NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무 구성요소의 중요도 및 활용도 평가를 통한 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of NCS Duty Components in 'Library and Information Management' by Evaluation of the Importance and Utilization)

  • 본 연구는 NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무 구성요소인 능력단위 및 능력단위요소의 중요도 및 활용도를 평가하고 분석함으로써, NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무를 도서관 실무에 적용했을 때 현장 사서들이 실질적으로 중요하게 생각하고 우선적으로 요구하는 구성요소들을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 첫째, NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무의 구성요소(능력단위)에 대한 중요도 및 활용도를 평가한 결과, '이용자 정보서비스', '독서문화 프로그램 운영' 능력단위는 중요도와 활용도가 동시에 높게 나타났고, '문헌정보 실무 연구수행', '문헌정보 큐레이션', '문헌정보시스템 운영' 능력단위는 중요도와 활용도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 직무 구성요소(능력단위)에 대한 Borich 요구도 분석 결과, '독서문화 프로그램 운영', '이용자 정보서비스', '문헌정보수집' 순으로 높게 나타났고, '문헌정보 큐레이션', '문헌정보시스템 운영', '문헌정보 실무 연구수행' 구성요소는 바람직한 수준과 현재 수준이 공통적으로 낮게 나타나고 있어 요구도가 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용한 직무 구성요소(능력단위)의 우선순위 분석결과, '독서문화 프로그램 운영', '이용자 정보서비스', '문헌정보수집', '문헌정보 서비스 마케팅', '문헌정보 보존', '문헌정보 이용분석'의 6개 능력단위가 최우선순위 구성요소로 도출되었다.

  • A concession business at Incheon Int'l airport has achieved a huge success since its grand opening of 2001. However the duty-free market became matured due to downtown duty free stores and on-line stores. Thus this paper tried to research and suggest strategic planning of VMD at Incheon airport's duty-free after analyzing the relationship among the components of duty-free store's VMD, brand awareness, brand image and customer's loyalty. Components of VMD are constructed in harmony, attractiveness, trendiness and Trust, which are independent variables. In addition, brand awareness and brand image are chosen as control variables. Customer loyalty is also designated as a dependant variable. Focusing those variables, this paper tried to find out the effect of VMD components to brand and consumer loyalty. According to the research result, it is proven attractiveness and harmony have a significant positive impact on brand awareness and brand image. It is also found out brand awareness and image have a positive impact on passenger's loyalty on duty-free stores at Incheon airport.

PMSM의 자속-토크 밴드를 고려한 DTC-PWM 제어 방식 (DTC-PWM control method of PMSM using the flux-torque Band)

  • This paper presents a DTC-PWM(Direct Torque Control-Pluse Width Modulation) method of PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) using the flux-torque hysteresis band. In order to keep the flux and torque error of the PMSM within the hysteresis band, the optimal PWM duty ratio is calculated by the error of the flux and torque with the flux and torque vector of the selected voltage vector. According to the flux duty ratios and the torque duty ratios, the optimized duty ratio to reduce the errors is selected by the calculated duty ratios. In the proposed method, the selected voltage vector is divided into d-q axis components with a simple method. And the flux duty ratios and torque duty ratios are estimated by the applied voltage vector. The proposed DTC-PWM for PMSM was verified by computer simulation.

다권선 변압기의 자화 에너지를 이용한 모듈화 전하 균일 장치 (A Modularized Charge Equalizer Using the Magnetizing Energy of the Multi-Winding Transformer)

  • The modularized equalizers normally use additional components among the modules in the long series-connected lithium-ion battery string. In these approaches, the overall systems are heavy, bulky, and high-priced. Furthermore, the losses related to additional components decrease the system efficiency. To avoid these problems, a modularized equalizer, which has no additional components among the modules, is required. This paper proposes a novel control scheme using the magnetizing energy of the multi-winding transformer for the module equalization. In this scheme, the high duty cycle is applied to the module where the voltage is higher than the reference voltage and the low duty cycle is applied to the module where the voltage is lower than the reference voltage. Due to the different duty cycle, more electric charges are transferred from high voltage module to the low voltage module during the turn-off switching interval. Using the proposed control scheme, the equalizer system does not suffer from the size, cost, and loss related to the modularization. The experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modularized equalizer.

  • Recently it is strongly required to develop the better fuel economy as well as basic power performance based on strict emission legislation. This paper focuses on studies of the engine cooling and ancillaries system among fuel economy factors in the developing stage. Firstly through the analysis of the current specifications, it is assessed whether each components may be designed properly, not overdesigned. Secondly, it is predicted how the fuel economy of each components can be improved. Finally the results are confirmed by vehicle field test equppted with the updatedcomponents. This study found good agreementbetween the prediction and the field test on the vehicle fuel economy improvements of the heavy duty engine vehicle with updated components such as engine cooling and ancilliaries.

우리나라의 공기중 유기용제 측정실태 및 성분분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Component and the States of Measurement of Airborne Organic Solvents in Korea)

  • This study was performed to investigate components of organic solvents and present statues of environmental measurements with official records of working environmental measurements of 4,181 workplaces in 3,280 workshops used airborne organic solvents. 1. The mean working hour of 4,181 workplace producing airborne organic solvents in 3,280 workshops was 437±28.7min, but the mean sampling time for measurement of airborne organic solvents was identified to be 254±28.8min. In 73.0% of 4,181 samples the sampling frequencys were Full-period, single sample measurement. 2. The total 54 components of organic solvents were measured in total airborne samples of 4,181 workplace in 3,280 workshops in both of first and second half-year. These were divided into 38 components, Group 1 substances (5 components), Group 2 substances (31 components) and Group 3 substances (2 components), regulated by the Industrial Safety and Health Law, and other 16 components without legal duty of working environment measurement. The most common component in each half-year was Toluene (84.8%, 88.2%), which was followed by Xylene (464.4%, 51.7%), Methyl ethyl ketone (31.1%, 34.4%), n-Hexane (22.7%, 27.8%) and Benzene (20.4%, 21.5%) in frequency. Of legal duty free components, Ethyl benzen, Trimethyl benzene and Pentane were frequently detected. In conclusion, these results show that the present legal classification system of organic solvents needs to revise. Also these results suggest that it must be necessary to analyze the component of airborne organic solvents mixture and to evaluate their effects on workers' health for the effective management of working environment in workshops treating with organic solvents.

A Study on Contemporary Beauticians' Job Satisfaction

  • This study was conducted out of necessity for attempting to identify what degree of satisfaction contemporary beauticians having to accomplish this expanded role of theirs had and what factors had an effect on their job satisfaction. Based on the study results, the following conclusion was drawn: 1) It was found that beauticians‘ level of job satisfaction with its components was in the order of 'vocational pride'(3.66), 'human relations'(3.39), 'autonomy'(3.29), 'required job'(3.13), and 'vocational duty'(3.01). 2) It was found that as to the level of job satisfaction according to religions beauticians with Buddhism had the highest level of job satisfaction with each of its components, followed by 'Others'(3.37), 'Christianity'(3.26), 'Catholicity'(3.25) and 'No Religion'(3.24). 3) It was found that as to the level of job satisfaction according to the future plan beauticians saying 'I will stop working at the same time that I marry'(3.68), 'I will continue working'(3.33), 'I will work for several more years'(3.30) and I will stop working at any time depending on circumstances'(3.29).

다상 DC-DC 컨버터의 입력 전류 리플 저감 제어 알고리즘 (Input Current Ripple Reduction Algorithm for Interleaved DC-DC Converter)

  • Input current ripple and harmonic components of the power device are main causes of electromagnetic interference (EMI). Although the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) operation can reduce harmonic components of the power device by reducing reverse recovery current of diode and turn-off voltage spikes of the switch, input current ripple increases due to high peak to peak inductor current. Therefore, in this paper, frequency control algorithm is proposed to reduce the input current ripple of DCM operated interleaved boost converter. In the proposed algorithm, duty ratio is fixed either 0.33 or 0.67 to minimize the input current ripple and the switching frequency is controlled according to operating conditions. 600 W 3-phase interleaved boost converter prototype system is built to verify proposed algorithm.

면세점의 지각된 서비스품질이 관계품질과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Duty Free Shop's Service Quality on Relationship Quality and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - With the growth of the duty free shop field and an increase in the executive interest in it, it becomes necessary to examine if PBZ (1988) SERVQUAL could be applied to duty free shop service reflecting on this increased interest and the importance of marketing strategy alternative managing multinational customers. Therefore, the present research focused on the comparison of Korean and Chinese consumers. We examined how service quality would affect relationship quality and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Surveys were distributed to 235 Korean and 220 Chinese consumers who have visited a Korean duty free shop. We analyzed frequency analysis, mean difference analysis, and reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and multi-group analysis. Results - First, perceived tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, price benefits, product diversity, and IT convenience of duty free shop service all appeared to be positive effect on customer satisfaction; at the same time, only tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and price benefits positively affected customer trust. Secondly, customer satisfaction and trust that are the components of the relationship quality appeared to be positive effect on customer loyalty. Thirdly, customers' satisfaction was found to play a full mediating role effect among all of the service quality factors with customer loyalty; however, customer trust was found to have the mediating effects only with tangibles, empathy, assurance, and price benefits. Fourthly, we found a difference between how service quality influences relationship quality and how service quality influences customer loyalty as a function of different nationality. As a result, it appeared that price benefits and IT convenience affected customer satisfaction more among Koreans than among Chinese. Finally, it appeared that customer satisfaction and trust affected customer loyalty more among Chinese than among Koreans. Conclusions - The results of this study contribute to the theoretical knowledge, but also provide strategic alternatives to enhance differentiation, international competence of enterprises led by duty free shop and service quality improvement and customer loyalty of enterprises are drawn as a foundation for constructing international customer relationship in future global era.

저압라인 EGR을 적용한 대형 디젤엔진의 EURO-4 규제 대응 전략에 관한 수치적 연구 (Numerical Study on Strategy of Applying Low Pressure Loop EGR for a Heavy Duty Diesel Engine to Meet EURO-4 Regulation)

  • EGR system has been widely used to reduce NOx emission in light duty diesel engines, but its application to heavy duty diesel engine is not common yet. In this study, simulation model for EURO-3 engine was developed using commercial code WAVE and then verified by comparison with experimental results in performance and emission. Possibility to meet EURO-4 regulation using modified EURO-3 engine with LPL EGR system was studied. Each components of the engine was modeled using CATIA and WaveMesher. The engine test mode was ESC 13 and injection timing and quantity were changed to compensate engine performances, because applying EGR causes power reduction. As a results of the simulation, it was found that EURO-4 NOx regulation could be achieved by applying LPL EGR system to current EURO-3 engine even with some BSFC deterioration.
