철도건설사업시 터널지하수 유출에 관한 환경영향평가 사례 연구 (Case Study of Environmental Impact Assessment about Groundwater Outflow during Railroad Tunnel Construction)

  • It is recently reported that the importance of environmental impact assessment(EIA) about groundwater outflow problems is beingy raised in the case of tunnel excavation during railroad construction. The EIA about groundwater outflow into railroad tunnel is generally performed using the results of numerical analysis embodied through groundwater flow modeling program like MODFLOW. The basic data for this modeling include (1) the geological and hydrogeological investigation data along the planned block of tunnel excavation, (2) total amount of outflowed groundwater during tunnel excavation, and (3) the status of groundwater level fluctuation in the water-supply wells distributed in the planned block of tunnel excavation. In this study, the authors analyzed the cases of the computational modeling about groundwater outflow in three planned blocks of railroad tunnel, and suggest the environmental impact factors and mitigation plan during EIA of tunnel excavation in railroad construction.

MDO 기반 협력설계 시스템 (MDO-Based Design Collaboration)

  • MDO is one of the efficient methods for huge and multi -functional system design. This paper describes a design collaboration framework with MDO in networked design environment. A prototype of web -based integrated design system was implemented to show sharing and exchange of models and analysis information between MDO modules and collaborative design stations. Server System consists of MDO modules for optimization and modeling module for 3D modeling operation. Client system provide user with graphic interface for shape modeling and system operation. We believe that the proposed approach can be extended to solve real complex multidisciplinary design problems.

  • Service-oriented Architecture(SOA) is one of the most recent trends in IT solutions. SOA is a paradigm for organizing and utilizing distributed capabilities that may be under the control of different ownership domains and implemented using various technology stacks. From a technical perspective SOA, can be considered a method for designing and developing IT systems where applications are constructed from loosely coupled and autonomous building blocks. And SOA is a very effective response to the problems faced by companies in terms of reusability, interoperability and reduce coupling between systems that implement their information systems. To exploit these advantages many organizations have decided to evolve their legacy systems towards this architecture. This paper proposes a modeling for SOA based business process generation and testing, and introduces its implementation in the BPEL. And we analyze business process between enterprises, modeling the service-oriented business process with BPEL to realization level. Also, we suggests that UML is used from high-level business problems to the process of low-level problem for Visual and effectively.

통신망 관리를 위한 능동 객체 지향 디렉토리 데이타베이스 모델 (An active object-oriented directory database model for management of telecommunication)

  • In this paper, we present database model of directory systems that perform a task for distributed information repositories in communication network environments. A new model is developed through four phase: (1) A diretory database information is classified that would be stored in directory database as user, administrative, and supplementary information. (2) The modeling criteria are captured that would be used to model information classified. (3) Object-Oriented concepts are used in modeling classified information according to modeling criteria captured. (4) Methods applied to developed model are grouped, and active-based mechanisms such as trigger and constraints are developed. These selected methods and attributes are encapsulated into objects. Consequently they compose an Active Object-Oriented Directory Database Model.

  • Cantilevered carbon-nanotube-resonator was investigated via classical molecular dynamics simulations. The resonator system is including the attached nanocluster. A nanocluster with a finite length was modeling by some atomic rings. The mass of the nanocluster was equally distributed on the carbon atoms, composed of the atomic rings. The effective density factor, which could be considered as the single parameter affecting the resonance frequency shift, was significantly influenced by the mass, the position, and the linear density of the attached nanocluster. The linear density of the attached nanocluster was an important parameter to analyze the vibrational behavior of the CNT-resonator, including the attached nanocluster.

상세한 기상관측 자료를 이용한 1997년 서울.수도권 고농도 오존 사례의 모델링 (Modeling the 1997 High-Ozone Episode in the Greater Seoul Area with Densely-Distributed Meteorological Observations)

  • The high-ozone episode in the Greater Seoul Area for the period of July 27 to August 1 1997 was modeled by the CIT(California Institute of Technology) three-dimensional photochemical model. Emission data were prepared by scaling the NIER(1994) data through and optimization method using VOC measurements in August 1997 and EKMA(Empirical Kinetic Modeling Approach). Two sets of meteorological data were prepared by the diagnostic routine. a part of the CIT model : one only utilized observations from the surface weather stations and the other also utilized observations from the automatic weather stations that were more densely distributed than those from the surface weather stations. The results showed that utilizing observations from the automatic weather stations could represent fine variations in the sind field such as those caused by topography. A better wind field gave better peak ozones and a more reasonable spatial distribution of ozone concentrations. Nevertheless, there were still many differences between predictions and observations particularly for primary pollutant such as NOx and CO. This was probably due to the inaccuracy of emission data that could not resolve both temporal and spatial variations.

  • 본 논문은 소프트웨어 에이전트의 한 종류인 이동 에이전트를 이용한 검색 시스템에 관한 내용으로서, 분산된 여러 서버에 이동성이 있는 객체들을 보내어 주어진 일을 수행한 후 에이전트로 돌아와 웹서버에게 결과를 전해주고 이를 웹에서 보여주는 시스템의 설계 및 프로토타입을 제시한다. 시스템 설계는 표준화된 객체지향 모델링 언어인 UML을 이용한다. 기존의 많은 시스템에서는 분산된 자료를 얻는 데 있어 지속적인 네트워킹을 전제로 하지만 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템은 도중에 네트워킹이 되지 않아도 주어진 일을 끝까지 수행하며 나중에 네트워킹이 되면 원하는 자료를 얻을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이 시스템의 구현을 위하여 이동 에이전트로서 IBM사의 순수 자바 제품인 AGLET을 사용한다.

분산 무선망에서 CSMA를 사용한 무선 통신 시스템의 모델링 및 성능 분석 (Modeling and Evaluation of Wireless Communication System using CSMA inthe Distributed Packet Radio Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 분산 무선망에서 CSMA프로토콜을 사용한 무선통신 시스템을 모델링하고, 컴퓨터로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 패킷의 도착율(arrival rate) 함수에 의한 평균 END-to-END 지연특성을 살펴보았고, 또 모델링 을 수학적으로도 해석하였다. 이 무선 통신시스템은 단방향 통신방식으로 비동기식 1-persistent CSMA프로토콜을 사용하였으며, 또 모든 무선 통신시스템들이 근거러 영역에 적절하게 위치하고 있다고 가정하였고, 트래픽이 공용채널에 포아송 분포를 이루고 있다고 가정하였다. 이 모델의 해석에서는 무선 통신시스템이 breakdown 특성을 갖는 M/D/1 모델을 기본으로 하였다. 결과적으로 본 논문의 모델에 기초한 무선망은 패킷도착율이 2(packet/sec) 미만인 경우 평균지연시간이 패킷전송시간의 2배정도로 잘 동작됨을 확인할 수 있다.

  • 근래 인터넷의 활성화로 인하여 교육기관 또는 교육자들이 나름대로 웹기반 교육 시스템을 각자 개발하여 운영 및 관리되고 있으나 웹 교육 시스템 개발시 응용하고 있는 컴포넌트 개발은 미비한 형편이다. 컴포넌트를 사용하여 웹 교육 시스템을 개발하면 재사용성, 호환성, 확장성, 개발기간 단축, 개발비용 절약 등 여러가지 기대효과를 얻을 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 교육 시스템의 기능에 따라서 웹 교육 관련 컴포넌트를 분류하고, 컴포넌트 개발과정을 모델링하고, 클라이언트/서버환경을 지원하는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 컴포넌트를 재사용할 수 있는 컴포넌트 플랫폼을 선정하여 보았다. 이러한 웹 교육 컴포넌트의 도입은 웹 기반 교육 시스템 개발에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • As the complexity of software development is increasing due to networking, multimedia, and diverse system architecture, the need for effective software development methodology is increasing. Especially, due to software standard and internalization of software market, it is necessary to accept international quality such as ISO 9000-3. In addition, object oriented development methodology is required due to rapid propagation of OO technology and standardization. Recently, UML was accepted by the OMG as standard object-oriented modeling language for distributed environment. When we UML was accepted by the OMG as standard object-oriented modeling language for distributed environment. When we develop Java and CORBA-based software, often UML is applied to Java and CORBA-based projects. However, current structural or OMT-based object-oriented methodologies. In this paper, we proposed UML-based development and concrete guidelines for each phase in order to apply UML to software development practically and effectively. Also, we define the transition guidelines and semantics between various development tasks. In addition, the analysis and design techniques of user interface and system development techniques needed in Web application development are presented.
