모바일 기부 앱의 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증 연구 (Empirical Research on Types and Service Attributes of Mobile Donation Applications)

  • 모바일 앱 시장이 발달하면서 사용자들이 앱을 사용한 만큼 기부에 참여할 수 있는 새로운 모바일 기부 앱이 등장하였다. 새로운 형태의 모바일 기부 앱은 모바일 앱의 기능과 기부의 시너지 효과를 통해 기부 시장을 활성화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차별화된 모바일 앱 서비스를 제공함으로써 모바일 앱 시장을 확장한다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 지닌다. 그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 종류의 모바일 기부 앱 서비스가 사용자의 사용 의도를 증대시킬지에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 공익연계 마케팅 이론을 바탕으로 어떠한 형태의 모바일 기부 앱이 사용 의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 직접적 혹은 간접적 모바일 기부 앱이 지각된 효과성과 공익 관여도를 매개로 하여 모바일 기부 앱 사용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실험을 모바일 앱 사용자들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분산분석 결과, 간접적 모바일 기부 앱이 직접적 모바일 기부 앱보다 지각된 효과성과 공익 관여도에 더 높은 영향을 미치며 PLS 경로 분석을 통하여 지각된 효과성과 공익 관여도가 높을수록 모바일 기부 앱 사용 의도를 높아진다는 사실을 확인하였다. 추가연구에서는 간접적 모바일 기부 앱의 실용적, 쾌락적 속성이 지각된 효과성과 공익 관여도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 실용적 속성이 더 많은 영향을 준다는 사실을 일원분산분석을 통하여 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 모바일 기부 앱 활성화를 위해 실증적인 디자인 가이드라인을 제공해줄 수 있을 것이다.

국내 전자상거래 보증제도의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A study for efficient operation of the e-commerce guarantee financing system in domestic industries)

  • 본 연구는 2001년도부터 시행된 전자상거래 보증제도의 의의, 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 전자상거래 보증제도의 효율적 운영 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 지난 10년 동안 본 제도가 시장에 정착되면서 전자상거래 초기에 우려했던 다양한 문제들 중의 일부는 시장의 요구사항과 기술 발달의 영향을 통하여 긍정적인 방향으로 운영되고 있다. 그러나 전자상거래 보증제도를 운용하며, 새롭게 제기된 문제들을 연구하고 이를 통해 전자상거래보증 제도를 이용하는 기업에게 도움이 될 수 있도록 전자상거래보증 제도의 효율적 운영 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 것은 비보증 시장에서 운용되고 있는 자금의 일부가 보증시장으로 전환되어야한다. 보증기금에서 운용되고 있는 지원자금에 대한 체계적인 홍보 시스템 구축이 필요하고 전자상거래보증 제도를 이용하는 기업에게 법인세 감면혜택을 지속적으로 제공하여야 한다. 또한 전자상거래 보증지원자금의 취지에 따른 우수한 기업을 발굴하여 대출 가능한 기업의 신용등급의 완화 소규모 기업도 사용할 수 있는 모바일 시스템 구축 및 정책자금 운용기관에게 운영에 대한 유연성을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 향후 지속적으로 기술 발달에 따른 전자상거래보증시장의 변화를 살펴보고 이에 따른 대응 방안에 대해 연구하는 것이 필요하다.

A Study on the Construction of an Ideal Internet Fashion Cyber Mall Focused on Web Design, Merchandising and Management

  • The purpose of this study is to pinpoint currently arising issues concerning cyber fashion mall by analysing present status and contents of its web design, management and planning within the limits o business to customer (B2C) commerce, and to suggest a direction for building an ideal fashion mall on the internet. As for the study method, conceptual definitions were given based on previous studies. And a positive study was implemented, in which the cases of 23 chosen cyber fashion malls among 60 or so domestic and foreign malls selling fashion products were found by internet search engines and analysed. Results of the case analysis of cyber fashion malls are as follows : 1) cybermall must provide customers with an integrated service as well as e-commerce. 2) various products assortment and price differentiation must be developed, 3) the techniques of graphics, coloring and texturing, and layout design must be adopted to process and express product information, 4) the legislative system is needed to deal with the security, and 5) design and management of customer oriented interface are needed to process and express product information matter of electronic payment and customer protection. Considering the issues in internet fashion cybermalls, are suggested the important factors that are necessary or web design, planning and management to build an ideal cyber fashion mall. These results will contribute to the development of fashion e-commerce.

서비스무역통계를 활용한 업종별 경쟁력 분석 (Analysing Competitiveness by Service Classifications using EBOPS)

  • 2015년 우리나라는 약 9,632억 달러의 무역규모와 약 902억 달러의 상품무역흑자를 달성한 반면, 서비스무역은 약 152억 달러의 적자를 기록하였다. WTO에 따르면 서비스무역은 부가가치 및 고용 창출효과가 높고, 국민의 소득수준, 삶의 질 등과 밀접하게 연결되는 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 2006년부터 2015년까지 12개 항목의 서비스무역 세분류통계 정보를 분석하고 지난 10년간 업종별 서비스무역의 대외경쟁력을 측정해 보았다. 분석결과 첫째, 상품무역규모대비 서비스무역규모는 점차 증가하고 있다. 둘째, 서비스무역 업종별 경쟁력분석을 통해 정책의 수립 및 지원의 우선순위를 고려할 수 있다. 마지막으로 서비스무역 내 업종 간 연계성과 서비스무역과 상품무역 간 연계성을 고려한 정책과제 수립이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

서비스제공자와 사용자의 인식차이 분석을 통한 소셜커머스 핵심성공요인에 대한 연구: 한국의 티켓몬스터 중심으로 (A Study on the Critical Success Factors of Social Commerce through the Analysis of the Perception Gap between the Service Providers and the Users: Focused on Ticket Monster in Korea)

  • Recently, there is a growing interest toward social commerce using SNS(Social Networking Service), and the size of its market is also expanding due to popularization of smart phones, tablet PCs and other smart devices. Accordingly, various studies have been attempted but it is shown that most of the previous studies have been conducted from perspectives of the users. The purpose of this study is to derive user-centered CSF(Critical Success Factor) of social commerce from the previous studies and analyze the CSF perception gap between social commerce service providers and users. The CSF perception gap between two groups shows that there is a difference between ideal images the service providers hope for and the actual image the service users have on social commerce companies. This study provides effective improvement directions for social commerce companies by presenting current business problems and its solution plans. For this, This study selected Korea's representative social commerce business Ticket Monster, which is dominant in sales and staff size together with its excellent funding power through M&A by stock exchange with the US social commerce business Living Social with Amazon.com as a shareholder in August, 2011, as a target group of social commerce service provider. we have gathered questionnaires from both service providers and the users from October 22, 2012 until October 31, 2012 to conduct an empirical analysis. We surveyed 160 service providers of Ticket Monster We also surveyed 160 social commerce users who have experienced in using Ticket Monster service. Out of 320 surveys, 20 questionaries which were unfit or undependable were discarded. Consequently the remaining 300(service provider 150, user 150)were used for this empirical study. The statistics were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Implications of the empirical analysis result of this study are as follows: First of all, There are order differences in the importance of social commerce CSF between two groups. While service providers regard Price Economic as the most important CSF influencing purchasing intention, the users regard 'Trust' as the most important CSF influencing purchasing intention. This means that the service providers have to utilize the unique strong point of social commerce which make the customers be trusted rathe than just focusing on selling product at a discounted price. It means that service Providers need to enhance effective communication skills by using SNS and play a vital role as a trusted adviser who provides curation services and explains the value of products through information filtering. Also, they need to pay attention to preventing consumer damages from deceptive and false advertising. service providers have to create the detailed reward system in case of a consumer damages caused by above problems. It can make strong ties with customers. Second, both service providers and users tend to consider that social commerce CSF influencing purchasing intention are Price Economic, Utility, Trust, and Word of Mouth Effect. Accordingly, it can be learned that users are expecting the benefit from the aspect of prices and economy when using social commerce, and service providers should be able to suggest the individualized discount benefit through diverse methods using social network service. Looking into it from the aspect of usefulness, service providers are required to get users to be cognizant of time-saving, efficiency, and convenience when they are using social commerce. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the usefulness of social commerce through the introduction of a new management strategy, such as intensification of search engine of the Website, facilitation in payment through shopping basket, and package distribution. Trust, as mentioned before, is the most important variable in consumers' mind, so it should definitely be managed for sustainable management. If the trust in social commerce should fall due to consumers' damage case due to false and puffery advertising forgeries, it could have a negative influence on the image of the social commerce industry in general. Instead of advertising with famous celebrities and using a bombastic amount of money on marketing expenses, the social commerce industry should be able to use the word of mouth effect between users by making use of the social network service, the major marketing method of initial social commerce. The word of mouth effect occurring from consumers' spontaneous self-marketer's duty performance can bring not only reduction effect in advertising cost to a service provider but it can also prepare the basis of discounted price suggestion to consumers; in this context, the word of mouth effect should be managed as the CSF of social commerce. Third, Trade safety was not derived as one of the CSF. Recently, with e-commerce like social commerce and Internet shopping increasing in a variety of methods, the importance of trade safety on the Internet also increases, but in this study result, trade safety wasn't evaluated as CSF of social commerce by both groups. This study judges that it's because both service provider groups and user group are perceiving that there is a reliable PG(Payment Gateway) which acts for e-payment of Internet transaction. Accordingly, it is understood that both two groups feel that social commerce can have a corporate identity by website and differentiation in products and services in sales, but don't feel a big difference by business in case of e-payment system. In other words, trade safety should be perceived as natural, basic universal service. Fourth, it's necessary that service providers should intensify the communication with users by making use of social network service which is the major marketing method of social commerce and should be able to use the word of mouth effect between users. The word of mouth effect occurring from consumers' spontaneous self- marketer's duty performance can bring not only reduction effect in advertising cost to a service provider but it can also prepare the basis of discounted price suggestion to consumers. in this context, it is judged that the word of mouth effect should be managed as CSF of social commerce. In this paper, the characteristics of social commerce are limited as five independent variables, however, if an additional study is proceeded with more various independent variables, more in-depth study results will be derived. In addition, this research targets social commerce service providers and the users, however, in the consideration of the fact that social commerce is a two-sided market, drawing CSF through an analysis of perception gap between social commerce service providers and its advertisement clients would be worth to be dealt with in a follow-up study.

문화재수리 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제 운영결과 및 낙찰률하락 원인 분석 (A Study for operation results of the comprehensive examination on tendering system in the cultural heritage repair and restoration, focusing on the cause of the decline in the winning bid rate)

  • 2014년 불거진 숭례문 부실수리 논란에 대응하고자 문화재청은 2016년 문화재수리 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제를 전격 도입하였다. 동 제도의 도입취지는 문화재수리업체에게 적정한 문화재수리비용을 제공하고 보다 나은 문화재수리 품질을 확보하고자 한 것이다. 이렇게 2016년부터 도입된 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제는 운영된 지 벌써 5년이 넘어가고 있어 동 낙찰제도의 운영결과를 중간 점검하고 새로운 입찰제도의 도입취지인 수리이행능력이 높은 업체에게 적정한 대가를 보장한다는 목표가 현재 달성되고 있는지 확인할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2016년부터 2020년까지 문화재수리 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제로 입찰된 총 114개의 입찰사례를 위주로 통계적접근 등을 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 조사분석 기간 중 발주된 114건의 분석결과, 첫 번째로 수리이행능력이 높은 문화재수리업체 선정 여부에 대해서는 낙찰자의 과반수가 문화재수리능력평가액 순위 중 상위 20%에 위치해 있어 '수리이행능력이 좋은 문화재수리업체 선정'이라는 목표를 전반적으로 달성하였다고 판단된다. 두 번째로 적정한 대가가 보장되었는지에 대해 문화재수리 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제의 도입취지와는 달리 2017년 86.847%에서 2020년 85.488%로 매년 낙찰률이 저하되고 있고, 문화재수리 종심제·종평제 대상의 94.7%가 속하는 50억원 미만의 문화재수리의 경우에는 예상되는 시설공사 적격심사 낙찰하한율 보다도 낙찰률이 낮아 이를 개선할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 세 번째로, 2019년 개정된 문화재수리 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제 경제성평가 배점구조의 변화로 경제성 평가의 영향력 즉, 변별력이 더 강해졌음을 알 수 있다. 문화재수리 종합심사낙찰제·종합평가낙찰제 시행 이후 낙찰률 하락의 원인을 분석한 결과, 첫 번째로 투찰률이 매년 하락하는 추세인 '1등 초과 그룹'과 '1등 그룹'이 전체 투찰자 수의 과반 이상이기 때문이며, 둘째로 낙찰률을 상향시켜 주는 역할을 하는 '1등 초과 그룹' 내에서도 높은 투찰가격을 써낸 투찰자를 '1등 미만 그룹'의 균형가격 배제범위보다 상대적으로 많이 배제시키기 때문인 것으로 보인다 결론적으로 상위 투찰가격의 과도한 배제를 지양해야 하고, 시설공사 적격심사제도의 낙찰하한율과 같이 낙찰률 저하를 막아줄 장치가 필요하다.

온라인 여행사 사이트 e-서비스품질이 지각된 가치, 만족도, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Intention of Repurchase on e-Service Quality by Online Travel Agency Site)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is reflected on the rapid development of online tourism industries. The study was to establish the strategy for Korean tourism enterprises to develop tourist commodities suitable for Chinese tourists and attract them to visit Korea by the empirical analysis of the relation between repurchase intention of tourists and its premise variables (e-service quality, perceived value and satisfaction). Research design, data, and methodology - This research carried out a questionnaire survey on Chinese tourists who visited Korea with experience of using the online travel agency web sites. A total 398 answers were recovered, 41 of them were excluded due to the dishonest answers and 357 of them were finally analyzed. The data was analyzed with IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0. Results - The research results show that in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, convenience, interactivity, information validity, credibility had a positive impacts on perceived value and satisfaction. The perceived value of online travel agency website users has positive impart on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction of online travel agency web site users have positive impacts on repurchase intention. But safety has no impact on perceived value while positive impacts on satisfaction was affected. Conclusions - First, in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, safety has no impact on perceived value while it was shown to have positive impacts on satisfaction because the users of online travel agency web sites believe that the protection of personal information, the defense of cracker and the safeguard of payment security are the basic premises of website operation. Although safety does not have impacts on perceived value, users benefits will suffer damage when hacker intrusion and other accidents occur so that online travel agency web sites should not ignore the security concerns. Second, credibility is a major concern for online travel agency web site users. At this time, it is necessary for the web site to establish a system to display both the commodity information and the using experience published on the user's SNS, thus improving the credibility of the website information.

소비자의 가격태도와 위험지각에 따른 의류할인점 선택행동에 관한 연구 (The Study of Consumer's Clothing Discount Store Selection Behavior by Their Price Attitude and Risk Perception)

  • The purpose of this study is examine how price attitude and risk perception affect6 consumer's attitude to clothing discount stores. As for the methods of the research 313 female consumers who just finished shopping at discount stores were interviewed and questioned. The result is as the following. 1. The factors such as discount price inclination effective value inclination price-quality association and price-social grade association in the price attitude as well as social psychological risk and the risk of losing opportunity in the risk perception affected consumer's attitude to clothing discount store. 2. The domestic national brand discount store acquired the highest scores in all factors but discount inclination factor and low price inclination factor. No difference was seen between stores in terms of the risk perception. 3. The determining factors for repurchase intention were found to be store satisfaction and the attitude to clothing discount store. 4. The convenience of transportation the availability of exchange or repair the payment option the quality of the product and the attributes of the store e, g, good quality with relatively low price affected the store satisfaction. 5. Domestic national brand discount store showed higher score in 'good quality with relatively low price' than domestic casual brand discount store did. And difference between groups was found in repurchase intention, Conclusively most consumers using clothing discount stores are effective value-oriented.

가족기업과 비가족기업의 경영자 보상 구조의 차이에 관한 연구 (How is the Compensation Structure of Family Firms Different from that of Non-Family Firms? : Evidence from Korea)

  • This paper examines the difference in compensation structure between family firms and non-family firms in Korea. A manager's compensation is an important means of motivating a manager to make decisions for shareholders by mitigating conflicts of interest between them. However, the role of a manager's compensation can be weakened in family firms for the following reasons. First, a family member manager has fewer conflicts of interest, compared to a non-family member manager. Second, a family member manager has an intrinsic incentive to increase a firm's value (i.e., family wealth). Finally, a family member manager can monitor non-family member managers more effectively. For the reasons, the agency problem will be less severe in family firms and subsequently the role of compensation will be reduced. The empirical results show that pay-performance sensitivity is smaller in family firms than in non-family firms. The main result is robust to variations such as changes in family ownership, the definition of a family firm, and control variables. Furthermore, this paper compares the pay-performance sensitivity of Chaebol family firms with that of other firms. The result shows that the sensitivity is higher for Chaebol family firms, compared to that in other family firms and non-family firms.

  • Dongdaemoon clothes market can make traditional commerce to improve problems which happen to traditional commerce and satisfy between customers and salers through combination among Electronic Commerce which is growing up in 21 centuries place innovation This thesis is focusing on suggesting strategies which practice to let Dongdaemoon clothes market customers and wholesalers, retailers to use Electronic Commerce as strategic skills by analyzing core successful factors for adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market. Adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market when the customer make a reservation and the salers provide the customer with discounting service, the customer was willing to but it. Internet service categories which affect customer's satisfaction are providing lots of product information. This thesis shows providing information made the customer to increase customers's satisfaction degree and buying intention. Also convenience of product research, and reliability in transaction process can enable the customer to increase transaction reliability. These factors are very important in Electronic Commerce. In addition, factors which show customer's suggestion and inconvenience by using best seller information and discounting service board when they buy some items in Dongdaemoon clothes market affect the customer satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree of providing information. However, this thesis is analyzed that reliability of transaction process doesn't affect all successful factors such as product quality, size, online payment system, price reliability.
