This study aims to propose design directions for the eco-friendly, sustainable underground campus in terms of integrated design. For this purpose, theoretical investigation, design methodology and quality investigation, analytical case studies on the domestic and foreign underground campus, and user survey for POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) and analysis on the recently built domestic underground campus plans were conducted. As a conclusion, design direction and improvement areas for the synthesized sustainable underground campus plan were proposed. Underground campus plan will be a great alternative for a 21st century sustainable campus if well-developed plans with organized design guidelines are established.

Objectives: The purpose of this review is to analyze domestic and foreign studies related to the effect of Korean Medicine Treatment for Postpartum Back Pain. Methods: Clinical studies applying Korean Medicine Treatment on Postpartum Back Pain were searched using domestic and foreign search engines up to December 2022. After searching studies, we analyzed selected studies and 11 studies were selected as a result. Results: All of the patients studied in the case study showed a decrease in Postpartum Back Pain after treatment compared to before treatment and in the control study, it was found that indices evaluating Postpartum Back Pain after treatment were significantly improved in the experimental group compared to before treatment in the experimental group. It was found that the scores of the relevant indicators were more significantly improved in the experimental group than control group. Conclusions: Korean Medicine Treatment is effective for Postpartum Back Pain. In the future, studies to analyze the specific effects and safety of each Korean Medicine Treatment for postpartum back pain and well-designed studies will be needed to establish the foundation of Korean Medicine Treatment for Postpartum Back Pain.

The arbitration procedure, which is a private trial, does not have a separate enforcement agency. Therefore, unless a party consents to the arbitration award and voluntarily fulfills the award, its execution is accomplished through the implementation of the national court. In particular, the decision in the foreign arbitration procedure will be refused or rejected for the arbitration award in case the proceedings of the law and procedure on which the judgment is based are caused by inconsistency with the domestic law or procedural defect. However, all foreign arbitration awards generally do not have to go through the approval process, and it will come into force with the arbitration award. In the case of Germany in the revision of the German Civil Procedure Act of 1996, the main provisions of the New York Convention concerning the ratification and enforcement of arbitration proceedings are reflected. Germany provides for the arbitration procedures in the arbitration proceedings of Book 10 of the Civil Procedure Act. Particularly, with Article 1061 in Book 10 Section 8 below, the approval and enforcement of foreign arbitrators shall be governed. Article 1061 has been referred to as "The New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Jurisdictions," Article 5 (1). The main reasons for approval and enforcement rejection are: (1) Reason for the acceptance or refusal of enforcement by request of the parties: Reason for failure of subjective arbitration ability, invalidation of arbitration agreement, collapse of attack or defense method, dispute not included in arbitration agreement, (2) Reasons for the approval and enforcement of arbitration considered by the competent authority of the arbitrator: violation of objective arbitration ability, violation of public order, but not based on the default of German statute.

The paper demonstrates the potential contribution of integrating discursive and affective analytic regimes in framing the study of Southeast Asia. I examine the "emotional possibilities" available to migrants with particular focus on the experience of Filipino domestic helpers in Hong Kong thrown into relief in 2016 by news of maids falling to their deaths while cleaning windows of their employers' above-ground apartments. First, I situate the study in recent calls for Critical Discourse Studies and Migration Studies to transcend foundational methodologies in their respective fields in order to apprehend formerly disregarded aspects of the human condition, including affect and emotion. I then briefly present the debate in the affective turn in social analysis, which has to do with rethinking the attachment of affect and discourse. My own inquiry is premised on the assertion that emotion is multidimensional. I specifically explore the usefulness of taking emotion as "affective-discursive practice" by focusing on an analysis of the appropriation of the victim role by foreign domestic helper employer groups that could be seen in pertinent news reports of selected online Hong Kong newspapers. In the end, I also emphasize the necessity of reflexivity in projects that take affect as central object of inquiry.

This study was conducted to grasp the present condition of the name and the related text of the domestic laws (97 statutes, 1 examination, 1 guide, 3 ordinances, 1 leading case) in force which were connected with landscape plant and planting. Examining the general tree-planting system of America, the related foreign laws(1 constitution, 44 statutes, 31 ordinances, 6 leading cases) were arranged in the name and the text and classified by nations of regional groups and it was considered to the mutual relation with lots of laws which are scattered with the various laws. To examine the points at issue of the related domestic laws and to study the related foreign laws, the remedies for the domestic laws being at issue were proposed. That is : A change of the landscape planting concept, the introduction of the landscape planting cost compared with the total construction cost, the unification of the landscape planting ordinances as the unit of city, the clarification of the completion period for the depect of the replaced trees. putting the conservation and production of the top soil under an obligation the adoption of a licence system for the tree planting within the river area, the introduction of the allotment system for landscape architectural expenses, the encouragement of making a hedge, the settlement for the problems of the trees loss compensation, the necessity for the quality test to the landscape planting works, the intensification of the punitive rules to the illegal felling and planting of the trees in the greenzone area, the application of the Labor Standard Act to the landscape planting laborers. The laws relating to landscape plant and planting are prescribed dispersedly in the many other related laws and it is concluded to be impossible for the legislation of the singular law which is applied uniformly to the department of the tree-planting. Hereafter it should be required to analyze concretely in detail the each text of the related laws by means of the joint studies between the professional landscape architects and the lawyers.

Objectives : The purpose of this research is to review the efficacy and safety of taping therapy for facial palsy. Methods : Two foreign databases(Pubmed, CNKI) and one domestic database(OASIS) were used to search, and papers retrieved from the starting point of literature provision in each database until June 19, 2023 were included in the study. All studies in which other treatments were performed as a treatment intervention along with taping therapy were included, but cases where taping therapy was a comparative intervention were excluded. Results : 18 studies were selected. 14 studies were two-arm randomized controlled trials(RCT), and 4 studies were case reports. There was improvement in facial palsy in all 4 case reports, and in all 14 RCTs, the treatment effect in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusions : Taping therapy can be an effective and safe treatment method for facial palsy. However, the risk of bias in the selected studies was high, and there were many cases in which multiple interventions other than taping therapy were applied simultaneously. Therefore, well-designed studies with high quality are needed in the future.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data to identify the current status of use of maxillofacial prosthesis across the world and discuss its application and research directions in Korea. Methods: Existing literature (study period, 2010 to 2020) from international studies was collected from PsycINFO, CINAHL, and PubMed, whereas domestic studies were searched using KISS and RISS. Maxillofacial prosthesis was used as the search word. A total of three foreign and two domestic articles were searched, and as a result, a total of 12 documents were selected for analysis. Results: A total of 3,311 studies were searched in this study. Among them, 3,253 articles contained in duplicate inspection and exclusion criteria were removed, and 12 articles were selected by removing literature that did not meet the research criteria through title and green and text reviews. Finally, two researchers selected the final 12 articles through handwritten searches. Eleven of them were case studies, and the remaining one was a descriptive study. Conclusion: This study identified the current status of studies that implemented maxillofacial prosthesis, published from January 2010 to January 2020. Facial prosthetics improve the quality of life of patients by restoring defects that appear on different types of mouth and face and promote both function and aesthetics. Therefore, they can be used to treat various conditions and have a positive impact on the future.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze domestic and foreign studies using virtual reality or metaverse for exercise rehabilitation in order to help the disabled or elderly patients with exercise rehabilitation, and suggest a method for using metaverse for exercise rehabilitation. Method: In this study, after analyzing and discussing various information related to the metaverse and exercise rehabilitation through electronic search of recently published papers, academic journals, books, and internet websites, the exercise rehabilitation plan using the metaverse was proposed. Results: In the case of domestic research, the diversity of virtual reality application technology for the rehabilitation of disabled and elderly patients was not secured, but recently, virtual reality or metaverse-related technologies were developed and specialized in a form suitable for exercise rehabilitation. In the case of overseas studies, it was analyzed that exercise rehabilitation using virtual reality and metaverse games for the rehabilitation of disabled and elderly patients can help improve brain, physical ability, and anti-aging by activating the body and mind. Conclusion: Smart metaverse health care is actively introduced to exercise rehabilitation, metaverse telemedicine business is applied to exercise rehabilitation programs, and digital twin games and exercise rehabilitation programs developed by metaverse related companies take into account the characteristics of disabled and elderly patients. If customized smart metaverse healthcare is used for exercise rehabilitation, it is analyzed that it can lead this field.

The chemical industry has been a leader in the number of registrations for many decades. The big chemical companies in Korea were clearly committed to ISO 9000 and had strong senior management support. However, not many people in the chemical industry are familiar with ISO 9000 and understand how to develop a ISO 9000 quality manual and how to organize a campaign to get the ISO 9000 registration. The purpose of this paper is to briefly summarize the key concerns of chemical companies and how companies can address those concerns and conform to the various elements of the ISO 9000 standards. The case studies of two domestic and foreign companies in establishing ISO 9000 quality system are also discussed.

In Korea, more than half of medical libraries are small.sized hospital libraries operated under the single.librarian system, and it is keenly required to establish collection management policies for exchanging resources with other libraries and maintaining consistency. however, it is rare to set up their collection management policies on the web among the domestic medical libraries. Thus, this study purposed to survey cases of collection management policies in domestic and foreign medical libraries and to provide basic information and ideas for Korean medical libraries that are preparing collection management policies. As long as core requirements are satisfied, collection management policies do not have a way. Thus, this case study is expected to provide useful ideas to medical libraries developing their collection management policies. For this purpose, we selected 12 survey items based on previous studies, and investigated one domestic and five foreign medical libraries, and analyzed collected data. Based on the results of analyzing the cases, we suggested 12 guidelines.
