  • As the global epidemic continues to worsen, the pressure on the supply chain is also increasing. In this context, Internet shopping has ushered in new development opportunities. Under the influence of globalization, the development of cross-border e-commerce (CB-EC) is particularly remarkable. As China is a big manufacturing country, the growth of CB-EC is a significant opportunity for Chinese goods to enter the international market. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of China's manufacturing industry and CB-EC from four aspects: the operation mode, development mode, policy environment, and development prospect of CB-EC in China's manufacturing sector. This paper constructs an evaluation system including 19 secondary indicators to rank the CB-EC development environment of 30 provinces in China that have established comprehensive pilot zones of CB-EC.

  • Sustainable development has always been the top agenda of many governments. Especially, the concept of 'Ecological Civilisation (EC)' is gaining substantial attention from China's new leaders. However, regional government officers may manipulate or change top level policy in order to suit their own interests or if they are unable to meet the varied pressures of achieving the set measures. Thus, policy makers can unwittingly cause a negative or positive impact on the firms or regional development through the implementation of EC regulations and the requirement to measure, monitor and report performance measurement (PM) information. This can potentially have significant consequences for the firms, the industry sector, and China as a whole. The aim of this research is to explore and evaluate previous work focusing on the relationship and links between regulation and PM. This research will make a significant knowledge contribution to the emerging and yet important area in EC related research. A good understanding of the linkages between PM and EC will assist policy makers to better formulate suitable regulatory control mechanisms at the field level. Moreover, they may take the PM and EC linkages into consideration when setting policy frameworks by minimizing the negative effects and take advantages of the positive consequences.

  • Recently, Internet solution market is focused on competition in Electronic Commerce (EC) rather than necessity and effectiveness of EC. In this paper, we propose a policy-oriented matching agent system that makes EC market active. We can pursue diverse promotion since policies are objects, and we can formulate, carry out, pursue, and evaluated a policy consistently on the proposed solution since our solution is integrated into merits of rule-based system and operation space (release post). There are three important points of the implementation. It is component-based structure that fits to be a basic platform for EC. It is connected with other system easily, so it can help marketing.
