본 논문에서는 예비 청년귀농인들이 귀농을 희망하지만 여러 가지 현실의 벽에 부딪혀 자신의 꿈을 진행시키지 못하는 이들이 더 없도록 하기 위해 게임으로 귀농의 과정을 녹여내고 안정적으로 귀농생활에 정착하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 게임에는 농사 시스템으로 밭, 비닐하우스, 자동화 시스템, 스마트팜의 순서로 발전할 수 있도록 하고, 자신이 원하는 작물을 초반 레벨에서도 키울 수 있도록 설계했으며, 공동체 시스템을 넣어 농촌은 개인주의 생활이 아닌 공동체 생활이라는 점을 부각하였다. 공동체 시스템에 실제 지자체나 정부에서 제공하는 지원 혜택이나 정보를 넣어 예비 귀농인들이 자연스럽게 정보를 접할 수 있도록 하였다.

렘수면 행동장애는 렘수면에서 과도한 근전도 활동과 관련된 불쾌한 꿈과 격렬한 행동이 특징인 사건수면이다. 이는 특발성으로 나타날 수 있고, 다른 신경학적 또는 의학적 상태에 이차적으로 나타날 수 있는 등 여러 이질적인 기저 질환이 있을 수 있다. 특발성으로 나타나는 렘수면 행동장애는 대부분 시누클레인 병증으로 인한 신경퇴행성 질환이 나타날 가능성을 의미하므로, 정확한 진단이 예후를 예측하는데 중요하다. 렘수면 행동장애의 진단을 위해서는 수면다원검사에서 나타나는 무긴장증이 없는 렘수면이 필수적이다. 노인 환자에서 수면 중 꿈을 꾸면서 행동을 보이는 질환으로는 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증, 외상 관련 수면 장애, 수면 중 격렬한 주기적인 다리 운동 등이 알려져 있다. 렘수면 행동장애를 모방할 수 있는 다른 수면장애가 동반되어 나타날 수 있음을 고려하여 신중한 병력 청취와 수면다원검사 등을 이용하여 수면장애의 감별 진단 및 치료가 중요하겠다.

Two of the main elements of Persian tangible heritage are rugs and gardens, which have evolved together from the dawn of Iranian history. Emerging from the same system of thought and geographical location, together they represent the Persians' world views, desires, dreams, and design paradigms. In this study, the Persian Garden's patterns, elements, typology, and meanings are introduced and compared with the same aspects of Persian rugs. This paper uses a qualitative comparative methodology to analyze rugs' designs and patterns in relation to Persian Gardens' design principles. Data is collected primarily through library study and observation. The author uses two categories for comparison: meanings and forms. First, the author identifies underlying meanings common to the two art forms and then introduces form, function, and general principal patterns into the analysis. There is a type of rug pattern, known as Chahar-Bagh (literally, "four gardens"), that mirrors a garden design, down to the details, which is the focus of this paper. Additionally, other representations of Persian Gardens in rug design, such as Shekargah ("hunting pattern"), are discussed, as are other rug patterns with fewer elements borrowed from garden design. The paper also considers several motifs that represent flora common in gardening on the Iranian plateau, some of which have symbolic meanings dating to the Zoroastrian era. By comparing these two mediums of art (garden and rug) in the context of Persian history and geography, it becomes clear that the Persian rug design, in its roots, is an attempt to bring a garden into interior space. The study shows that the forms, patterns, and meanings reflected in Persian rugs render the study of their designs incomplete without considering the history of gardens.

본 연구는 인간을 다른 생명체와 동일한 차원에서 바라보는 인간주의 이후 포스트휴머니즘의 흐름과 더불어, 그 안에 속하지만 정반대로 과학기술을 통한 증강인간을 꿈꾸며 절대화를 꾀하는 트랜스휴머니즘의 문제를 다루고자 한다. 그 이후 본 연구는 기존 정의론이 이 두 가지 양극단의 상황에 대해 어떻게 평가할 수 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 특별히 정의론과 관련하여 우리가 선택한 길잡이는 마이클 샌델이며, 이러한 논의 안으로 미래의 포스트/트랜스휴머니즘의 문제를 통과시켜봄으로써 과연 전통 정의론의 입장에서 미래 인간론의 흐름을 어떻게 평가할 수 있는지 제안하게 된다. 포스트/트랜스휴머니즘과 그로 인해 나타날 다양한 사건들은 우리가 피할 수 없는 운명으로 다가오고 있다. 그러나 이러한 필연적인 상황과 더불어 이것은 기존의 정의론을 통과하여 타당한 것으로 통용되기 위해서는 아직 많은 논의들이 필요한 실정이다.

In her "After Language Poetry: Innovation and Its Theoretical Discontents" in Contemporary Poetics (2007), Marjorie Perloff spotted Steve McCaffery's and Lyn Hejinian's points of reference and opacity/transparency in poetic language, and theorizes in her perspicacious insights that poetic language is not a window, to be seen through, a transparent glass pointing to something outside it, but a system of signs with its own semiological interconnectedness. Providing a critique and contextualizing Perloff's argument, the purpose of this paper is to introduce a topological model for poetry, language, and theory and further to elaborate the relation between the theory and the practice of language poetry in terms of "the revolution of language." Jacques Lacan's poetics of knowledge and of the topology of the mind, in particular, that of "extimacy," can articulate the way how language poetry problematizes the opposition between inside and outside in the substance of language itself. In fact, as signifiers always refer not to things, but to other signifiers, signifiers becomes unconscious, and can say more than they actually says. The original signifiers become unconscious through the process of repression which makes a structure of multiple and polyphonic signifying chains. Language poets use this polyphonic language of the Other at Freudian "Another Scene" and Lacan's "Other." When the reader participates the constructive meanings, the locus of the language writing transforms itself into that of the Other which becomes the open field of language. The language poet can even manage to put himself in the between-the-two, a strange place, the place of the dream and of the Unheimlichkeit (uncanny), and suture between "the outer skin of the interior" and "the inner skin of the exterior" of the impossible real of definite meaning. The objective goal of the evacuation of meaning is all the same the first aspect suggested by the aims of the experimentalism by the language poetry. The open linguistic fields of the language poetry, then, will be supplemented by The Freudian "unconscious" processes of dreams, free associations, slips of tongue, and symptoms which are composed of this polyphonic language. These fields can be properly excavated by the methods and topological mapping of the poetics of extimacy and of the klein bottle.

In this paper, we examine the roles, mutual relationships, and guidelines for a healthy life as exemplified by the characters Santiago and Manolin in Ernest Hemingway's novel "The Old Man and the Sea" and use this content to compare the happy home life of elderly couples in Korea. Through a metaphorical exploration of the lives of elderly husbands and wives in Korean society, the study examines their significance as the core of the family, particularly during their senior years. Ernest Hemingway's "The Old Man and the Sea" portrays Santiago as a unique embodiment of virtue and humanity. As an elderly male fisherman, he symbolizes a profound connection with the sea, as well as qualities such as courage, patience, and unwavering passion. His story underscores the importance of pursuing new goals and maintaining hope even in old age. The relationship between Santiago and Manolin provides insights into the dynamics of elderly husbands and wives in their domestic lives. Manolin's unwavering support for Santiago and his understanding of Santiago's dreams exemplify the significance of mutual support and the establishment of common goals for elderly couples. These characters serve as exemplary models for understanding and supporting one another within a family setting. Within the context of family life, applying these exemplary models and relationship dynamics fosters mutual respect, collaboration, emotional expression, and effective communication. Supporting each other and working towards common goals can enhance the family atmosphere, resolve conflicts, and enrich domestic life. Furthermore, when elderly couples share common goals and enjoy activities together, they strengthen their bond and create a more fulfilling family life. These shared activities deepen the affection between elderly husbands and wives and contribute to a thriving household. Through the characters of Santiago and Manolin in "The Old Man and the Sea," we present in this study a deeper understanding of the values and roles within the domestic lives and affection of elderly husbands and wives. Mutual respect, collaboration, emotional expression, communication, mutual support, common goals, hope, and shared domestic activities all play pivotal roles in maintaining a healthy family life and establishing happiness and well-being within the family. We expect this study to offer valuable insights into the fields of family studies, elderly welfare, and sociology.

Smart applications based on the Network of Everything also known as Internet of Everything (IoE) are increasing popularity as network connectivity requires rise further. As a result, there will be a greater need for developing 6G technologies for wireless communications in order to overcome the primary limitations of visible 5G networks. Furthermore, implementing neural networks into 6G will bring remedies for the most complex optimizing networks challenges. Future 6G mobile phone networks must handle huge applications that require data and an increasing amount of users. With a ten-year time skyline from thought to the real world, it is presently time for pondering what 6th era (6G) remote correspondence will be just before 5G application. In this article, we talk about 6G dreams to clear the street for the headway of 6G and then some. We start with the conversation of imaginative 5G organizations and afterward underline the need of exploring 6G. Treating proceeding and impending remote organization improvement in a serious way, we expect 6G to contain three critical components: cell phones super broadband, very The Web of Things (or IoT and falsely clever (artificial intelligence). The 6G project is currently in its early phases, and people everywhere must envision and come up with its conceptualization, realization, implementation, and use cases. To that aim, this article presents an environment for Presented Distributed Artificial Intelligence as-a-Services (DAIaaS) supplying in IoE and 6G applications. The case histories and the DAIaaS architecture have been evaluated in terms of from end to end latency and bandwidth consumption, use of energy, and cost savings, with suggestion to improve efficiency.

Background: Fibromyalgia is characterized by the presence of chronic widespread pain that may impair patient's quality of life. Currently, the use of naltrexone as a therapeutic agent for fibromyalgia is not supported by enough evidence, especially from randomized controlled trials (RCTs). This study aims to analyze the efficacy and safety of low-dose naltrexone (LDN) for the management of fibromyalgia. Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted on the Scopus, Medline, ClinicalTrials.gov, and Cochrane Library databases up until May 20th, 2024. This review incorporates RCTs that examine the comparison between LDN and placebo in fibromyalgia patients. We employed random-effect models to analyze the odds ratio and mean difference (MD) for presentation of the outcomes. Results: A total of 4 RCTs with 222 fibromyalgia patients were incorporated. The results of our meta-analysis showed a significant reduction in pain scores (MD: -0.86, 95% confidence interval [CI]: -1.20, -0.51, P < 0.001, I² = 33%) and higher increment in pressure pain threshold (MD: 0.17, 95% CI: 0.08, 0.25, P < 0.001, I² = 0%) among fibromyalgia patients who received LDN than those who only received a placebo. The fibromyalgia impact questionnaire revised and pain catastrophizing scale did not differ significantly between the two groups. LDN was also associated with higher incidence of vivid dreams and nausea, but showed no significant difference with the placebo in terms of serious adverse events, headache, diarrhea, and dizziness. Conclusions: This study suggests the efficacy of LDN in mitigating pain symptoms for fibromyalgia patients with a relatively good safety profile.

자연단일기에 장일식물의 개화를 촉진하기 일반적으로 사용되어 온 백열등(INC)이 낮은 에너지 효율 때문에 생산이 금지되었는데, 이를 대체할 수 있는 광원 중 하나는 컴팩트 형광등(CFL)이다. 본 연구에서는 몇 가지 장일식물에 대해 9시간 단일(SD) 조건의 $20^{\circ}C$ 온실에서 INC, CFL, 그리고 이 둘의 혼합광원(INC + CFL)을 이용하여 2시간(2-h) 또는 4시간(4-h) 야파(NI)나 6시간 명기연장(DE) 처리를 한 후 개화 및 형태학적 반응을 비교하였다. 전조 광원의 적색광(R):원적색광(FR) 비율은 각각 0.60, 8.46, 0.91이었으며, PPFD는 모두 $2.3{\pm}0.3{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$로 맞추었고, 대조구로 9시간 단일처리(9-h SD)를 두었다. 처리 10주 후, 페튜니아 'Wave Purple'는 단일 하에서 전혀 개화하지 않았으며, 모든 장일처리에서는 100% 개화하였다. 개화는 INC 및 INC + CFL 하에서 FL보다 앞당겨졌으며, DE와 4-h NI가 2-h NI보다 개화를 더 촉진하였다. 페튜니아 'Single Dreams Red'는 처리 후 65일까지 모두 개화하였는데, DE와 4h-NI가 2-h NI보다 개화를 더 앞당겼고 INC와 INC + CFL에서 빨리 개화하였으며 INC 6-h DE에서 개화소요일수가 가장 짧았다. 초장은 페튜니아 두 품종 모두 개화가 빨랐던 INC 하에서 가장 길었고, INC + CFL는 중간 정도였다. 팬지 'Coiossus Yellow'와 'Delta Blue Blotch' 두 품종 모두 INC 처리가 FL보다 개화를 촉진시켰는데, 전조시간별 차이는 작게 나타났다. 줄기 신장도 INC가 촉진하였으나 광원 및 전조시간에 따른 차이는 페튜니아보다 작게 나타났다. 결국 R:FR이 낮은 INC나 INC + CFL 하에서 개화 및 줄기신장이 촉진되었으며 장일처리시간이 길수록 그 효과가 더 컸다. 결론적으로, INC의 대체 전조광원으로써 CFL도 페튜니아 및 팬지의 개화를 촉진하였고 줄기신장을 억제하였으나, 개화 촉진 효과는 INC에 비하여 작았다.

The following conclusions are obtained from the studies on the chapters concerning phisiology, pathology, daily conduct, materia medica, pulse, and urinalysis from , of the "Four Tantras". 1. The theoretical basis forming the Tibetan Medicine is the substance of phlegm, bile, and wind each of which is divided into five kinds. These phisiological substances can be transformed into pathological factors when certain environment is formed. 2. In embryology, the semen of the father and menstral blood of mother is considered the most important condition in conception, and the Five factors are regarded as important. There is a detailed explanation of development of the fetus while it stays in the womb of mother during 38weeks, such as the formation of the viscera, channels, sense organs, etc. 3. There is metaphor which compares the human body with the king's palace. With the development of human anatomy, there is the detailed anatomical picture of anterior and posterior aspects of human body. And also there is the measurement of physiological constitution and the three fluids. 4. In division of the channels, they concerned the now of the blood and distribution of the nerve fibers, and each channel is connected with one another. The division of the cannel is namely embryonic channel, channel of existence, channel of connection, and the course of life principle. 5. The seven bodily constituents and three factors of phlegm, bile, and wind are important in sustaining the life of human body as well as growth and maturization, and when their equilibrium is broken, the human body is degnerated, and finally death comes. 6. The signs of death is divided into distant sign, remote sign, certain sign. and uncertain sign, and is used as a clue in diagnosis of the disease. Especially there is a mention about the mechanism of the dreams, and different dreams according to the condition of the patient. 7. In pathology, there is the cause of the disease, the environmental factors which can induce disease, the path by which disease come into the human body, the characteristics of the disease, and the kinds of disease. 8. There is a mention about the conduct, and it is divided into the daily conduct, the mental attitude, and the side-effects which can occur when one puts up with the physiological actions of the body. 9. The daily diet is divided into food and beverage. The food is divided again into grain, meat, fat, boiled food, and spiced food, and the beverage into milk, water, and wine. 10. The pulsation should be taken in lift hand to diagnose heart, small intestine, stomach, spleen, kidney, reproductive organ, and in right hand jungs, large intestine, liver, gall bladder, kidney, and bladder. In the healthy person, the pulse moves 5times in one perspiration, and the type of pulse is constant while the pulse moves 100times. But unhealthy person's pulse is different from this. The urinalysis is the unique part of Tibetan Medicine, and is important in examination of the disease. One should decide which of the three factors are dominant by the obervation of the color, amount of the steam and how long it lasts, odour, foam, and the shape of the swirl in three different states when the urine is hot, warm, and cold. One can determine the life of the patient and which viscera is the cause of the disease by the pulse, and whether the nature of the disease is hot or cold by the urinalysis. 11. The materia medica contains gemstones, minerals, plateau medication, and meat products.
