DJI 매빅에이어를 위한 드론 손 제스처 제어 시스템 (Drone Hand Gesture Control System for DJI Mavic Air)

  • This is a study on controlling a drone (DJI Mavic Air) with simple hand gesture using Leap Motion controller. Four component involve are MacBook, Leap Motion controller, Android device, and DJI Mavic Air. All of this component are connected through USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technology. The studies main purpose are to show that by controlling a drone through Leap Motion, drone amateur user can easily learn how to control a drone, and because of longer drone control range can be archived things such as search and rescue mission will be possible.

  • A drone without attaching guns or bombs can be a dangerous weapon, since its motor speed is greater than 3000 rpm, which is similar to that of a mower powered by a LiPo battery. The anti-drone system is the only means of detecting and neutralizing drone attacks. Many defense companies around the world provide solutions using various types of equipment (for example, radar, cameras, jamming guns, and net guns). ETRI has also developed a Low-Altitude Drone Detection (LADD) system consisting of Ku-band radar and an Electro-Optical/Infra-Red (EO/IR) camera. In this paper, we summarize recent technical advances in anti-drone systems around the world and introduce the features and describe the performance of the LADD system.

  • Practice through virtual reality can increase the educational effect regardless of time and place, and it is an educational method that is being pursued even in the situation of COVID-19. On the other hand, for VR-based education, related technology development and content development must be made, and experiential methods (flipped learning, blended learning, hybrid learning) must be provided in the educational process. The development scenario was developed with the contents of drone qualification test (ultra-light unmanned multicopter) and drone practice and the possibility of non-face-to-face self-directed learning (flipped learning, blended learning, hybrid learning). It is expected that the quality of vocational education related to drones and the effect of high education will be improved through the contents, and it is thought that it will be possible to suggest a direction for the development of various vocational education contents in non-face-to-face education.

  • As drone technology advances, the cases of using drones in the construction industry are increasing rapidly. Research by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, has shown that drone use in the construction sector is expected to expand the fastest, and research has been carried out continuously to utilize drones in the construction industry. In this way, we will identify drone research trends in the construction industry as a basic data that will provide direction for future research. This paper collected papers for 10 years from 2011 to 2020 and keyword analysis through Gephi 0.9.2. This paper was classified by the study details of the paper with the upper keywords by year, through which it analyzed the changes in the direction of the study by field. The data in this paper is designed to contribute to the development of balanced drone utilization research, despite the limitations of 10-year statistics.

국내 물류기업의 드론배송서비스 도입방안에 관한 연구 (Study on measures to introduce Drone Delivery Service for domestic logistics)

  • 본 연구는 국내 도입단계에 있는 드론 물류배송서비스에 있어, 최종 사용자의 수용 태도와 활용의도를 검증 하였다. 본 연구목적을 위해 드론 물류배송서비스의 사례와 문헌연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였고 설문조사를 통해 획득한 데이터를 SPSS 22.0을 활용해 검증하였다. 이에 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM)을 이용하여 새로운 기술 서비스의 영향관계 검증 결과, 드론 물류배송서비스 이용자의 개인 혁신성, 경제성, 편의성은 해당 기술의 수용 태도 및 활용의도에 인과 관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 하지만 지각된 위험은 인과관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 드론 물류배송서비스 최종 사용자들의 수용태도와 활용의도에 관한 연구결과를 토대로 드론 배송서비스 도입 시 고려해야 할 사항 등에 대한 드론배송 서비스 사업화를 위한 마케팅시사점을 제공하였다.

드론 비행 조종을 위한 자이로센서 데이터 기계학습 모델 (Machine Learning Model of Gyro Sensor Data for Drone Flight Control)

  • As the technology of drone develops, the use of drone is increasing, In addition, the types of sensors that are inside of smart phones are becoming various and the accuracy is enhancing day by day. Various of researches are being progressed. Therefore, we need to control drone by using smart phone's sensors. In this paper, we propose the most suitable machine learning model that matches the gyro sensor data with drone's moving. First, we classified drone by it's moving of the gyro sensor value of 4 and 8 degree of freedom. After that, we made it to study machine learning. For the method of machine learning, we applied the One-Rule, Neural Network, Decision Tree, and Navie Bayesian. According to the result of experiment that we designated the value from gyro sensor as the attribute, we had the 97.3 percent of highest accuracy that came out from Naive Bayesian method using 2 attributes in 4 degree of freedom. On and the same, in 8 degree of freedom, Naive Bayesian method using 2 attributes showed the highest accuracy of 93.1 percent.

군집 드론의 동시제어를 위한 멀티채널 송신 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Multi-channel Communication System for Drone Swarms Control)

  • Communication technologies hold a significant place in the swarm flight of drones for surveillance, inspection of disasters and calamities, entertainment performances, and drone collaborations. A GCS(ground control station) for the control of drone swarms needs its devoted communication method to control a large number of drones at the same time. General drone controllers control drones by connecting transmitters and drones in 1:1. When such an old communication method is employed to control many drones simultaneously, problems can emerge with the control of many transmitter modules connected to a GCS and frequency interference among them. This study implemented a transmitter controller to control many drones simultaneously with a communication chip of 2.4GHz ISM band and a Cortex M4-based board. It also designed a GCS to control many transmitter controllers via a network. The hierarchical method made it possible to control many more drones. In addition, the problem with frequency interference was resolved by implementing a time- and frequency-sharing method, controlling many drones simultaneously, and adding the frequency hopping feature. If PPM and S.BUS protocol features are added to it, it will be compatible with more diverse transmitters and drones.

지적재조사 드론 영상 활용방안 연구 (A Study on the Using Drone Images in Cadastral Resurvey)

  • At a time when the demand for drones is increasing, a plan to utilize drone images was sought for efficient promotion of cadastral resurvey. To achieve the purpose of this study, the technical and legal status of drone images was reviewed, and through this, the possibility of using it for cadastral resurvey was primarily reviewed. subsequently, an experiment was conducted targeting the project district to examine whether drone images were applied to boundary extraction, which is the primary process of cadastral resurvey. As a result of the experiment, it was found that boundary extraction from images is possible. However, in some cases, it is impossible due to field conditions or image quality. Therefore, it is necessary first to apply cases where boundary extraction is possible to cadastral resurvey and seek solutions for some impossible cases. In particular, the image quality problem may have problems with the current technology, but it will also have problems with the existing drone equipment. So, standard for drone calibration should also be established. Finally, the cadastral resurvey surveying procedure using drones was also presented

드론을 활용한 고정밀 토공량 산출 시스템 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of High-precision Earth-work Calculating System using Drone Survey)

  • 토공량 산출은 건설현장에서 최적 공사비 산정을 위한 데이터로 정확한 토공량은 토목 공사의 설계 단계에서 시공단계까지 고려되어야 하는 중요한 요소이다. 토공량 산출을 위해서는 정확한 지형 자료와 정밀한 토공 부피 계산이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 짧은 시간에 정확한 지형 파악이 가능하고, 경제성 측면에서도 장점을 갖는 드론 측량 기술을 이용하여 고정밀 토공량 산출 시스템을 도출하였다. 시스템의 정확도 검증을 위해 현장 검증시험을 수행하였으며, 드론을 이용한 토공량 산출 결과와 GPS 측량 장비를 이용한 토공량을 비교·분석하였다. 또한, 새롭게 개발한 토공량 부피 계산 알고리즘을 기존 항공사진측량 소프트웨어(Pix4D) 계산 방식과 비교하여 정확도를 검증하였다.

드론 기반 자기 이상 탐지를 이용한 해양에서의 강자성 표적 탐지 (Ferromagnetic Target Detection in the Ocean Using Drone-based Magnetic Anomaly Detection)

  • Magnetic anomaly signals from the ferromagnetic targets such as ships in the sea are measured by drone-based magnetic anomaly detection. A quantum magnetometer is suspended from the drone by 4 strings. Flight altitude and speed of drone are 100 m and 5 m/s, respectively. We obtain magnetic anomaly signals of few nT from the ships clearly. We analyze the signal characteristics by the ferromagnetic target through simulation using COMSOL multiphysics.
