Developing Tool of Distributed Application Program Based on Distributed Object Group Framework (분산객체그룹 프레임워크 기반 분산응용 프로그램 개발 도구)

  • In this paper, we developed the Distributed Programming Developing Tool(DPDT) which can make distributed application program efficiency based on the distributed object group framework supporting group management and dynamic binding for object resources requested from clients on distributed systems. The distributed object group framework we constructed provides not only the group register/withdraw, the access right and the name/property services for server objects from a point of view of group management services, but also dynamic binding, replicated object supporting, load balance, and federation among the object groups from a point of view of the supporting services of distributed application, When developing distributed application, by using our tool, server programming developer implements objects in each server system, next registers the properties to need for service provision to the object group. Client programming developer can also develop client program easily by obtaining the access right for the object or the object group and using the properties of objects with the access right permitted to the client. For providing above application developing environment in this paper. we described the definition of object group, the architecture of the distributed object group framework which our tool supports, and its functionalities, then specified the 3 GUI environments of DPDT implemented for providing efficient interfaces between the distributed object group and distributed applications. Finally, by using the DPDT, we showed the group register/withdraw and the access right grant procedure of objects which are server programs, the developing process of client program, and the executing results of the distributed application developed.

  • Kerberos is system that offer authorization in internet and authentication service. Can speak that put each server between client and user in distributed environment and is security system of symmetry height encryption base that offer authentication base mutually. Kerberos authentication is based entirely on the knowledge of passwords that are stored on the Kerberos Server. A user proves her identity to the Kerberos Server by demonstrating Knowledge of the key. The fact that the Kerberos Server has access to the user's decrypted password is a rwsult of the fact that Kerberos does not use public key cryptogrphy. It is a serious disadvantage of the Kerbercs System. The Server must be physically secure to prevent an attacker from stealing the Kerberos Server and learning all of the user passwords. Kerberos was designend so that the server can be stateless. The Kerberos Server simply answers requests from users and issues tickets. This study focused on designing a SIP procy for interworking with AAA server with respect to user authentication and Kerberos System. Kerberos is security system of encryption base that offer certification function mutually between client application element and server application element in distributed network environment. Kerberos provides service necessary to control whether is going to approve also so that certain client may access to certain server. This paper does Credit-Control Server's function in AAA system of Diameter base so that can include Accounting information that is connected to Rating inside certification information message in Rating process with Kerberos system.

  • This paper presents a PC cluster-based distributed video on demand (VOD) server that minimizes the load of the interconnection network by adopting channel bonding-based MVIA and the interval cache algorithm Video data is distributed to the disks of each server node of the distributed VOD server and each server node receives the data through the interconnection network and sends it to clients. The load of the interconnection network increases because of the large volume of video data transferred. We adopt two techniques to reduce the load of the interconnection network. First, an Msupporting channel bonding technique is adopted for the interconnection network. n which is a user-level communication protocol that reduces the overhead of the TCP/IP protocol in cluster systems, minimizes the time spent in communicating. We increase the bandwidth of the interconnection network using the channel bonding technique with MThe channel bonding technique expands the bandwidth by sending data concurrently through multiple network cards. Second, the interval cache reduces traffic on the interconnection network by caching the video data transferred from the remote disks in main memory Experiments using the distributed VOD server of this paper showed a maximum performance improvement of $30\%$ compared with a distributed VOD server without channel bonding-based MVIA and the interval cache, when used with a four-node PC cluster.

  • 인터넷의 서비스개선으로 사용자의 수는 기하급수적으로 늘어나고 있으며, 이러한 경향에 발맞추어 홈페이지의 수도 날로 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 홈페이지를 만드는데 있어서 필수적인 것이 바로 Web Server라고 한 수 있으며, 현재 Web Server에 대한 연구가 계속되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 Web Server보다 좀더 개선된 Server 시스템을 제안하였으며, 이 Server 시스템은 OS에 독립적일 뿐만 아니라 사용자에 대한 서비스 시간과 사용 자원을 줄일 수 있다.

  • Server overload is directly proportional to requested image data size in a image processing. If request data are increase then system is overloaded in a image processing system. For the reduce of server bottle neck, we will be able to consider a distributed processing. Simple distributed processing system can solve server bottleneck and system overload but high cost system requirements. In this paper, Proposes a new distributed image processing system. Object activation technology are being grafted on to simple distributed processing system. It can optimize the user of system resources and can reuse idle system resources in network.

  • 보 및 평판의 진동에 대해서 에너지의 손실은 재료감쇠를 이용한 표면감쇠처리나 지지부에서의 감쇠처리에 의하여 증가될 수 있다. 감쇠재료를 이용한 표면감쇠처리의 예로서 보/평판 표면에 접착되는 감쇠 테이프나 코팅등은 아주 효과적임이 입증되었다. 마찬가지로 지지부 감쇠처리는 점탄성재료의 삽입에 의해서 설명될수 있다[1]. 보/평판의 감쇠에 대한 최근의 많은 연구들은 진동하고 있는 보/평판의 표면에 적용하는 감쇠 테이프 혹은 적층형태의 감쇠 처리방법에 대해서 주로 수행되었다. 일반적으로 표면감쇠처리방법은 진동감소에 아주 효과적이지만 실제 적용상에서 항상 가능한 것은 아니며, 이와 같은 경웨는 지지부 감쇠 처리방법에 의존하게 된다[2]. 감쇠특성을 갖는 점탄성재료를 실제로 적용할 때 보/평판의 유한한 길이가 점탄성재료로 지지되며 점탄성재료의 물성치와 치수에 따라서 계의 모우드 매개변수(고유진동수, 계의 손실계수 그리고 모우드형상)가 크게 달라진다. 그리고 이와 같은 계에 대해서는 지지부의 거동보다는 전체 시스템의 고유진동수와 손실계수 그리고 보 영역에서의 모우드 형상에 더 관심이 있으므로 지지부 영역을 집중매개변수(lumped parameter)로 나타내어 계를 해석할 수 있다. 일반적으로 보와 평판의 경계에서는 병진 및 회전방향의 강성 뿐만 아니라 두 강성사이에 연성효과도 동시에 발생하게 되므로 이 항을 고려하여 계를 모델링해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 우선 점탄성 재료에 의한 지지부영역의 등가 강성계수들을 구하고 경계에 강성행렬을 갖는 보의 등가시스템을 얻는다. 그리고 등가시스템의 주파수방정식으로부터 모우드 매개변수에 대한 지지부의 영향을 살펴본다. 또한 시스템이 비교적 복잡한 사각 평판의 진동에 대해서도 동강성행렬법(dynamic stiffness matrix method)을 이용하여 해석하고자 한다. 수준임이 입증되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로우리나라 젊고 건강한 남성에게 적합한 무게상수는 작업자군에 대하여 25.05kg, 학생군에 대하여 20.24kg 으로 나타나 이는 미국 NIOSH 안전기준과 대체로 일치함을 발견하였다.ive structures utilized in Client/server architecture for distribution and cooperative processing of application between server and client this study presents two different data management methods under the Client/server environment; one is "Remote Data Management Method" which uses file server or database server and. the other is "Distributed Data Management Method" using distributed database management system.   • Recently, The online role playing games (RPG) get into spotlight of worldwide game marketing area because of the rapid growth of high speed Internet environment during a decade. The almost online RPGs are made of campaign scenario that constructed in series. In this paper, we propose the Distributed Server Model for the Evolutionary Online RPGs which have series scenario (Campaign). In order to represents evolutionary online RPGs, We configure the online RPG server uniquely by means of one to one mapping between logical and physical game world. We also configure the game worlds using circular queue form to express the evolution of civilization by reconstruction of game world.

  • There are several application have been developed on internet-based speech recognition. Internet-based speech recognition is a distributed application and there were various techniques and methods have been using for that purposed. Currently, client-server paradigm was one of the popular technique that been using for client-server communication in web application. However, there is a new paradigm with the same purpose: mobile agent technology. Mobile agent technology has several advantages working on distributed internet-based system. This paper presents, applying mobile agent technology in internet-based speech recognition which based on client-server processing architecture.

  • This paper investigates the performance improvement opportunities through a resiliency mechanism in the distributed primary/backup database system. Recognizing that a distributed transaction executes at several servers during its lifetime, we propose a resiliency mechanism which allows continuous transaction processing in distributed database server systems in the presence of a server failure. In order to perform continuous transaction processing despite failures, every state change of a transaction processing can be saved in the backup server. Obviously, this pessimistic synchronization may give more burdens than benefits to the system. Thus, the tracking needs not be done synchronously with the transaction progress. Instead, the state of all transaction processing in a system is saved periodically. This activity is referred to as a savepoint. Then, the question is how often the savepoint has to be done. We derive the optimal savepoint to identify the optimization parameters for the resilient transaction processing system.

  • An SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server was designed for delivering and storing user's email across a network. An SMTP server can be distributed as multiple servers for large service, huge users or massive emails. An SMTP server can be constructed by multiple servers with separating file system as email storing space, and each SMTP server can usually share each file system by using the NFS(Network File system). However the NFS is originally designed for sharing each file system across a network, and contains all attributes and features of regular file system. Using this NFS for email storing space of SMTP servers, it makes overhead due to unnecessary work of regular file system. In this paper, we propose a method to do directly operation with socket for reducing work overhead caused by the NFS. For doing directly operation with socket, this paper defines information based storing space structure and a protocol for storing emails. We performed experiments using Mailstone made by Netscape. The experimental results show the performance improvement of the proposed method compared to the existing method.
