With development of mobile communications terminal and expansion of mobile Internet, a large number of users can use mobile web contents at anytime and anywhere and will demand service of greater contents. Due to such demand, many studies are being carried out on transcoding contents so that wired web contents can be used in mobile web. However, transcoding and creation of mobile web contents involve difficulties because specifications available from telecommunications companies and mobile terminals have not been standardized. Especially, in order for serving dynamic object of wired web page contents to dynamically change according to time or user, it is required not only to program scripts to suit each terminal, but also to transcode the resources used in advance. For solution to this problem, this study uses the hierarchy structure of DOM (document object model) to display structural characteristics of wired web page. In other words, this study proposes the following technique Wired web pages are analyzed and the results are established as data structure. Then, dynamic object is extracted and the domain is indexed so that, when serving mobile web page, information can be extracted at the indexed position to create mobile web contents for service on real-time basis.

A reinforced concrete pedestrian tunnel is constructed under a four-track surface railway. Heavy rainfall and soil exposure to drying lead to soil with different water content throughout the year. A railway is an open utility that is subject to rainfall without control on the quantity of the water on it and when there is a tunnel under a railway, the water content of the soil around the tunnel is very influential. This research shows the effects of change of water content in the soil around a pedestrian tunnel under a four-track surface railway. The pedestrian tunnel and the soil block around the tunnel are modeled in 3D by the FEM and are studied under the vibrations induced by the moving trains on the four-track surface railway for different soil water contents and the effects of the soil water content on the dynamic behavior of the tunnel and the surrounding soil are demonstrated.

A simulated realistic virtual environment is inhabited by autonomous cyber-humans who play the roles of agents in events. A key element, which enables this realism, is the historical context formed by time and space. A knowledge-representation scheme, composed of both spatial and temporal aspects needed by the agent to respond to dynamically changing situations, is essential for the design of a realistic virtual agent. In this work, spatial and temporal aspects of dynamic situations in the virtual environment have been formalized as a key component of our knowledge-representation scheme. This scheme provides a mathematical framework to construct realistic virtual situations that change with time, and background knowledge for agents in the simulated environment to deduce new pieces of information and plan against changing situations.

The paper describes a method o( user feedback in order to enhance the retrieval system effectiveness. The existing fuzzification function adapting fuzzy technique has difficulty that 4 type graph is made each time user select components. In this paper, to overcome this weak point of feedback, we proposed the interaction function using gaussian function that gives different learning rate according to choice of components with same function. We suggest the most efficient dynamic interaction function based on comparison of retrieval performance according to parameter of function. And then, we will construct the efficient retrieval system.

Modern life is surrounded by all kinds of information and screen, motion graphics in these media everywhere, you can use it to a special performance of the method, the use of the stage, so that the effect is more vivid stage performance. Stage design industry began to diversify the use of Motion graphic, have long been out of the framework of the traditional background, turn into dynamic video space. In this paper analysis of research papers by the dynamic changes in the graphics arena background, style, affect the application of dynamic images. Summed up in the stage of development that can adapt to the requirements of the times, better performance stage effects and express emotion of the stage performances.

In order to investigate the dynamic behavior of weathered granite soils before and after freezing-thawing, cyclic triaxial tests were conducted for the specimens not only with the variation of silt contents within 20% but with plasticity index within 20%. As the results, the dynamic shear modulus of weathered granite soils decreased with increasing silt contents. However, the change in damping ratio was negligible. The influence of freezing-thawing on shear modulus and damping ratio was minimal for the granite soils with variation of silt contents. For the case of the weathered soils with variation of plasticity index, the shear modulus increased with plasticity index within 20%, while the modulus decreased remarkably after freezing-thawing.

Effects of CR contents in NR/CR blends on the vulcanization kinetics and miscibility were studied by dynamic DSC and TGA, as well as the mechanical properties. While the vulcanization activation energy showed a constant value of $77.5{\pm}2.5$ kcal/mol regardless of CR contents, reaction rate, however, was observed to be somewhat lowered at increased CR contents. Partial miscibility was found between NR and CR phases at lower CR content of 3 wt%, but immiscibility was observed at higher CR content of 21 wt%. Mechanical properties were also affected by this miscibility, showing linear increase of compression set but decrease of tensile strength with CR contents in the blends.

This paper proposes an HDR display system using multi-projectors for presentation of HDR contents to multi-users. An HDR image is resolved by luminance and the resolved images are assigned to several projectors. The proposed system projects the HDR contents onto a large screen, and the system can display the HDR contents to multi-users. The proposed system realized to output the broad luminance by emitting the light of multi-projectors onto the same screen. In addition, tonal steps of the proposed system increase so that other projectors cover the tonal steps in the region where the dynamic range is expanded. In this paper, we indicate an effectiveness of the proposed system.

PDP(plasma display panel) represents the gray levels by the pulse number modulation technique that results in undesirable dynamic false contours on moving images. This paper proposes a LUT(Look-up table) based error diffusion algorithm for reduction of the dynamic false contours. A quantitative measure of the dynamic false contours is defined first. The measure of the dynamic false contours is calculated through simulation of every gray level combination of two consecutive frames. Based on the calculated measures, a modified gray level for a pair of gray levels of two consecutive frames is chosen to reduce the dynamic false contours. The chosen gray levels serve as contents of a gray level conversion LUT. Given a pair of gray levels of two consecutive frames, the gray level of current frame is modified based on the gray level conversion LUT. The new gray level is displayed on PDP. An error diffusion algorithm is, then, applied to compensate for the differences in the gray levels.

In this paper, the integrated search system made for the web news and review retrieval service is introduced. We made XSLTRobot that extract title, date, author and content from html document like news or reviews for search service. XSLTRobot used the XSLT technology in order to extract desired part of html page. The Intergrated Information Retrieval System(IIRS) is suitable for various search data format. And we introduce Dynamic Index Storage which is module of IIRS. Dynamic Index Storage is used to environment which needs fast index update like news. And it's design focused on retrieval performance because there was not many document that it has to update on a real time.
