The objective of this study is to investigate actual conditions of terrestrial vegetation part in Environmental impact statement, and to prepare a proposal for the efficiency of Environmental Impact Assessment. 13 E.I.S.s made out during 1996.6-1997.5. have been chosen and analysed with respect to scope of survey, item of survey, method of survey, and result of survey. Actual conditioins of terrestrial vegetation part in E.I.S. are summarized as follows : 1. The mean number of total participants in drawing up E.I.S. is 26.0 persons, that of participants in terrestrial vegetation part is 2.3 persons. 2. In case of planar project, the mean of scope of survey is 16.1 times as large as area of project . In case of linear project, the scope of survey has been determined arbitrarily. 3. The most part of survey has been dependent on literature, and field survey has been practically neglected. 4. Results of survey mostly missed the point that E.I.A. pursues. And proposals are as follows : 1. Participants in terrestrial vegetation part in drawing up E.I.S should be increased. 2. It is necessary to subdivide scope of survey in view of difference between planar project and linear project. 3. As for item and method of survey, field survey should be specially reinforced. 4. Several sheets of map as results of survey should be included in E.I.S. The vegetation map, the D.G.N. map, and the planting map should be included and drawn by smaller scale as possible.

There is a growing need for ad-hoc analysis of extremely large data sets, especially at e-Commerce companies which depend on recommender application. Nowadays, as the number of e-Commerce web pages grow to a tremendous proportion; vertical recommender services can help customers to find what they need. Recommender application is one of the reasons for e-Commerce success in today's world. Compared with general e-Commerce recommender application, obviously, general e-Commerce recommender application's processing scope is greatly narrowed down. MapReduce is emerging as an important programming model for large-scale data-parallel applications such as web indexing, data mining, and scientific simulation. The objective of this paper is to explore MapReduce framework for the e-Commerce recommender application on major general and dedicated link analysis for e-Commerce recommender application, and thus the responding time has been decreased and the recommender application's accuracy has been improved.

We define and study a concept of $H^f-space$ for a map, which is a generalized concept of an H-space, in terms of the Gottlieb set for a map. For a principal fibration $E_{\kappa}{\rightarrow}X$ induced by ${\kappa}:X{\rightarrow}X'\;from\;{\epsilon}:\;PX'{\rightarrow}X'$, we can obtain a sufficient condition to having an $H^{\bar{f}}-structure\;on\;E_{\kappa}$, which is a generalization of Stasheff's result [17]. Also, we define and study a concept of $co-H^g-space$ for a map, which is a dual concept of $H^f-space$ for a map. Also, we get a dual result which is a generalization of Hilton, Mislin and Roitberg's result [6].

This paper introduces a methodology for construction of ontology-based product knowledge Map. For CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce) environment, engineering application of ontology has been studied . However, there are no generic and comprehensive methodologies for ontology construction yet because of such problems: dependency on experience of ontologist and domain experts and insufficiency of detail stages or rules. To solve those problems, we propose a methodology to construct ontology from engineering documents in semi-automatic. We use middle-out strategy and term's axioms, sub-definitions, to build ontology map. 5-turple ontology structure, semantic network and First order logic (FOL) are used for ontology definition in this study.

As untact travel has become a new trend in leisure culture due to the spread of COVID-19, car camping market is rapidly increasing. The sales of car camping-related goods increased by up to 600 percent, and the sales of SUV in Korea also increased by about four times. Despite the growth of the car camping market, there is a lack of research on the actual condition of the car camping market or research on the user's perspective. Therefore, in this study, a survey of actual camping users was conducted to derive factors that they consider important in camping, and through this, a car camping map was produced. As a result, two types of maps were produced: a map about the car camping site and convenience facilities closest to the car camping site in Gangwon-do, and a hash tag themed map based on keywords for each car camping site. We gathered data on portal sites and social media to obtain information related to camping sites and proceeded with analysis using text mining. In addition, we extracted keywords using network analysis techniques and selected key themes that represent them. This allows the user to choose a car camping site by selecting keywords that suit their taste. We hope that this research will help car camping researchers as a prior study and provide a foundation for leading a clean camping culture through clean camping campaign. Also, we hope that car camping users will be able to do quality trip.

In this article, we study the Gauss map of generalized slant cylindrical surfaces (GSCS's) in the 3-dimensional Euclidean space $\mathbb{E}^3$. Surfaces of revolution, cylindrical surfaces and tubes along a plane curve are special cases of GSCS's. Our main results state that the only GSCS's with Gauss map G satisfying ${\Delta}G=AG$ for some $3{\times}3$ matrix A are the planes, the spheres and the circular cylinders.

Today, ubiquitous technology (e.g. computers or networked devices pervade everywhere we are) has enlarged by great advancement of information and communication technologies. If ubiquitous technologies is applied to, innovation of spatial information technology is expected. traditional spatial information technologies such as survey, GIS, GPS, LBS, and RS and ubiquitous technology gradual1y have been converged. The aim of this study is to create shared visions in spatial information technologies by scenario based roadmapping. So, we surveyed the state of the art in main spatial information technologies, market status and patent map. Consequently, prospects of spatial information technologies is suggested. The aim of 1st and 2nd NGIS project focused on map supplier was to develop digital map(e.g. framework data, various thematic map). As a result, the best technology of digital mapping is achieved in the world. But, there is not enough to develop GIS and LBS solution. Current market in GIS S/W and Telematics is about 384billon won and 250billion won. a patent is applied in the order, like a USA(1571case, 47%), Japan(883case, 26%), EU(478case, 14%), Korea(446case, 13%). In the future, spatial information technology fused on ubiquitous technology will be focused on user's demand and developing convenience context. The developing target will be realtime monitoring of 3D spatial data based on high resolution coordinate system, sharing and supplying multi-sensor data considered users demand, location service by ubiquitous technologies.

This paper is to propose e-business strategies for individual SME's(small and medium-sized enterprises). e-business maturity model is used to assess e-business maturity level of a target SME, and then corresponding e-business strategy is proposed based on the current maturity level. We studied two SME's to show how it works. Most SME's are small and do not have enough resources to invest on information systems. As it turns out, e-business strategies of SME should heavily depend on its relationship with customers and suppliers. One of the studied SME's is found to be in higher maturity level, because its manufacturing system is tightly related to its customer. One of major implications of this study is that e-business level of SME's should be upgraded considering how it is doing business with its customers and suppliers.

이 연구는 도서관 정보자원 디지털화 로드맵 구축을 위해 전국의 941개 도서관을 대상으로 설문조사(우편과 전자우편)를 실시하였다. 조사는 도서관 정보자원의 생산과 유통, 구축 및 관리, 공유와 보존 그리고 활용 등의 구체적인 활동내용 등을 중심으로 이루어졌다. 이 연구의 목적은 이들 조사결과를 토대로 도서관 정보자원 디지털화 로드맵 모형을 제시한 것이다. 그 결과는 도서관 정보자원 디지털화 수행시 제시된 모델을 적용할 수 있으며, 도서관 정보자원 디지털화 및 로드맵 등의 정책수립에 반영될 수 있을 것이다.

이글은 결혼이주여성들의 국내 적응을 위한 교육용 코스웨어 개발과 이의 구현을 위한 'e-사회문화지도(e-ASC)' 설계에 초점을 두고 있다. 여기에는 결혼이주여성들의 문화적응, 사회 구성원으로서 가치관과 태도의 수용 및 사회적 기여 기회의 제공 등과 같은 교육 요소들이 고려되고 있다. 전자문화지도는 3차원의 공간을 통해 이주민과 내국인 모두에게 의미 있는 학습 경험을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 문화적 동질성을 공유할 수 있는 수단으로 유용하다. 전자문화지도를 활용하여 이 글에서 제안하고 있는 'e-사회문화지도'는 다문화인구의 맥락적 경험에 근거한 특정 사건을 중심으로 모국에서 경험한 맥락적 한계를 극복하고 비교문화적 접근을 통해 이주사회에 적응을 위한 능동적인 학습기회를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 장점이 있다. 'e-사회문화지도'는 이주민들에게 효과적인 교육용 툴로 활용될 것은 물론, 결혼이주여성들이 모국에서 맥락적으로 습득한 한국 사회의 사회 문화현상에 대한 이해를 바르게 전달하고 그들의 사회적응을 돕는 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
