Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease is an autosomal dominant hereditary disorder caused by a germline mutation of the VHL gene. It is a multi-systemic disorder that is predisposed to benign or malignant tumors of visceral organs such as hemangioblastoma of the central nervous system, renal cell carcinoma, retinal angioma and pheochromocytoma. We report herein a case of VHL disease that initially manifested with aortic valve insufficiency.

The failure of a Zn-plated carbon steel pipe that served as a fire sprinkler was investigated in terms of the pipe's corrosion products. The pipes leaked through holes formed beneath the tubercles. The formation of oxygen concentration cell involves colonization of metal surface by aerobic bacteria or other slime formers, and anodic reaction beneath tubercle is accelerated by the presence of SRB, leading to the formation of hole beneath tubercle.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to suggest that psychotherapy must be considered when treating conversion disorder patient with convulsion. Methods : We treated the patient with counseling and autogenic training in psychotherapies, not only traditional methods. Results : In this study, we found difference between when counselling and autogenic training is combined and when they are not practiced. Conclusions : Counseling and autogenic training is good treatment at patient with convulsion of conversion disorder.

Recently, an automatic crane control system is required with high speed and rapid transportation. Therefore, when container is transferred from the initial coordinate to the finial coordinate, the container paths should be built in terms of the least time and without sway. Therefore, we calculated the anti-collision path for avoiding collision in its movement to the finial coordinate in this paper. And we constructed the neural network predictive two degree of freedom PID (NNPPID) controller to control the precise navigation. The proposed Predictive control system is composed of the neural network predictor, two degree of freedom PID(TDOFPID) controller, neural network self-tuner which yields parameters of TDOFPID. We analyzed crane system through simulation, and proved excellency of control performance over the conventional controllers.
