  • Purpose: Online meeting is chosen instead of face-to-face conferences as a solution that ensures both effectiveness and legality during times of strong epidemic outbreaks. In the current period, managers can have different types of meeting options for information distribution. This study has examined the effect of past behavior on the managers' intention of organizing online meetings. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected from a survey with 475 managers and put into SmartPLS 4.0 for analysis. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to test relationships in the research model. Results: The findings indicated that past behavior plays the most critical role in explaining the organizing online meeting intention of managers, followed by attitude and subjective norms. Meanwhile, the perceived behavioral control factor has absolutely no effect on intention in the context of this study. Notably, attitude and subjective norms also remarkably mediated the impact of past behavior on managers' intention. Conclusions: This study has added to the understanding of the meeting organization behavior of managers. Even if the epidemic is under control, the administrators should still organize some meetings in the form of online because it will affect the social perceptions of future behavior and behavioral intention.

  • Purpose: This research analyzes consumer behavior by examining how augmented reality virtual try-on features and product information distribution affect consumer satisfaction through enhanced brand experience. The focus is on Maybelline's Shopee Official Account, as implementing these strategies can strengthen customer relationship management by improving the online shopping experience for cosmetic products. Research design, data and methodology: Employing a quantitative method, this study utilized a survey technique distributed to 100 respondents who are followers of Maybelline's Shopee Official Account. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), supported by SmartPLS. Results: This study provides evidence that augmented reality does not significantly affect brand experience or customer happiness. The research findings indicate that while this technology enables customers to test cosmetics digitally, its impact on customer satisfaction is minimal. Augmented reality does not appear to influence consumer behavior, as reflected in customer satisfaction. Conclusions: This research underscores the importance of understanding contextual factors and product characteristics when incorporating augmented reality in marketing to harness its potential benefits and influence consumer behavior. The study focused exclusively on the identified variables and Maybelline's cosmetic products available on the Shopee platform. Further research is required to explore more complex variables.

  • With the development of the actuarial and insurance industries, the distributions of the insurance payments data are deeply studied by many authors. It is known that theses types of distribution are very highly positively skewed and have a long thick upper tail such as Pareto or lognormal distribution. In 2005, Cooray and Ananda proposed a new model which is composed lognormal distribution and Pareto distribution. They said it as composite lognormal-Preto distribution. They showed that the proposed distribution was better fitted than lognormal or Pareto distribution. On the other hand many agreements about the insurance payment have some options for a trivially small payment or extremely large one because of the limits of total payment. Appling these cases, in this paper we consider the parameter estimation on the composite lognormal-Pareto distribution based on doubly censored samples.

  • Since the mid-1990s, small and medium distribution and retail businesses have been experiencing difficulties due to the active entry of domestic and foreign distribution companies into the distribution industry. Accordingly, in 2003, the government established a small and medium distribution logistics center to secure self-sustainability and strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium distribution and retail businesses. However, in the rapidly changing distribution environment, small and medium distribution logistics centers were becoming increasingly difficult. To strengthen the management capabilities of small and medium distribution logistics centers, 4 primary factors (management operational ability, employee professional competency enhancement, product delivery, customer CS management) and 16 secondary factors were established based on literature research and FGI. We intend to derive the final weight and priority of these factors using AHP, and establish strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium distribution logistics centers.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the growth and change process of Korean cosmetic market that has grown more than three times since 2000. It also examined how the growth and decline of the cosmetics brands are related to the change of the cosmetic distribution structure. Research methodology: This study tried to classify the change of the Korean cosmetics market into four stages based on the market sales information. It analyzed the sales information of Korean cosmetic companies and the relationship with the sales of the brands by distribution channel. Results: One-brand store channel had played a leading role in the market growth, and multi-brand stores have grown and a number of brands also grew through that channel since 2013. Since 2016, multi-brand stores have continued to grow and have dominated the market beyond one-brand store channel. Conclusions: The changes in sales of domestic cosmetics companies have been classified based on the distribution channel type in four stages: the emergence of one-brand store, the growth of one-brand store channel, the growth of multi-brand store channel, and the decline of one-brand store channel. In conclusion, multi-brand store channels have recently grown in the Korean cosmetics market, and this trend is expected to continue.

  • Recently, online grocery shopping has been increasing with the development of internet, mobile, and IT technology due to the proportion of consumers changes like increasing single households and double-income couples. Therefore, online sales from distributors with offline stores have also increased, and the offline retailers are facing their limits in dealing with store-based online channel they have carried out. Domestic offline retailers benchmarked overseas advanced retailers to solve this problem by reviewing about developing the online-only distribution center. However, much investment is needed in order to operate the distribution center with the new concept from abroad. In this study, we have reviewed the current online grocery market trend and the theory related to developing distribution system of the online mall. For offline retailers, we have reviewed the case which developed the distribution center applied to the nation's first online-only distribution center. The purpose of this study is reducing trial and error for local retailers in developing online-only distribution centers and suggesting ways to improve investment effect.

  • Recently, the use of digital contents and demand have been increased with expanding users of internet. Thus, the importance of digital contents distribution site's has been increased that deal in commercially. The model that measuring acceptance of web sites is studying lively, however, the web sites that dealing and distributing specific goods to be called digital contents have insufficient theoretical base and model about acceptance of customers. Also, the research that acceptance of existing commercial web sites have limitation to explain systematically which influence on acceptance of digital contents distribution sites. Because, those research connect directly the feature of web sites, the purchase of web sites or the feature of buyers and acceptance. For that reason, it's hard to reflect the feature of digital contents. In this research, to measure customers' acceptance of web sites that distribute digital image, it is based on Technology Acceptance Model by Davis. • The distribution of donated blood for medical purpose is an area that presents many challenges. In order to establish a comprehensive solution, the current patterns of distribution must be reviewed and problems related to it need to be clearly understood. This paper introduces 'Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) System', as a potential solution to some of the problems which arise in the process of blood supply distribution, and a way to systematically manage the blood supply. For the various possible RFID systems, the reader and tag must be suitable for the purpose of blood distribution. A database has been designed that can recognize tags and objects in a ubiquitous RFID blood distribution system. In this paper, we design the real-time software to control the RFID reader system and transponder, using the EEPROM memory by RFID. The experimental results confirm that the transmission rate of 3.9kbps for RF is 125 KHz. The electric power usage of transponder chip is $100{\mu}W$, with the recognition distance is about 7cm range.

  • RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) will be used for recognizing things and offering distinctive information in Ubiquitous environment. But we are not ready to provide security service to RFID. Therefore we propose the approach of safe RFID system which provides the solution for eavesdrop, forgery, and modification based on Pre-Distribution protocol and RC5 security algorithm. First We distributes the secret key to the Tag with the Reader that is major subject on RFID system using Pre-Distribution protocol. Then we will provide to various security services and privacy protection using RC5 security algorithm. The proposed safe RFID system simulated on ATmega128 evaluate environment.
