  • In this paper, we propose integrated guidelines of effective e-Learning management system based on LMS(Learning Management System), LCMS(Learning Contents Management System), Authoring Tools by linking e-Learning system to management. The purpose of the study is to describe the present condition and major characteristics of domestic e-Learning System and to recommend quality assurance related to main functions and practical use of the corporate e-learning in multiple ways and implementation strategies to fit facilitator, tutor, learner.

  • In recent years, a variety of learning content construction utilizing the smart phone is coming. In this paper, we investigate on overall trends and movements in e-learning performance at University. And system developed a e-learning platform consisting of smart phone portal, learning management system(LMS), and learning content management system(LCMS). Throughout the experiment, each of the components of the e-learning were implemented. LMS was implemented more efficiently using a user profile evaluation system for qualification.

  • Learning Contents Management System(LCMS) manages the contents and the process of teaming by incorporating the both in a flexible system to help learners to be able to utilize them efficiently. The e-Learning comprises all types of educations based on electronic technologies as well as the Web. The existing e-Learning system is a simple information system providing Web based contents, therefore, it cannot support flexibility for both learners and teachers. The core part of the e-Learning system should be a remote education system which creates bilateral response between the learners and teachers, by providing substantial contents based on the LCMS. In this paper, a new e-Learning system is constructed with reusable modules generated by Component-Based software Development(CBD). Furthermore, creates new contents groups and enables to develop learning courses utilizing the Learning Objects. And also, observing the SCORM standard, lecture contents are designed and prepared to support learners Learners are supported to produce profiles which enables themselves to manage, measure, and evaluate their own capabilities, so that they can develop themselves properly in accordance with their levels, build prototypes for self development. Also a system that comprises all these individual components is suggested.

  • 최근 기업에서는 기업경쟁력 강화의 일환으로 다수의 업무처리솔루션을 활용하여 업무처리의 효율성과 효과성을 제고하기 위해 노력하고 있다. ERP 시스템 또한 이러한 맥락으로 기업에서 활용하는 기업형 솔루션으로서 현재 대부분의 기업에서 이를 활용하여 업무를 처리하고 있으며 많은 연구문헌으로 그 효과가 널리 알려져 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템은 도입이 중요한 것이 아니라, 도입후의 활용으로 효율성을 증대하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 업무처리능력의 향상. 비용절감효과, 재고의 감소 등 실질적인 성과를 위해서는 시스템의 도입뿐만 아니라 유지보수, 시스템 교육과 같은 사후 관리가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 ERP 시스템의 활용을 지원하기 위한 방안으로서 e-learning을 제안한다. 기업에서의 e-learning 활용방안에 대한 문헌은 다수 있지만, ERP 시스템의 지원을 위한 e-learning 활용방안은 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 ERP 시스템과 e-learning 시스템과의 연계모델을 제안하고, ERP 시스템 교육을 위한 방법으로서의 e-learning의 우수성을 증명하고자 한다.

  • This study suggested the new e-learning systems based on agent to provide an adaptable learning. In Semantic Web environment, to develop an ontology and an intelligent agent is essential for an adaptable e-learning systems. Especially, to develop a reasoning engine using analysis of learning content and learners' information can offer an effective e-learning system. Therefore, we developed an applying model to an adaptable e-learning systems and the various ontologies for Semantic Web environment. Moreover, we analyzed and developed ontologies within the framework of learning domain, a learner and interface. Further, we implemented an intelligent e-learning for applying an agent's reasoning. Through this system proposed, we suggested the new e-learning systems model for Semantic Web environment.

  • In many papers, item difficulty does apply to the E-Learning system for advance learning effect. But there have to need item revision difficulty for more correct item difficulty. Also, there have to support self-directed learning process which learner can make plan and operate learning progress. In this research, I developed self-directed E-Learning system using item revision difficulty. For efficiency of system development, il is implemented and composited by component based development. In the applied result, it was able to support more correct item revision difficulty to learner. And I displayed efficiency of operation the component based self-directed learning system.

A Study on the Impact of the Attitude of e-learning on the Effectiveness of e-learning (e-learning에 대한 태도가 e-learning 유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study of the attitude of e-learning on the effectiveness of e-learning and the antecedents of e-learning. For this study, samples were collected in the school where e-learning was students of cyber lecture. Structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, The attitude of e-learning has a positive effect on the e-learning effectiveness. Second, ease of use of learning management system, learning motivation, information quality of learning contents has positive effect on the attitude of e-learning, but usefulness of learning management system has no effect on the attitude of e-learning. Therefore, the former consists of learning management system, learning contents and information quality that are provided by e-learning and the latter means learning motivation.

  • With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the uses of e-Learning have also increased the effectiveness of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on the learners' self-efficacy. The former consists of LMS, learning contents and interaction that are provided by e-Learning and the latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. In this study, academic performance was measured by student's real record. We will show the validity of the model empirically, and most of the hypotheses suggested in this model were accepted.

  • Supporting of the user-wanted teaching&learning functions is an important factor to improve the learning effects in a e-learning system. However, most methods are not enough to refer a model for supporting a teaching&learning function in a planning, development, operation, and evaluation. Accordingly, we propose the specified reference model for supporting a teaching&learning function in the web-based e-learning system. To verify the validity of the proposed system, we consulted the students experienced in e-learning system. As a results, The proposed specified reference model can be expected more $11%{\sim}23%$ effectiveness improvement than that of their experienced in the previous system. Also, as the pre-evaluated results using the teaching&learning services supporting degree by the proposed reference model, those measurements are very similar to the services requirement degree of their experienced in e-learning system.
