As the increase of internal users, there are many enterprises and organizations that regard the internal as the great ■marketing superhighway■. But the entrance of too many e-Business enterprises and shopping sites makes them to compete each other Consequently many sites are created and disappeared in the cyberspace. Although fascination and speculation surrounds the impact of the e-Business on business models via benefit-based concept, there is little evidence underlying all this speculation. This article provides on such data set. It reports on critical Issues that e-Business enterprises found salient as they browsed through e-Business model infrastructure on the world wide web, internet-based. We gathered domestic e-Business enterprise's kinds of business model during 2000∼2002 via KMAC's (Korea Management Association Consultants) K-WPI and K-WPC. We classified e-Business models as shopping mall, auction, community. value-chain, collaboration, information brokerage, advertising, Internet service, marketing that we had identified from the existing literature on business models. This study translated these models to the e-Business model context and explored their relative salience. The results suggest that e-Business manager need to think more about how they perform on the issues known to affect decision making for designing e-Business models. We offer advice for enhancing the effectiveness of business models.

This study was carried out on freshwater chlorococcal green algae in ponds, swamps, reservoirs, lakes and rivers (290 sites) from May 2012 to January 2014. The family Radiococaceae was identified and classified into 3 genera, 12 species and 1 variety at 23 sites. These taxa were Eutetramorus. nygaardii, E. tetraporus, E. planctonicus, E. fottii, E. globosus, E. polycoccus, Coenocystis planctonica, C. planctonica var. hercynica, C. micrococca, C. subcylindrica, Gloeocystis baneergattensis, G. papuana, and G. polydermatica. These taxa may or not had remnants of the cell wall in the colonial gelatinous envelope for a short time. Of these, 2 taxa are newly recorded in Korea from this study: 1) C. micrococca and 2) G. polydermatica.

Solvatochromic effects and hydrogen bonding interactions of 4-hydroxy-4'-nitrostilbene(NSOH) were investigated. Electronic transition energies of NSOH have good correlation with Taft's $\pi$$^*$. The hydrogen bonding interactions can be accounted by analysis with equation of $\Delta$E= $\Delta$E$_0$ + s($\pi$$^*$ + d$\delta$) + a$\alpha$ + b$\beta$. From UV-visible absorption maximum energies, $\Delta$E = 81.2 kcal/mole - 6.66($\pi$$^*$ - 0.20$\delta$) - 0.66$\alpha$ - 1.93$\beta$ (corr.=0.970) was obtained, and from fluorescence intensity maximum energies, $\Delta$E= 70.07 kcal/mole - 21.6($\pi$$^*$ - 0.11d) - 1.74$\alpha$ - 2.73$\beta$ (corr.=0.947) was obtained. The micropolarity estimated at the solubilization sites is close to the polarity of water. The apparent Taft's $\pi$$^*$ values of solubilization sites are close to 1. Howcver, the solubilization sites for the fluorescent NSOH is rather nonpolar. Both NSOH and NSO$^-$ can be solubilized in CTAB and CTAC micelles and NSOH is the only species that can be solubilized in SDS and Brij-35 micelles.

We presented the research analysis results and policy recommendations for this study as follows. First, we findings it was analyzed that the cremation number in public cremation facilities increased at a high ratio of 7.5% per year on average. Therefore, policies to expand the supply of public cremation facilities in preparation for the continuous increase in cremation demand must be implemented as soon as possible. Second, in this study we users of public enshrinement facilities accounted for 21.0% of total cremation number, and it was analyzed that the ratio increased at an annual average of 9.0%. Therefore, as the supply reaches its limit within 1 year in Suwon City and within 2 years in Seongnam City, policies to expand the supply of public enshrinement facilities in Suwon City and Seongnam City must be implemented urgently. Third, it was analyzed through we research users of public natural burial sites accounted for a very low percentage of 1.6% of total cremation number. Therefore, policies such as creating a pleasant environment for public natural burial sites, improving facilities, and public relations activities to promote the use of public natural burial sites at the government-wide should be preceded.

This research examines 13 Korean Web sites and 15 foreign Web Sites to explore how companies present apparel products by both layout of graphics and information at the Web sites. The results show that most Web sites display tiny icons next to the item's text description. Clicking on these icons takes the customers to another web page, where the full size photograph of the item appears. The results also revealed that most web sites offer shopping bag function and payment options such as on-line and credit cards. The results indicate that Web sites are constantly evolving and following functions such as virtual dressing room, FAQ, the links, E-Cash payment, currency converter and multilingual sites are becoming standards in the near future.

Based upon the previous experiments showing that kidney and lung tissues of rat had relatively abundant bradykinin binding sites, we tried to characterize and determine the densities of the bradykinin binding sites in the rabbit kidney tissue and proximal tubular cells under different growing conditions. Among the kidney tissue renal medulla segments showed the highest bradykinin binding sites. To determine which growth factors are to add in the serum free culture medium to express selectively the bradykinin binding sites in the rabbit kidney proximal tubular cells, we tried so called hormone-deletion approach and in here insulin, hydrocortisone, transferrin, triiodothyronine and prostaglandin $E_1$ are examined. By performing receptor binding assay and determination of protein concentrations, we may conclude that the most required hormones in the expression for bradykinin binding sites are insulin and transferrin, and fetal bovine serum is shown to be less effective in this regard.

This study identified the effect of changes in the riverbed on the benthic macroinvertebrate communities. The benthic macroinvertebrates collected from the surveyed sites belonged to 119 species, 65 families, 20 orders, and 7 classes in 4 phyla. The number of Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera (E.P.T) species was 42, 10, and 8, respectively, in the tributary, confluence, and Nakdong River sites. Lotic species (Hydropsychidae) showed a high density at the tributary sites, whereas lentic species (Chironomidae) showed a high density at the confluence and Nakdong River sites. Community analysis showed that the Dominance Index (DI) was 0.54 in tributary sites, and dominance indices increased closer to the Nakdong River sites. The diversity index (H') was inversely proportional to DI. The ratio of Burrowers species (BU) at the surveyed sites increased closer to the Nakdong River sites. Analysis of common species showed 37 species (34.6%) between the tributary and confluence sites and 66 species (51.5%) between the confluence and Nakdong River sites.

There are many demands for interoperability between weapon systems as the operational needs for joint and coalition based on network in modern and future warfare have been increasingly needed. In DoD, LISI has been applied throughout information system life cycle from the planning phase to the development phase to assess the level of interoperability. We also developed SITES which is a tool to assess the level of interoperability in information systems. But we should extend the assessment model from the previous information systems to the weapon systems to assess the level of interoperability including weapon systems as well as information systems. In this paper, we proposed the assessment model of interoperability, implemented the E-SITE based on the proposed model, applied 12 weapon systems and analyzed the experimental result.

This study examines the effects of the characteristics of educational contents, brand recognition, educational management and technical support on the repurchase intention mediated by overall satisfaction, trust and commitment in e-Learning sites. A survey of experienced users was conducted to collect data. The reliability and validity of data were tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cornbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation mode (SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The results of the study are as follows: Educational contents, educational management and technical support were found to have positive effects on overall satisfaction. And educational contents and brand recognition were found to have positive effects on trust and commitment. And trust and overall satisfaction were found to have mediating effects on repurchase intention.

웹 2.0 기술의 급속한 발전은 인터넷을 통한 커뮤니티 형성을 효과적으로 가능하게 함으로서 소셜네트워킹 사이트(SNS)의 급속한 성장을 가져왔다. 본 연구는 소셜네트워킹 사이트의 고객충성도를 높이는 요인이 무엇인가를 실증적으로 밝히는데 있다. 연구모형은 세 개의 독립요인(시스템 능력, 정보 적절성, 콘텐츠 가치)과 두 개의 매개요인(사이트 매력도, e-고객만족)으로 구성되어 있다. 중국인들을 대상으로 한 실증연구 결과 정보 적절성과 콘텐츠 가치가 사이트 매력도에 직접 영향을 미치며, 이는 다시 고객만족을 통하여 고객의 충성도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사이트 매력도는 고객만족과 고객충성도에 강력한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형에 대한 경로분석결과 사이트 매력도는 고객만족도를 높이는 중요한 매개변수임을 밝히고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜네트워크 사이트에서 이 매개변수들을 어떻게 하면 효과적으로 높일 것인가에 대한 다양한 시사점들을 제시하고 있다.
