주로 피부전기활동(Electrodermal Activity: EDA)과 눈 깜박임 등의 측정방법에 의존하고 있으며 졸음의 첫 지시치로서 중요하고 객관적인 각성-졸음 과도기 뇌파를 포함하는 수면 다원생리신호 측정에 관한 연구는 이 방법이 피험자에게 구속성을 주고 측정 자체가 까다로워서 현실적으로어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 그 동안 Medilog SAC847 Polysomnography를 이용한 수면에 관련된 종합적 생리신호를 측정.분석 연구해온 경험을 토대로 정상적인 성인의 각성-졸음 과도기 생리신호특징으로서 뇌전도(Electroencephalogram:EEG), 턱 및 다리근전도(Electromyogram:EMG), 심전도( Electrocardiogram:ECG), 안전도(Electrooculogram:EOG) 등을 종합적으로 분석한 결과 졸음상태가 각성상 태에 비하여 EEG의 주파수는 감소하고, EMG와 ECG의 진폭은 줄어들고, EOG에서는 느린 안구운동의 특징을 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다.
