본 연구는 신규간호사를 대상으로 환자안전동기, 환자안전관리태도, 환자안전관리행위 정도와 상관관계를 확인하고 환자안전관리행위에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 신규간호사 127명을 대상으로 2020년 9월 11일부터 9월 30일까지 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Person's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 환자안전동기는 환자안전관리태도, 환자안전관리행위와 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 환자안전관리태도는 환자안전관리행위와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 환자안전관리행위에 가장 유의한 영향을 준 요인은 환자안전동기, 환자안전관리태도, 환자안전관리 교육경험 이었다. 따라서 신규간호사의 환자안전관리행위 능력을 증진시키기 위해 환자안전동기, 환자안전관리태도를 포함한 환자안전교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 제안한다.

The interaction between metal molecules and liquid metal molecules was modeled in the molecular scale and simulated by the molecular dynamics method in order to understand behaviors of the cluster on metallic surface in collision process. Lennard-Jones potential had been used as intermolecular potential, and only attraction 때 d repulsion had been used for the behavior of the cluster on the metal surface. As results, the behavior of the cluster was so much influenced by the cluster of liquid metal temperature and function of molecules forces, such as attraction and repulsion, in the collision progress. These results of simulation will be the foundation for the micro fabrication manufacturing by using spray application technology.

Conversion disorder is a psychologically produced alteration or loss of physical functioning suggestive of a physical disorder. Conversion symptoms are often superimposed on organic disease and can be overlooked. Psychological techniques are central to the management include the following: avoiding confrontation with the patients; avoiding reinforcement or trivializing the symptoms; reviewing results of tests and exams and creating an expectation of recovery; educating the patient before a treatment is begun; evaluating the patient's emotional adjustment and considering it at a treatment; using caution in labeling the condition; considering referral for psychotherapy; establishing particularly a treatment plan and making a definite treatment program; adjusting patient' s environment; letting participate a family at appropriate time; developing a reinforcement program for a treatment of chronic symptoms; developing a home program for outpatients. Use behavior therapy reinforcement may be helpful with more chronic or resistant symptoms, especially when there is a history of vague or excessive somatic complaints or significant secondary gain.

The wide gangway train have different indoor without the gate door to the most trains. in gangway train of structure without the section, heavy casualties are possible to occur by quite smoke movement in fire. in this study, fire behavior and smoke movement were analyzed as the locations and kinds of fire source by using FDS simulation tool. the model train size of $9m{\times}2.4m{\times}2.4m$ was serially constructed of six cars.

This paper provides the results of a study on the structural behavior of the composite slabs using the metal form deck plate. Cold-formed steel deck sections are used in many composite floor slab applications wherein the steel deck serves not only as the form for the concrete during construction but also as the principal tensile reinforcement for the bottom fiber of the composite slab. A total of 16 specimens are tested to clarify the composite action between the concrete and metal deck plate and to find the method to increase the composite effect, whether or not non-slip bars are used. The test results are summarized for the shear-bond capacities, deformation capacities, and failure modes for the specimens.

When a structure is built on the ground under consolidation, the instant corresponding contact pressure which the upper structure exerts on the ground is established. But, as the consolidation of the ground proceeds, the contact pressure is changed because of the flexural rigidity of the upper structure. This varied contact pressure exerts influence on the consolidation behavior of the ground. And, this varied consolidation behavior exerts on the contact pressure in retum. This kind of interaction between the upper struture and the olwer ground under consolidation contimues till all the consolidation process in finished. So this problem cannot be defined as a linear problem. In this paper an approximation method which can analyse this non-linear interaction problem is proposed by the FEM.

본 논문에서는 앞서 진행한 연구들과 딥러닝을 이용한 고소작업자 행동 모니터링 논문에 이어 작업자 위험 행동분류 시스템을 개선할 수 있는 연구 결과를 비교, 설명한다. 이번 연구에서는 작업자의 행동에 따른 고도계 센서의 데이터를 추가로 수집하여 작업자의 더 다양한 행동을 분류하고 위험 행동 패턴 분석을 위한 방향을 제시한다.

This study explores the factors that affect the lottery purchasing intentions of university students. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 504 students attending four universities in Kwangju South Korea. The conclusions are as follows: First, approximately 43% of respondents participated in at least one lottery purchase and the frequency of lottery purchases during the last 12 months was 4.84. Gender issues were considered since almost twice as many males reported lottery purchases. Second, males were affected by attitudes toward lotteries; females were affected by past behavior, subjective norms, and attitudes toward lotteries. It was hypothesized that the attitudinal message would change behavior for male students while the accurate information and the normative message would also be effective for female students. The fact that just about half of the respondents have previously participated in gambling vis-$\grave{a}$-vis lotteries shows consumer educators that lottery purchases by youth is a social policy issue in need of systematic and scientific attention.

This paper investigated the purchase behavior of Kimchi products by surveying housewives in Jeonbuk area who have purchased Kimchi products. The studied consumers purchased Kimchi products for the convenience and time-saving aspects. Factors taken into account when purchasing Kimchi were hygiene, taste and ingredients. The main places of purchase for Kimchi products were large discount markets. The purchase information paths were product displays at stores and recommendations from acquaintances. The most purchased type of Kimchi products was cabbage Kimchi. An one-time purchase amount was 10,000~30,000 won. The most purchased size was to be 500 g~1 kg. Desired improvements for Kimchi products were a display of the ingredients origin, exclusion of monosodium glutamate, freshness, and hygiene. Based on the results, this research aids in analyzing the marketing mix (4P: product, price, place, promotion) of Kimchi products for Kimchi manufacturers.

The numerical study on behavior of impinging spray from high-pressure swirl injector under various ambient temperatures was performed by using spray vaporization model and spray-wall impingement model implemented in modified KIVA code, and these spray models were estimated by comparison with experimental results. To compute the spray-wall impingement process, the Gosman model, which is based on the droplet behavior after impingement determined by experimental correlations, was used. The modified Abramzon and Sirignano model, that includes the effects of variable thermodynamic properties and non-unitary Lewis number in the gas film, was adapted for spray vaporization process. The exciplex fluorescence measurements were also conducted for comparison. The experimental and numerical analysis were carried out at the ambient pressures of 0.1 MPa and at the ambient temperature of 293 K and 473 K, and the spray characteristics, such as spray-wall impingement process, gas velocity field, SMD and vapor concentration, were acquired. It was found that the impinging spray develops active and SMD is small at vaporization conditions.
