최근 우리나라의 해양플랜트 산업 성장과 관련하여 이 같은 산업에 종사하는 필수 인력 가운데 각종 수중작업을 수행하는 고도의 기술을 가진 인적 자원의 확보가 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라의 산업잠수 종사자 교육 및 훈련실태 그리고 자격요건 등을 조사하고, 선진국에서의 Offshore Diver 종사자를 위한 교육 및 훈련과정과 자격인증 제도 현황을 조사 비교하여 향후 우리나라의 Offshore Diver 인력양성 및 교육의 제반여건을 마련하는데 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다.

본 논문에서는 Zigbee와 GPS센서를 이용한 해녀 사고예방 스마트 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템은 해녀들이 바다속에서 조업중에 있을 때, 물질하는 위치, 체온, 잠수의 깊이, 잠수 시간 등의 정보를 수집하여 안전사고 발생시 곧바로 대처할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 해녀의 상태 및 물질 활동 정보 측정을 위한 스마트테왁과 스마트물안경을 개발하였다. GPS 수신이 가능한 스마트테왁은 스마트물안경과 Zigbee통신으로 측정된 데이터를 IHSS(IoT based Haenyeo Safety service Software)의 서버로 전송한다. 또한, IHSS는 반응형 웹으로 해녀의 위치 정보와 상태 정보를 스마트폰으로 서비스할 수 있다. 결론적으로 이 시스템은 해녀의 건강관리 및 안전 측면에서 매우 유용할 것이며, 유네스코 세계 무형문화유산 등재 기반 등 제주해녀의 세계화 마케팅에도 크게 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 Sky Diving시 Sky Diver가 지각하는 심리적 불안요인과 자신감의 관계를 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 Sky Diving의 자신감 강화 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 예비조사로 수행된 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 Sky Diver 150명에게 설문지를 배포하여 최종 123부를 분석하였고, 자료 분석은 SPSS v.21을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, Sky Diving시 Sky Diver의 스트레스 관련 징후에 따른 행동 대처방식에서 스트레칭과 호흡을 주요 대처방식으로 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Sky Diver의 심리적 불안요인과 자신감은 종교의 유무와 연령, 강하횟수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, Sky Diver의 심리적 불안요인은 자신감에 부적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 Sky Diving시 Sky Diver의 심리적 불안요인을 낮추고 자신감을 높일 수 있는 심리적 대처기술을 향상시키는 프로그램 개발에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, a springboard for diving is analysed to find out how much force a diver should apply to reach specific height when the diver jumps. The springboard is presumed to Co-rotational plane cantilever beam(CR-beam), so EDISON program related to Co-rotational framework is used. The force of the person is supposed to sine function and the demanded height is fixed. Same velocity makes same height regardless of diver's weight. So, the velocity of springboard when the feet of a diver are separated from the springboard is a main factor of the analysis. The result shows that there is no association between deformation and weight and also between velocity and weight. That is, the required force to reach a optimal height is fixed whatever the diver's weight is.

현재 우리나라는 과학잠수가 시행되고 있지만 이에 대한 법적 근거가 없어 업무의 범위, 장비 사용, 일위대가 등의 문제로 혼란이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 혼란을 없애고 과학잠수 종사 잠수인력의 안전을 제고하기 위해 과학잠수 인증제도 도입을 제안하였다. 그리고 외국의 과학잠수 관련 법규들을 소개하였으며, 과학잠수의 업무 범위와 적용기술을 분석함으로써 과학잠수 활동에 있어서 위해 작업환경의 어려움과 고난도의 기술 필요성을 설명하였다. 끝으로 과학잠수 규정 제정 및 다이버 인증제도의 도입 필요성을 강조하고 인증제도 추진 방안을 제시하였다.

The ocean is vital to life on earth providing needed resources, particularly for mankind Nowadays, space utilization of the ocean is burgeoning research field. In the shallow water, an underwater transportation utility for diver is an effective tool for the ocean space utilization, and a Diver Transport Vehicle(DTV) is one of those utilities. The project which started in summer of 2000 is supported by the Korea research Council of Public Science and Technology. The objective of the project is to develop design techniques for DTV integrating the available technologies of KRISO research divisions. In this, the development of DTV is introduced.

In this research, unlike other fishing, the diving apparatus fishery is that the diver is engaged in fishing for profits. Because it is unique fishery, conflicts can be occurred in members. So, the purpose of this research is to define the contractual relationship between the parties of the diving apparatus fishery. For example, the relationship between the owner and diver and the owner and fishing ship crew. In addition, civil liability of default on the obligation was reviewed. Also, because the trouble was occurred by illegal fishing, criminal liability of ship crash caused by illegal diving apparatus fishery was considered. As a result, It is important to notifying the necessity of some method for the status of diver and fishing ship crew in diving apparatus fishery. moreover, It is need to educate the risk of illegal fishery for the parties of diving apparatus fishery.

In this research, we designed a teacher professional development (PD) program where a small group of mathematics teachers could share, reflect on, and discuss their pedagogical knowledge and practices of ICT-integrated lessons, using a video annotation tool called DIVER. The main purposes of this paper are both micro and macro: to examine how the teachers were engaged in the meaning-making process in a video-based PD (micro); and to derive implications about how to design effective video-based teacher PD programs toward a teacher community of practices (macro). To examine teachers' meaning-making in the PD sessions, discourse data from a series of 10 meetings was segmented into idea units and coded to identify discourse patterns, focusing on (a) participation levels, (b) conversation topics, and (c) conversation depth. Regarding the affordance of DIVER, discourse patterns of two meetings, before and after individual annotation with DIVER were compared through qualitative vignette analysis. Overall, we found that the teacher discourse shifted the focus from surface features to deeper pedagogical issues as the PD sessions progressed. In particular, the annotation function in DIVER afforded the teachers to exercise descriptive analyses of video clips in a flexible manner, thereby helping them cognitively prepared to take interpretative and evaluative stances in face-to-face discussions with colleagues. In conclusion, deriving from our research experiences, we discuss the possibilities and challenges of designing video-based teacher PD in a school context.

수중 음향 통신은 해양 탐사 및 개발과 군사 등의 여러 목적에 널리 응용되어 왔으며, 최근 잠수정 및 수중 작업 시스템 등에 장착되는 통신 시스템의 구현을 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그동안 주 된 연구의 범위에서 제외되어 왔던 잠수자와의 통신에 관한 내용을 다루었다. 물 속에 있어서 밖의 상황을 알기 힘든 잠수부나 스킨스쿠버들을 위해 밖의 상황을 알려줄 수 있도록 음성을 변조한 후 중심주파수 32KHz인 초음파 트랜스듀서(Transducer)를 사용하여 잠수자가 소형 스피커를 통해 음성을 들을 수 있게 하였다. 또한 수중에서 잠수자에게 응급상황이 발생하였을 경우 키(Key)를 눌러 물 밖에 있는 사람에게 도움을 요청할 수 있고, 물 밖의 사람이 키보드(Keyboard)를 이용해 원하는 문자 데이터를 수중의 사람에게 전송할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통하여 수상과 수중간의 음성 및 데이터 전송이 가능하며, 잠수부나 스킨스쿠버들에게 유용하다.

In this paper, we propose a study on awareness of first aid of scuba diver. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 310 customers over the age of 20 were selected as study participants form diving pools and dive resort in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang province area using the convenience sampling method However, only data from 295 customers were used after screening the data for reliability. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and descriptive statistics, inter-item consistency reliability, pearson chi-square test were conducted on the data using the SPSS 21.0 version statistical package program. The followings are the results: The level differ significantly according hemorrhage, abrasion, sprain, fracture, fever, arrest, airway obstruction. As a result of analyzing the difference of first aid recognition according to the level of scuba diver, we found bleeding patients, abrasions, sprains, fractures, high heat exposure patients, cardiac arrest patients. There was a statistically significant difference in the level of airway obstruction due to food.
