This study aims to elucidate the historical origins of the long-term demand for the integration of "science subject classes" and "science-related events" within the context of science education for teachers. During the 1970s, science education in elementary schools faced a dual challenge marked by the tension between implementing the third curriculum, which emphasized fundamental science, and the "Pan-National Scientification Movement," which focused on technology education. The Ministry of Education was compelled to integrate the sudden demands of the Yushin regime into the ongoing third curriculum. As these demands emerged from dual policy directives, activities related to elementary science education were subsequently categorized into formal science subject classes and extracurricular science-related events. Although the movement did not directly alter the curriculum, it instigated modifications in personnel structure, activity spaces, and evaluation systems within schools. The introduction of the Pan-National Scientification Movement in elementary schools resulted in changes including the establishment of a new "science lead teacher system," the creation of a dedicated "science corner," and the implementation of a "science badge system." Although the movement was abruptly introduced, it ostensibly contributed to the advancement of the inquiry-oriented approach promoted by the third curriculum. Paradoxically, this advancement was facilitated by the integration of the consequences of the movement into schools' autonomous, extracurricular activities spearheaded by frontline education offices and schools. Although the movement represented a government-driven policy at a particular juncture in time, the manner in which science education practitioners responded to urgent governmental mandates, while preserving the integrity of the long-established third curriculum framework, involved dividing education activities into subject-specific classes and extracurricular science activities. Examining how science education practitioners in the 1970s proactively addressed these challenges offers valuable insights for the science education community in adapting to the current rapidly evolving educational landscape.

The functional role of warehouses in modern industry is changing from an established concept of storage to a concept of circulation. The target of this study is to improve the stacker crane's efficiency for the internal operations of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS). Eight operating schemes are proposed under the combination of three conditions, namely, the storing method, the layout type, and the sequence of command execution. The moving distance of the stacker crane is calculated using the same gateway data through a simulation based on a C# program. The optimal operating scheme is proposed based on the analyzed simulation results. In conclusion, the combination of conditions of random storage, two-way type warehouse, and dual command execution elicits optimum results in travel efficiency for the stacker crane.

It has been a year since the $Pok{\acute{e}}monGo$ has been released. Over the past year, the $Pok{\acute{e}}monGo$ have become a social phenomenon. This study analyzes the dual characteristics play of the original $Pok{\acute{e}}mon$ game. The Pocket Monster game, which has both casual and hardcore capabilities, has a broader player base and enjoys popularity for 20 years, satisfying the requirement of easy and convenient access, which is an advantage of casual games. In addition, the rating battle system of $Pok{\acute{e}}mon$ game turns casual play into hardcore play. In this paper, we analyze the dual play characteristics of longevity games such as Pocket Monsters, and propose strategies and directions for game development that can survive long term in the competitive game market.

The purpose of this study is to suggest problems and directions for improvement, focusing on the master's course at the Graduate School of Education, among the career guidance counselor training programs. First, in the case of career education counseling major education graduate school fostering system, ① 3 universities in Seoul, 2 in Gyeonggi-do, 1 in Incheon, 1 in Gangwon, 1 in Daegu, 1 in Jeonbuk, 3 in Chungnam, and 1 in Chungbuk, a total of 13 Opened in 20 universities. ② Most schools operate in a dual system. ③ As a major in career counseling, there is a maximum of 26 courses and a minimum of 10 courses for the master's course in the graduate school of education. Second, what are the problems and improvement directions of the career counseling graduate school training system? ① It is necessary to prepare a standardized curriculum. ② It is necessary to operate education to strengthen connection with the local community. ③ There is a need to resolve the level gap between the 13 graduate schools of education and the lack of faculty members at some universities. ④ Career education policy department of the Ministry of Education needs to periodically evaluate 13 education graduate schools. ⑤ The role of the career policy department of the Ministry of Education is to establish a mid- too long-term plan at the national level considering the demand and supply of career guidance counselors nationwide. ⑥ It is desirable to dualize the way to obtain a career guidance counselor license as it is now.

For the study of glucose oxidase(GOD) and catalase(CAT) coimmobilization system, the enzymes were obtained from Penicillium spp., PS-8, and the strain itself was used as an immobilizing matrix. To separate glucose oxidase and catalase after the ammonium sulfate fractionation of the culture broth, DEAF-cellulose column was used and its activity yield was 54 and 34%, respectively. Both enzymes were immobilized on the cell matrix, followed crosslinking with 2.5% glutaraldehyde for 12hr. In the determination of efficiencies of GOD and CAT of dual, mixed and soluble enzyme systems, the dual immobilized one w-as superior to those of the soluble or mixed ones. In the comparison of pH profiles, the dual and mixed types showed broader maximum pH ranges than the soluble type. Varying CAT/GOD ratio of the dual system, the higher the ratio showed the broader activity profile. In the comparison of apparent $K_m$ of GOD only and CAT/GOD=10, they were $7.1{\times}10^{-2}$ and $5.1{\times}10^{-2}M$. Their activation energies showed 3.98kcal/mole/deg for GOD only and 2.98kcal/mole/deg for CAT/GOD=10.

As the capitalist society was launched, false has been increasing day by day for the personal profit. Study after study since a long time ago has concluded that today's polygraph developed in order to determine these false. In Korea the polygraph has been used actively in current investigation agency, and passively in a private enterprise by a former polygraph examinant from the investigation agency. Each investigation agency is recruiting polygraph examinants through the strict qualifications, training education. Decisions of Supreme Court precedents about the polygraph test results are denying admissibility of evidence in reliability on the efficiency of a test equipment, way to ask, qualities of polygraph examinant, etc. The most fundamental cause of the issues mentioned in the precedents is that examinants of each investigation agency are being trained by dual education not centralized. Because of each investigation agency has its own training and polygraph examinant, each agency can occur variations every agency or every examinant, therefore ensuring the centralized educational system is needed. In this way, ensuring the centralized educational system will contribute to improve the reliability of polygraph test results and make a retrenchment in the educational budget in accordance with examinant training of each agency.

This study set out to define a communication environment between an ITS center and field device required to be introduced in the nation in order to guarantee the interoperability, compatibility, and global competitiveness of communication between them in the nation. It also aimed to establish technical and policy plans for its introduction, develop an emulator for information exchange, and apply VMS by way of showing an example, thus testing its validity. First, a standard environment for information exchange between an ITS center and field device required to be introduced in the nation was defined as a dual protocol between DATEX and SNMP. The study also proposed a message definition system including meta-attribution definition and OID introduction. The study then suggested technical and policy plans for its introduction including securing enough feasibility with feedback through a model project of standard introduction, offering education and promotions for the standard in advance, providing methods to introduce and systematically manage OID, developing a hardware standard proper for the information exchange standard, and setting up an integrated management system to introduce a dual protocol.

In this paper, a real-time dual-mode temporal synchronization and compensation method based on a new reliability measure in stereoscopic video is proposed. The goal of temporal alignment is to detect the temporal asynchrony and recover synchronization of the two video streams. The accuracy of the temporal synchronization algorithm depends on the 3DTV contents. In order to compensate the temporal synchronization error, it is necessary to judge whether the result of the temporal synchronization is reliable or not. Based on our recently developed temporal synchronization method[1], we define a new reliability measure for the result of the temporal synchronization method. Furthermore, we developed a dual-mode temporal synchronization method, which uses a usual texture matching method and the temporal spatiogram method[1]. The new reliability measure is based on two distinctive features, a dynamic feature for scene change and a matching distinction feature. Various experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. The proposed algorithms are evaluated and verified through an experimental system implemented for 3DTV.

The purpose of this study was to understand the labor division between men's housework and market work and to research the change of men's contribution to housework. And it was also examined what kinds of valuables work on a change in men's market work and housework. The information about men's change in the labor division was collected from the biggest 5 news papers in Korea for last five years for this study. And either men's new participation trend to household work did. Words searched for this study were men, labor, family, home, housewife, work, household work, father etc. Korean men have experienced a overloaded breadwinner role and have worked most in the world since 1960s. But Korean men's working time was continuously decreased a little every year. As Korean Companies had fired many worker during IMP economic crisis period, Korean men had to work more than before because of decreased fellows and they should have concentrated on their work at the sacrifice of private life and family-sharing time. On the other hand, some men were started to participate to do housework as a results of long-unemployment and early retirement after this periods. 5 day working system be in forced gradually since 2003 especially make men come back home and interest on housework. So Korean men's housework participation is gradually increasing by the practical application of sex-equitable politics such as 5 day working system and men's suspension regime for baby care. father's increased participation to children education and care, men's new family-oriented life style, dual-sexuality education system, and socially changed perception to husband housemaker. These interrelated trends demands us to shape a new labor division pattern in the family that make change the breadwinner/homemaker conception by the gender role. Now, all of family, men, women, and children have to join housework. It would help women, men, and all families make more human and equitable relationship.

A study on the seamen's demand - supply has been focused on early 1990s, and never studied yet since 2007. Because previous studies related to the seamen are very different in conditions the environments around the fishery recently. It is serious problem that the number of domestic semen are decreasing continually. To depend on foreign seamen because of lacking of domestic seamen should be linked closely with the fishing industry environment in our country. Therefore, this study is limited to domestic seamen. Lacking recent domestic seamen, it is the most likely to rise imbalance between demand - supply in the future. Through medium and long term its analysis based on data, we are willing to discover various political subjects for seamen's welfare, the training of manpower, education, etc. To solve these issues, it can be made institutional changes as follows ; First, it is necessary policy-making related the deteriorating employment situation based on its analysis of medium and long term for seamen. Second, it is necessary to overcome a dual system for its management for seamen. Third, it is necessary to improve problems of statistics data for fishery and build a statistical system for seamen. Also, it will be improved a insurance system under 5 ton and strengthen the function for Korean seamen welfare and employment center and must be urgently countermeasures for the minimal unemployment rate through a content development and management of home page. Finally, it will be supplied reliably seamen to improve a practice system for apprentices according to the international regulations(STCW-F) for fishery students.
