Immersed tunnel had been a rather new term in Korea before Busan-Geoje fixed link project was started and became known through the media. Although Korean is unfamiliar with the immersed tunnel, this construction method has a long history in the world. Busan-Geoje Fixed Link immersed tunnel consist of 18 elements and each element is approximately 180m long. These tunnel elements are prefabricated of reinforced concrete in a temporary dry dock and are towed to the site and lowered into final position in a dredged trench and are placed on a screeded gravel bed directly without temporary support.

We made the logic that can transmit the service data and clock of interest by using the optical signal and demodulate the original signal at the receiving end. Because We can interface the all communications equipment to which We intended to send the signal. We can modulate the dock and clocked data using optical signal and then transmit the original optical signal to the receiving end, finally, arbitrarily control the traffic between ports.

RMQC, rail mounted quay crane, lifts and moves large container by means of hoist and trolley motion on the dock. Our company is trying to develop advanced RMQC applying the concepts of elevator hoist and container conveyer for the automation and high efficiency in handling the boxes. Prior to the development of new products, it is necessary to check the capacity of conventional crane for reference. The program simulates container-handling rates and gives some design factors for the conventional cranes.

A 2-year-old, spayed female dog with the chief concern of repeated aggression to strange person at owner’s dock and house was presented to the Animal Behavior Clinic at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. Based on the questionnaire and interview about dog, territorial aggression was diagnosed. Behavior modification protocols (protocol for deference; protocol for relaxation; ignore unwanted behaviors; reward relaxed behaviors; using Promise collar; avoid all situations that elicit aggression) were recommended. After 6 months from the first consulting, aggressive behaviors of the dog were alleviated.

Korean naval architecture company today is making researches in expansion of productivity of their own accord. In result, they have accomplished many technical developments like a ground shipbuilding system. For our company's productivity expansion in our yard's limited condition (the facility, P.E area, stock area), we develop isometric pre-erection method that turn into a possibility to maximize our facility use, minimize our dock period.

PPAR-$\gamma$(Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor $\gamma$) 리간드들은 논문 조사를 통해 이루어졌다. PPAR-$\gamma$의 45개 알려진 화합물들을 찾았고, 12 생물활성 화합물을 선택했다. 리간드(rosiglitazone)과 단백질의 결합된 구조는 (1fm6)는 PDB로부터 획득했고, 단백질 coordinate를 가져와 PPAR의 활성 영역 잔기들은 확인했다. (2TYR, 1SER, 1HIS). CoMFA와 Flexi Dock을 통해 단백질과 리간드 사이의 상호작용과 결합에너지에 대한 상호 관계를 밝혔다.
