In this Paper, we present a scaling theory for dual material surrounding gate (DMSGTs) MOSFETs, which gives a guidance for the device design and maintaining a precise subthreshold factor for given device parameters. By studying the subthreshold conducting phenomenon of DMSGTs, the effective conductive path effect (ECPE) is employed to acquire the natural length to guide the design. With ECPE, the minimum channel potential is used to monitor the subthreshold behavior. The effect of ECPE on scaling factor significantly improves the subthreshold swing compared to conventional scaling rule. This proposed model offers the basic designing guidance for dual material surrounding gate MOSFETs.

People use social network services (SNSs) for various purposes, for example, to share information, to express themselves, and to strengthen social relationships with others. Meanwhile, problems of personal information leakage and privacy infringement become a social issue and thus information privacy concerns about inappropriate collection and use of personal information increase in SNSs (e.g., Facebook). Although people have privacy concerns in SNSs, they behave in a contradictory way, voluntarily presenting themselves and disclosing personal information. This phenomenon is called 'privacy paradox'. Using dual factor theory, this study investigates the phenomenon of privacy paradox by looking into enablers (e.g., self-presentation) and inhibitors (e.g., information privacy concern) for continuous use of Facebook that can co-exist independently of each other. It also includes antecedents of self-presentation (i.e., narcissism, need for affiliation, involvement, and self-efficacy) and those of information privacy concern (i.e., previous experience of privacy infringement, privacy awareness, and privacy control). The results show that most hypothesized relationships were supported. These findings provide strategic implications for SNS providers who want to promote continuous use of SNS. Under the current circumstances in which enhanced privacy policies are required, this study would be a useful reference for future research on information privacy issues in SNSs.

On the basis of the equity theory, as the couple perceives their relationship is equitable, they tend to make decisions jointly and are satisfied with their family lives. Therefore this study is aimed to identify the relationship among perception of equity, decision-making styles and family life satisfaction in dual-career couples. As a result of analyzing the cause-effect relationship, it shows that many socioeconomic$.$psychological variables have direct indirect impact on family life satisfaction through medium factor, so this study proves the application of the cause-effect modes. However the influence of the perception of equity of wives were higher than husbands.

본 논문에서는 발진부 귀환경로에 스위칭소자를 이용하여 최소의 소자을 사용한 소형화된 새로운 방식의 이동통신 단말기용 듀얼대역 VCO(Voltage Control Oscillator)를 제안하였다. VCO에 공진기의 Q(Quality factor)값을 정확히 모델링하기 위하여 공진기를 등가 모델하고, 이론 수치 해석하여 최적의 공진기를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방식을 적용하여 GSM(Global System for Mobile), DCS(Digital Cordless System) 대역의 동작 주파수를 갖는 듀얼대역 전압제어 발진기를 설계하였으며, 논문의 객관성을 입증하기 위해 제작 및 실험을 통하여 새로 제안된 방식의 듀얼대역 전압제어 발진기의 실용화가 가능함을 확인하였고, 앞으로 차세대 이동통신 기기의 고주파 부품 등에 응용될 수 있을 것이다.

면외전단하중(anti-plane shear loading)을 받는 기능경사 압전 세라믹 무한 스트립(functionally graded piezoelectric ceramic strip)의 상하 양쪽 끝단의 중앙에 평행하게 존재하는 유한한 크기의 균열(Griffith crack)에 대한 특이응력(singular stress)과 전기장(electric field)을 선형 압전 이론(theory of linear piezoelectricity)을 이용하여 결정한다. 푸리에 변환(Fourier transform)을 이용하여 복합적분 방정식을 구성하며, 이를 제2종 Fredholm 적분 방정식(Fredholm integral equation of the second kind) 으로 표현한다. 또한 응력세기계수(stress intensity factor)와 에너지 해방률(energy release rate)에 대한 수치 결과를 제시하였다.

In this paper, we propose the cogging toque reduction technique of the dual stator radial flux permanent magnet generator. The cogging toque is caused by the torque ripple increase and vibration and noise of the generator. And it is important factor determining cut-in speed of the small wind generator. To reduce cogging torque, permanent magnet displacement was studied. And the theory of the permanent magnet displacement was formulated and the cogging torque reduction according to the permanent magnet displacement was confirmed through the finite element method.

Purpose: Natural products are becoming gradually popular because of their health - related benefits and consumers' environmental awareness. However, research in this field remains limited, the present study attempts to address this research gap by measuring the influencing levels of the antecedents on natural product brand love. Research design, data and methodology: The study employs S-O-R (Stimulus - Organism - Response) framework together with Innovation Resistance Theory and Dual-Factor Theory to propose the research model, in which health and environmental stimuli influence both of facilitators and inhibitors of internal states or organism, and then shape purchase intention and brand love as consumers' responses. The mixed research method is designed with the application of structural equation model (SEM) to analyze 530 consumers collected by convenience sampling. Results: The results revealed that two chosen stimuli, including health awareness and environmental concern were positively related to both facilitators (natural content and regional products) and inhibitors (image barrier and usage barrier) and these four factors were significantly associated to purchase intention and brand love. Furthermore, purchase intention played the mediating role on the relationship between the four organisms and brand love. Conclusions: The originality of this paper is extend S-O-R theory into natural product context with mediating effects in an emerging economy. The findings make theoretical contribution on consumer behavior and managerial implication.

선형 압전 이론(theory of linear piezoelectricity)을 이용하여 면외전단 충격(anti-plane shear impact)을 받는 기능경사 압전 세라믹(functionally graded piezoelectric ceramic)의 중앙에 존재하는 균열(central crack)의 동적 응답에 대해 연구한다. 기능경사 압전재료의 물성치(material property)는 두께방향을 따라 연속적으로 변한다고 가정한다. 라플라스 변환(Laplace transform)과 푸리에 변환(Fourier transform)을 사용하여 두 쌍의 복합적분 방정식을 구성하며, 이를 제2종 Fredholm 적분 방정식(Fredholm integral equations of the second kind)으로 표현한다. 재료 물성치의 변화도(gradient of material properties)와 전기하중(electric loading)의 영향을 보기 위해 동응력세기계수(dynamic stress intensity factor)에 대한 수치 결과를 제시하였다.

In this paper, we examine the singular stresses and electric fields in a functionally graded piezoelectric ceramic strip containing an eccentric crack off the center line under anti-plane shear loading with the theory of linear piezoelectricity. It is assumed that the properties of the functionally graded piezoelectric ceramic strip vary continuously along the thickness. Fourier transforms are used to reduce the problem to the solution of two pairs of dual integral equations, which are then expressed to a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. Numerical values on the stress intensity factor and the energy release rate are obtained.

Using the theory of linear piezoelectricity, the problem of two layered strip with a piezoelectric ceramic bonded to an elastic material containing a finite interface crack is considered. The out-of-plane mechanical and in-plane electrical loadings are simultaneously applied to the strip. Fourier transforms are used to reduce the problem to a pair of dual integral equations, which is then expressed in terms of a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. The stress intensity factor is determined, and numerical analyses for several materials are performed and discussed.
