The purpose of this research is to comprehend experimentally the characteristic of human dynamic load and provide the result as basic data to suggest a valid impact-resistance evaluation method. Human motions exerting dynamic load are classified to 3 types. Selecting 3 ranks of motion strength, 3 ranks of load plane stiffness (A:20kN/cm, B:4.7kN/cm, C:2.2kN/cm), and 30 male grownup inspectors in their twenties, load was measured when they applied force on load plane. Result of this research is as follows: (1) Human dynamic load has different nature from object collision in the highest load ratio depending on the load plane stiffness and action time (2) The highest load ratio for each motion was 10.06 for kicking, 4.44 for hitting with shoulder, and 5.58 for fist blow.
Objectives: Load carrying tasks are recognized as one of the primary occupational factors leading to slip and fall injuries. Nevertheless, the mechanisms associated with load carrying and walking stability remain illusive. The objective of the current study was to apply local dynamic stability measure in walking while carrying a load, and to investigate the possible adaptive gait stability changes. Methods: Current study involved 25 young adults in a biomechanics research laboratory. One tri-axial accelerometer was used to measure three-dimensional low back acceleration during continuous treadmill walking. Local dynamic stability was quantified by the maximum Lyapunov exponent (maxLE) from a nonlinear dynamics approach. Results: Long term maxLE was found to be significant higher under load condition than no-load condition in all three reference axes, indicating the declined local dynamic stability associated with load carrying. Conclusion: Current study confirmed the sensitivity of local dynamic stability measure in load carrying situation. It was concluded that load carrying tasks were associated with declined local dynamic stability, which may result in increased risk of fall accident. This finding has implications in preventing fall accidents associated with occupational load carrying.

The dynamic stress of the diesel engine block is analyzed by using flexible-body dynamic analysis. Multiple loadings including the pressure load due to gas combustion, thermal load, and dynamic load are considered. Thermal load is assumed constant, however, pressure load and dynamic load are treated as time dependent. The present work is focused on the dynamic stress analysis, especially on finding critical points of the engine block. The analysis model includes four parts - engine block, generator, bed, and mounts. On the other hand, crank shaft, pistons, and main bearings are excluded from the model. However, their dynamic effects are applied by dynamic forces, obtained in the separate analysis. Dynamic stress is found by using flexible body dynamic analysis, and compared to the measured data.
In the design of high speed railway bridges is important a impact factor as a tool of assessing the dynamic capacitys of bridges. However, the impact factor(or dynamic amplification factor, DAF) of high speed railway bridges may essentially be changeable because the dynamic response is affected by the long train length(380 m), number of axles and high speed velocity(300 km/h)(Korea Train eXpress: KTX). Therefore, on this study will be examined the dynamic capacity and stability of the typical PSC Box Girder of high speed railway bridge. At first, the static/dynamic analysis is performed considering the axle load line of KTX based upon existing references. Additionally, the KTX moving load is transformed into the dynamic time series load for conducting various parameter studies like axle length, analytical time increment, velocity of KTX. The time history analysis is repeatedly performed to get maximum dynamic responce by varying axle load length, analytical time increment, velocity of KTX. The study shows that dynamic analysis has resonable results with optimal axle load length(0.6 m) and time increment(0.01 sec.) and maximum DAF and dynamic resonance happens at 270 km/h velocity of KTX.
In parallel system, the execution times of tasks cannot be accurately estimated and tasks may arrive at any time. In case, processors are overweighted with workload, the system utilization deteriorates. To solve this problem, dynamic load balancing that rearranges tasks in overloaded processors is required. We prospose the improved dynamic load balancing algorithm for $\textsc{k}-ary$ n-cubes using the property of ring and MWA which is the dynamic load balancing one for mesh. The proposed algorithm which uses the global load information has less communication cost than GDE, DDE and load difference within 1.

SMD Equipment convey an electronic parts at high speed, then assemble parts into a circuit board, and it develop a long time-duration dynamic force to be caused by moving mass. Vibration problem to be caused by SMD Equipment have an effect on micro-meter level's precision production process, directly, and dynamic stability of building. In the cause of quantitatively access about its vibration problem, input information(or data) of structure dynamic analysis need accuracy information of dynamic load. Determination of Dynamic load is various kinds of method using experimental and theory. In this paper, we got dynamic load using direct measurement method. We expect that an study on the dynamic load characteristic of SMD can be used to Equipment development of low level vibration and basis information of structure dynamic analysis.

Dynamic load models which show the practical behavior of truss bridge subjected to moving train load are presented. Three basically approaches are available for evaluating structural response to dynamic effects : moving force, moving mass, and influence moving force and mass. Simple warren truss bridge model is selected in this research, and idealized lumped mass system, modelled as a planar structure. In the process of dynamic analysis, the uncoupled equation of motion is derived from simultaneous equation of the motion of truss bridge and moving train load. The solution of the uncoupled equations of motion is solved by Newmark-$\beta$ method. The results show that dynamic response of moving mass and static analysis considering the impact factor specified in the present railway bridge code was nearly the same. Generally, the dynamic response of moving force is somewhat greater than that of moving mass. The dynamic load models which are presented by this study are obtained relatively adequate load model when apply to a truss bridge.

All the loads in the real world act dynamically on structures. Since dynamic loads are extremely difficult to handle in analysis and design, static loads are utilized with dynamic factors. The dyna mic factors are generally determined based on experiences. Therefore, the static loads can cause problems in precise analysis and design. An analytical method based on modal analysis has been proposed for the transformation of dynamic loads into equivalent static load sets. Equivalent static load sets are calculated to generate an identical displacement field in a structure with that from dynamic loads at a certain time. The process is derived and evaluated mathematically. The method is verified through numerical tests. Various characteristics are identified to match the dynamic and the static behaviors. For example, the opposite direction of a dynamic load should be considered due to the vibration response. A dynamic bad is transformed to multiple equivalent static loads according to the number of the critical times. The places of the equivalent static load can be different from those of the dynamic load. An optimization method is defined to use the equivalent static loads. The developed optimization process has the same effect as the dynamic optimization which uses the dynamic loads directly. Standard examples are solved and the results are discussed
In case of USA, the drilled shaft and the driven pile in the field showed a good correlation in the analysis of the bearing capacity between the dynamic load test and the static load test. However, in Korea, we mainly install the bored pile, which is not widely used overseas and we tried to confirm the reliability of the dynamic load test on the bored pile, because many people questioned the reliability of it. In this study, load tests were carried out on PHC bored piles in LH field (Cheonan, Incheon, Uijeongbu), and the bearing capacity of the dynamic load test (EOID 7times, Restrike 7times) and the static load test (7times) were compared and analyzed. As a result, the average of the bearing capacity of the static load test was 27% higher than that of the dynamic load test (reliability : 0.73, coefficient of variation : 0.3). And the average of the bearing capacity of the static load test (Davisson) was 27% higher than that of the bearing capacity of the dynamic load test (Davisson) (reliability : 0.73, coefficient of variation : 0.2). To reduce the difference between the bearing capacity of the dynamic load test and the static load test, we proposed modified bearing capacity of dynamic load test (base bearing capacity of EOID + skin frictional force of restrike) and difference between the bearing capacities was reduced to 9% (reliability : 0.91, coefficient of variation : 0.2). And the coefficient of variation was reduced to 0.2 and the consistency of analysis increased.

The purpose of this study is to develop the reliability-based dynamic load model for bridges. Analytial procedure to calculate the dynamic load is developed. Truck traffic is simulated using Monte Carlo method. Static and dynamic loads(deflections) are plotted on the normal probability paper to estimate the mean maximum dynamic load in bridge lifetime. The results may be served as a basis for new LRFD bridge design code.
