축소형 초고속 자기부상철도 개발에 관한 연구 (The Study on Development for Small-scale Super-speed Maglev Train)

  • This paper presents the overall measurement system for on-line test of super-speed maglev train. The super-speed maglev train is composed of vehicle, propulsion, power, and so on. In order to evaluate and diagnose for sub-system, we made overall measurement system. Just like the other measurement system, it is designed to distributed type. The hardware is consist of SCXI, PXI, Terminal, UPS, and so forth. It is installed on a train, control room, power room and track to collect lots of signals. The software controls hardware system, monitors main data such as inverter current, converter voltage. Using the measurement system, we evaluated a lot of performances for vehicle, track, and so forth. Through the developed system have improved reliability and safety for super-speed maglev train.

  • Two different designs of permanent magnet motors as direct wheel-set drive for the German high speed train ICE 3 are designed, one with surface mounted magnets (SM) and one with buried rotor magnets (BM). The surface magnet motor has $17\%$ less mass and a slightly higher efficiency and was therefore chosen for further investigations. Compared with the conventional drive system of the ICE 3, consisting of geared inverter fed induction machines, the gearless permanent magnet direct drive yields about $16\%$ lower losses. This calculation is based on the route parameters of the high speed track between Frankfurt/Main and Cologne in Germany, which is currently under construction.

  • The aerodynamic loads at the blade hub and the drive shaft for 1MW horizontal axis wind turbine are calculated numerically. The geometric shape of the blade such as chord length and twist angle can be obtained fran the aerodynamic optimization procedure. Various airfoil data, that is thick airfoils at hub side and thin airfoils at tip side, are distributed along the spanwise direction of the rotor blade. Under the wind data fulfilling design load cases based on the IEC61400-1, all of the shear forces, bending moments at the hub and the low speed shaft of the drive train are obtained by using the FAST code. It shows that shear forces and bending moments have a periodic. trend. These oscillating aerodynamic loads will lead to the fatigue problem at both of the hub and drive train From the load analysis the maximum shear forces and bending moments are generated when wind turbine generator system operates in the case of the extreme speed wind condition.

  • The next generation domestic high speed railway system is a power distributed type and uses vector control method for motor speed control. Nowadays, inverter driven induction motor system is widely used. However, recently PMSM drives are deeply considered as a alternative candidate instead of an induction motor drive system due to their advantages in efficiency, noise reduction and maintenance. The next-generation high speed train is composed of 2 converter units, 4 inverter units, and 4 Traction Motor units. Each motor is connected to the inverter directly. In this paper, the effect of IPMSM parameter variations to the system operation characteristics of the multi inverter drive high speed train system are investigated. The parallel connected inverter input-output characteristics are analyzed to the parameter mismatches of IPMSM using the 1C1M control simulator based on Matlab/Simulink.

  • Pitch drive system in wind turbine is composed by the planetary gear system to satisfied its required performance such as long life and light weight for gear train. When the planetary gear system can reduce its volume and weight, the power consumption of the wind turbine can be reduced. In this study, the planetary gear system of the pitch drive system in medium-sized wind turbine is obtained for weight reduction by shape optimization method. And the planetary gear system is verified for their strength by the structural analysis.

  • It is very important to evaluate the friction force of valve train system in the aspect of reducing friction loss of engine. To this end, we have developed measuring system of friction force of engine valve train system. There were two major factors in the process of development of it. One was it had to accurately measure the friction force up to 3500 Crpm without any problems such as mechanical vibration, electrical noise and so on. The other was it also had to simulate real engine conditions such as Crpm, oil temperature, oil pressure and oil aeration including effect of belt drive system. In this paper we have introduced the process of development of it based on test results, and also analysis process of measured data.

  • The total control system of main engine and transmission will be designed specially for use in drive systems in rail vehicles. The domestic diesel train was controlled by the relay control circuit. But the exportation to Europe and the Middle East was controlled by total control system. When the driver operates the train, the operating signals are sent to Voith Controller. The VTIC controls the main engine and transmission. The system communicates with TMS, and the data are displayed by TMS when the function switch at the display unit is operated. The this driving control system which is applied to reduce the maintenace load and cost at Turkey diesel multiple unit train is proposed.

자기부상열차의 부상안정성을 고려한 3방향 분기기의 설계 파라미터 연구 (Parametric Study on 3-way Switch Design Considering Levitation Stability of Maglev Train)

  • 분기기 거더 경량화는 제작비 감소 및 제작의 용이함을 위해 필수적이다. 자기부상열차용 3방향 분기기 경량화를 위한 설계변수는 부상안정성과 관련 있기 때문에 신중히 결정되어야 한다. 도시형 자기부상열차는 대차가 레일을 감싸는 구조로 되어 있기 때문에 거더 높이 변경을 통해서 경량화가 가능하다. 실제 테스트베드에서 반복 주행시험을 통해 안정성을 확보해야 하지만 공간적, 비용적 제한에 의해 여러 거더 높이의 테스트베드 제작은 불가능하며 이를 보완하기 위한 설계 파라미터 연구는 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 자기부상열차 주행 시 3방향 분기기 경량화에 따른 부상안정성을 고려한 설계 파라미터 연구에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 분기기 거더 높이 변경을 통해 경량화하였고 모달 중첩법을 이용하여 유연체로 모델링 하였다. 유연체 분기기와 자기부상열차 동역학 모델과의 연동해석을 통해 차량의 통과속도, 횡 공극, 부상 공극을 비교하고 부상안정성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 거더높이와 부상안정성과의 상관관계에 대해 분석하였다. 본 논문의 연구 결과는 자기부상열차용 분기기 설계에 활용 가능할 것이다.

  • This study is to establish test method and evaluation technology of drive system appropriate to high speed train. The transmission system of high speed train serve in the severe condition compared with those of other trains, namely, they have to transmit high power to run with high speed and they have to make maximum use of the limited space. This paper reports the reviews and results for the test and evaluation method of reduction gearbox for high speed train and discusses various test items and methods about assembly and parts of gearbox transmission.
