OTP를 이용한 인터넷뱅킹 시스템의 다중 채널 인증 기법 (A Multichannel Authentication Technique In The Internet Banking System Using OTP)

  • Due to the development of the Internet, Internet banking that we are liberated from time and space has evolved into banking system. So modern life became comfortable. However, Dysfunction (malicious Information leakage and hacking etc.) of the Internet development has become a serious social problem. According to this, The need for security is rapidly growing. In this paper, we proposed the Internet Banking Authentication System using a dual-channel in OTP(One Time Password) authentication. This technology is that A user transfer transaction information to Bank through one Internet channel then bank transfer transaction information to user using the registered mobile phone or smart phone. If user confirm transaction information then bank request user's OTP value. User create OTP value and transfer to bank and bank authenticate them throgth the ARS. If authentication is pass then transaction permitted. Security assessment that the proposed system, the security requirement that the confidentiality and integrity, authentication, repudiation of all of the features provide a key length is longer than the current Internet banking systems, such as using encryption, the security provided by the Financial Supervisory Service Level 1 rating can be applied to more than confirmed.

  • 지식정보사회로의 변천은 우리의 삶을 보다 편리하고 윤택하게 해주고 있지만 미처 예상하지 못했던 부작용 또한 적지 않게 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 해결방안을 모색하는 것이 시급한 실정이다. 아직 인성이 발달되지 못한 청소년들이 정보통신망을 통해서 유통되고 있는 수많은 음란물과 폭력물과 같은 유해정보에 무방비상태로 노출되고 있는 것도 정보화사회의 대표적인 역기능 중의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 이 문제점 해결을 위해 본 논문에서는 사이트 상에서 제공되어지는 내용을 AC 머신을 이용하여 유해 단어를 추출하고 유해 정보 데이터베이스를 이용해서 유해 단어에 가중치를 부여했다. 그 결과로 유해 정보를 포함한 사이트는 90%의 차단률을 보여 효율적인 시스템으로 판명되었다.

Molecular Signatures of Sinus Node Dysfunction Induce Structural Remodeling in the Right Atrial Tissue

  • The sinus node (SN) is located at the apex of the cardiac conduction system, and SN dysfunction (SND)-characterized by electrical remodeling-is generally attributed to idiopathic fibrosis or ischemic injuries in the SN. SND is associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disorders, including syncope, heart failure, and atrial arrhythmias, particularly atrial fibrillation. One of the histological SND hallmarks is degenerative atrial remodeling that is associated with conduction abnormalities and increased right atrial refractoriness. Although SND is frequently accompanied by increased fibrosis in the right atrium (RA), its molecular basis still remains elusive. Therefore, we investigated whether SND can induce significant molecular changes that account for the structural remodeling of RA. Towards this, we employed a rabbit model of experimental SND, and then compared the genome-wide RNA expression profiles in RA between SND-induced rabbits and sham-operated controls to identify the differentially expressed transcripts. The accompanying gene enrichment analysis revealed extensive pro-fibrotic changes within 7 days after the SN ablation, including activation of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling and alterations in the levels of extracellular matrix components and their regulators. Importantly, our findings suggest that periostin, a matricellular factor that regulates the development of cardiac tissue, might play a key role in mediating TGF-β-signaling-induced aberrant atrial remodeling. In conclusion, the present study provides valuable information regarding the molecular signatures underlying SND-induced atrial remodeling, and indicates that periostin can be potentially used in the diagnosis of fibroproliferative cardiac dysfunctions.

Prediction of Length of ICU Stay Using Data-mining Techniques: an Example of Old Critically Ill Postoperative Gastric Cancer Patients

  • Objective: With the background of aging population in China and advances in clinical medicine, the amount of operations on old patients increases correspondingly, which imposes increasing challenges to critical care medicine and geriatrics. The study was designed to describe information on the length of ICU stay from a single institution experience of old critically ill gastric cancer patients after surgery and the framework of incorporating data-mining techniques into the prediction. Methods: A retrospective design was adopted to collect the consecutive data about patients aged 60 or over with a gastric cancer diagnosis after surgery in an adult intensive care unit in a medical university hospital in Shenyang, China, from January 2010 to March 2011. Characteristics of patients and the length their ICU stay were gathered for analysis by univariate and multivariate Cox regression to examine the relationship with potential candidate factors. A regression tree was constructed to predict the length of ICU stay and explore the important indicators. Results: Multivariate Cox analysis found that shock and nutrition support need were statistically significant risk factors for prolonged length of ICU stay. Altogether, eight variables entered the regression model, including age, APACHE II score, SOFA score, shock, respiratory system dysfunction, circulation system dysfunction, diabetes and nutrition support need. The regression tree indicated comorbidity of two or more kinds of shock as the most important factor for prolonged length of ICU stay in the studied sample. Conclusions: Comorbidity of two or more kinds of shock is the most important factor of length of ICU stay in the studied sample. Since there are differences of ICU patient characteristics between wards and hospitals, consideration of the data-mining technique should be given by the intensivists as a length of ICU stay prediction tool.

Biological functions of histidine-dipeptides and metabolic syndrome

  • The rapid increase in the prevalence of metabolic syndrome, which is associated with a state of elevated systemic oxidative stress and inflammation, is expected to cause future increases in the prevalence of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids and sugars produces reactive carbonyl species, which, due to their electrophilic nature, react with the nucleophilic sites of certain amino acids. This leads to formation of protein adducts such as advanced glycoxidation/lipoxidation end products (AGEs/ALEs), resulting in cellular dysfunction. Therefore, an effective reactive carbonyl species and AGEs/ALEs sequestering agent may be able to prevent such cellular dysfunction. There is accumulating evidence that histidine containing dipeptides such as carnosine (${\beta}$-alanyl-L-histidine) and anserine (${\beta}$-alanyl-methyl-L-histidine) detoxify cytotoxic reactive carbonyls by forming unreactive adducts and are able to reverse glycated protein. In this review, 1) reaction mechanism of oxidative stress and certain chronic diseases, 2) interrelation between oxidative stress and inflammation, 3) effective reactive carbonyl species and AGEs/ALEs sequestering actions of histidine-dipeptides and their metabolism, 4) effects of carnosinase encoding gene on the effectiveness of histidine-dipeptides, and 5) protective effects of histidine-dipeptides against progression of metabolic syndrome are discussed. Overall, this review highlights the potential beneficial effects of histidine-dipeptides against metabolic syndrome. Randomized controlled human studies may provide essential information regarding whether histidine-dipeptides attenuate metabolic syndrome in humans.

시열과제 수행 시 신호형태에 따른 운동수행력과 P300 분석 (Analysis of Motor Performance and P300 during Serial Task Performance according to the Type of Cue)

  • PURPOSE: The study was designed to investigate the effects of visual, auditory, and visuoauditory cues on simple Serial Task Performance in heaithy adults. METHODS: Sixty-three right-handed heaithy adults without history of neurological dysfunction were participated. A modified version of the Serial Reaction Time Task (SRTT) using five blocks of perceptual motor sequences was administered. The blocked paradigm consisted of the five blocks with randomly repeated 8 digit sequences with 5 repetition. Three types of sensory cue were employed: visual cue, auditory cue and visuoauditory cue. All subjects were assigned to press the matched botton as quickly and accurately as possible, when one of 8 stimulations was presented(one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight). The reaction time, accuracy, and P300 latency were measured during serial task performance. The mean reaction time(ms), accuracy(%), and P300 latency(ms) were compared between three types of cue using ANOVA. RESULTS: The reaction time to auditory cue was significantly longer than visual and visuoauditory cues(p<.001). And accuracy to auditory cue was significantly lower than visual and visuoauditory cues(p<.001). All P300 latency(at Fz, Cz, Pz) were significantly longer than to visual and visuoauditory cues(p<.05). CONCLUSION: It is suggested that type of cues influence in choice reaction. These data may helpful in designing not only effective motor learning training programs for healthy persons but also reeducation programs for patients with neurological dysfunction.

Does the Oral-Anal Transit Test Correlate with Colonic Manometry Findings in Children with Refractory Constipation?

  • Purpose: The Oral-anal Transit Test (OTT) is a simple method of obtaining information about colonic transit. We aim to assess the correlation of OTT with the neuromuscular integrity of the colon determined by colonic manometry (CM). Methods: All patients who had OTT followed by CM were evaluated. Less than 6 of 24 markers remaining on OTT was considered normal. CM was performed per previously published guidelines. A normal CM was defined as at least one High Amplitude Propagating Contraction progressing from the most proximal sensor through the sigmoid colon. Results: A total of 34 patients underwent both OTT and CM (44% male, age 4-18 years, mean 11.5 years, 97% functional constipation +/- soiling, Hirschsprung's Disease). Of normal and abnormal OTT patients, 85.7% (6/7) and 18.5% (5/27) respectively had normal CM. When all markers progressed to at least the sigmoid colon, this was 100% predictive against colonic inertia. Greater than 50% of patients with manometric isolated sigmoid dysfunction had markers proximal to the recto-sigmoid. Conclusion: OTT and CM are both valuable studies that assess different aspects of colonic function. OTT can be used as a screening test to rule out colonic inertia. However, the most proximal extent of remaining markers does not predict the anatomical extent of the manometric abnormality, particularly in isolated sigmoid dysfunction.

만성 요통 환자와 요통이 없는 건강한 대상자의 척추 뼈분절의 압통 역치 수준 비교와 만성 요통 환자에 통증 수준, 기능장애 및 심리사회적 수준 간에 상관성 (Comparison of the Pressure Pain Thresholds the Vertebral Segments Between Patients with Chronic Lower Back Pain and Healthy Individuals, and Correlation Between Pain, Dysfunction, and Psychological Status in Patients with Chronic Lower Back Pain)

  • Background: This study aimed to compare pressure pain thresholds (PPTs) in the vertebral segments between patients with chronic lower back pain (CLBP) and healthy participants without back pain and to determine the correlation between vertebral bone-segment PPT and pain level, lower back pain dysfunction, and psychological status in patients with CLBP. Methods: The subjects of this study were 23 healthy adults and 23 adults with CLBP. PPT was measured in 23 spinal bone segments using a PPT device, and the CLBP group was subjected to a pain level test (NRS) and a psychological test using the Korean version of the pain catastrophizing scale (KPCS). The functional level was assessed using the Korean version of the Oswestry disability index (KODI). Results: PPTs of the spinal sclerotomes were significantly lower in patients with CLBP than in healthy participants. In the CLBP group, the composite score of lumbar PPTs showed a high correlation with the composite scores for all segments, but not with the pain level (NRS), KPCS score, and spinal sclerotome PPT. Moreover, PPT in the sacral sclerotomes showed a significant negative correlation coefficient with function, with a KODI score of -.462 (p<.01). Conclusion: In this study, PPTs in all spinal segments in patients with CLBP was significantly lower than that in healthy subjects. The PPTs of the lumbar region was significantly correlated with the PPTs of other spinal regions. Through this study, it was found that there were changes in PPTs in CLBP patients not only in the lumbar region but also in other spinal regions. This information should be considered during clinical treatment of patients with low back pain.

  • 심장 기능의 포괄적인 결과는 심장박출량과 전신 정맥 환류로 표현된다. 심장의 4개의 방실은 각자 고유한 기계적 기능을 가진다. 심장방실과 판막, 폐순환 시스템은 전부하 또는 후부하의 형태로 상호 연관되어 있다. 심장 기능 장애는 전반적인 심장 기능의 실패로 전형적인 임상 증상을 나타낸다. 심장 기능 장애의 근본 원인을 조사하려면 심장 내 혈류 유동 경로에 대한 단계별 평가가 필요하다. 이러한 맥락에서, 심장의 세부 구조를 볼 수 있는 영상검사의 표지자는 심장 기능 평가에 중요한 역할을 한다. 영상기반 평가를 통해 개별 심장 구성 요소의 기능을 단계별로 조사할 수 있다. 심장 기능 평가를 위한 영상검사 중 최근 심장 CT가 포함되고 검증되었다. 본 종설에서는 포괄적 및 단계별 심장 기능 평가를 위한 심장 CT 기반 영상 표지자에 대해 논의하겠다.

아두이노 센서를 이용한 케겔 운동 시스템 설계 (Kegel Exercise System Using an Arduino sensor)

  • 아두이노와 압력센서를 이용하여 현대인의 관심사인 건강관리 프로그램을 만드는 것이 목적이다. 현재 한국에는 총 420만명의 요실금 환자가 있을 것으로 추정된다. Information Technology와 Bio Technology의 융합을 통해 이러한 환자들이 쉽고 간단하며 가장 효과적인 골반저근운동(이하 케겔운동) 을 할 수 있도록 유도하여 요실금, 발기부전 등을 치료, 예방한다. 현재 시중에 판매되는 케겔 의료기기는 전기적 자극을 강제로 주어 운동을 해야 하는 시스템으로 하의를 탈의하고 폐쇄된 공간에서 Femcon Therapy를 주로 사용 하였으며 이는 시간제약, 공간제약, 위생적인 제약 등의 문제가 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 제약에서 벗어나 하의를 탈의하지 않고 공간과 위생의 제약에서 벗어나 BT와 IT를 융합한 케겔(Kegel) 의료기를 설계 하였다.
