The trend in modern nursing is toward the performance of comprehensive nursing carp. Airer liberation of 1945, nursing education in Korea has made rapid progress. The System of nursing education in Korea has come to the professional school of nursing and collegiate program from high School level. Under these situations, the improvement on curriculum of nursing education is necessary. This paper is a basic study for improvement of curriculum in nursing education. 1. The aims of this study are; 1) to analyze and compare the objectives of nursing education in Korea and U.S.A 2) to analyze and compare the differences in curriculum of nursing education between Korea and U. S. A. 3) to find problems in nursing education of Korea 2. The curricula and bulletins from 2 colleges.9 departments, 12 professional schools and 18 attached schools of nursing in Korea and 9 attached schools of nursing and 17 colleges in U. S. A. were collected for this study. 3. The results of this study: 1) Most of Korean programs lack for the student to make understand respect the human in the statement of their objectives. 2) Most of Korean programs prepare their graduate to function as a contributing member of the-health team in the hospital and the community, while the graduate of the American attached schools is prepared to function in general staff nursing and team leadership positions in hospitals. 3) Most of Korean programs of nursing education hays low distribution of credits in supporting sciences. (especially sociology and psychology) 4) Too much proportion of time in attached schools and less and less proportion of time in professional schools is distributed in clinical practice area. 5) In our collegiate programs. too much proportion of time is distributed in adult nursing and less proportion of time in Psychiatric nursing. 6) Professional area on curriculum of attached schools is divided into many detailed subjects. 7) A large number of credits in total are distributed at the first year in attached schools.
Korean corporations are transforming their vertical operational structure to a team-based structure to compete in the rapidly changing environment and for improved performance. However, a high percentage of the respondents in KBS said that despite the appearance of the present team structure, the organization operates much like a vertically-structured organization. This result can be attributed to the lack of study and implementation toward the goal of empowerment, the key variable for the success of the team-based structure. This study aims to provide policy suggestions on how to implement the process of empowerment, by investigating the conditions that hinder the process and the attitude of the KBS employees. For the cross-sectional study, this thesis examined the domestic and international references, conducted a survey of KBS employees, personal interviews and made direct observations. Approximately 1,200 copies of the Questionnaire were distributed and 474 were completed and returned. The analysis used SPSS 12.0 software to process the data collected from 460 respondents. For the longitudinal-study, six categories that were common to this study and "The Report of the Findings of KBS Employees' View of the Team Structure" were selected. The comparative study analyzed the changes in a ten-month period. The survey findings showed a decrease of 24.2%p in the number of responses expressing negative views of the team structure and a decrease of 1.29%p in the number of positive responses. The findings indicated a positive transformation illustrating employees' improved understanding and approval of the team structure. However, KBS must address the issue on an ongoing basis. It has been proven that the employee empowerment increases the productivity of the individual and the group. In order to boost the level of empowerment, the management must exercise new, innovative leadership and build trust between the managers and the employees first. Additional workload as a result of shirking at work places was prevalent throughout all divisions and ranks, according to the survey data. This outcome leads to the conclusion that the workload is not evenly distributed or shared. And the data also showed the employees do not trust the assessment and rewards system. More attention and consideration must be paid to the team size and job allocation in order to address this matter; the present assessment and rewards system need to be complemented. The type of leadership varies depending on the characteristics of the organization's structure and employees' disposition. KBS must develop and reform its own management, leadership style to suit the characteristics of individual teams. Finally, for a soft-landing of KBS team structure, in-house training and education are necessary.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of IPP work-learning by studying the effects of the personal characteristics of trainees and firm's field teacher on trainees' employability. The following conclusions were drawn by verifying the causal relationship between factors based on a questionnaire (157 copies) distributed to 200 trainees (learning workers) of 9 universities participating in IPP work-learning training. First, in order to increase the employability of IPP trainees, it is necessary to select trainees with strong core competencies and failure tolerance by verifying individual characteristics of trainees. Secondly, companies should appoint senior staff with strong leadership and teaching capacity as corporate field teachers, and corporate field teacher training institutions should reinforce the training to improve their leadership. Third, work-learning companies should be selected as those with high social integration and absorption capacity, and those companies should try to build an organizational culture of acquiring and learning new technologies. The results of this study are expected to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of work-learning training by establishing a training system that can systematically select trainees and participating companies and enhance the training capacity of companies and field teachers.

Theoretically, it is known that common beliefs and/or common knowledge cannot be attained in asynchronously distributed multiagent environments, however, it show that some propositions with deadlines can be attained as common beliefs among a set of fully trusted agents even when they communicate to each other asynchronously. Generally, in the multiagent environment, the attainment of common beliefs is approached as a problem of communication, and for the common beliefs paradox that the common beliefs is not attained on a system without communication time restriction is applied to loose coarser granularity and it prove that forming common beliefs is possible by relaxing necessary requirements through the KakaoTalk chatting model. I also experimented with the reasoning function that confirms the common beliefs by inquiring about the common belief generated by implementing the inference function in each agent of the KakaoTalk chatting model. Through utilizing metalogic programming, a formalization of the presentation and reasoning of common beliefs has been achieved, and the group chatting model of KakaoTalk was adopted in experiments to show that common beliefs can be formed among distributed agents using asynchronous communication.
Manual elections processes in Egypt have several negative effects; that mainly leads to political corruption due to the lack of transparency. These issues negatively influence citizen's participation in the political life; while electronic voting systems aim to increase efficiency, transparency, and reduce the cost comparing to the manual voting. The main research objectives are, finding the successful factors that positively affects E-voting implementation in Egypt, in addition of finding out the reasons that keep Egyptian government far from applying E-voting, and to come up with the road map that Egyptian government has to take into consideration to successfully implement E-voting systems. The findings of the study suggest that there are seven independent variables affecting e-voting implementation which are; leadership, government willingness, legal framework, technical quality, awareness, citizen's trust in government and IT literacy. Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) theory was used to provide an analytical framework for the study. A quantitative approach (i.e., survey questionnaire) strategy was used to collect data. A random sampling method was used to select the participants for the survey, whom are targeted voters in Egypt and have access to the internet, since the questionnaire was distributed online and the data is analyzed using regression analysis. Practical implications of this study will lead for more citizen participation in the political life due to the transparency that E-voting system will create, in addition to reduce the political corruption.
The Purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of rural housewife's sex role attitude, the value consciousness of home management and the satisfaction of household work. Further, basic data for the improvement of the satisfaction of household work and the value consciouseness of home management will be produce through grasping the relationship of them. For these purposes, the data were collected by using questionnaire distributed to 292 housewives living in Cheong Song. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, One Way Anova, Pearson's Correlation analysis and Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows : 1. Rural housewife's sex role attitude comparatively took the transitional position and the value consciousness of home management was modernized. Housewife's satisfaction of household work was generally usual. 2. There were significant differences in the sex role attitude according to the type of housing. 3. The value consciousness of home management of rural housewives was variable according to housewife's occupation, husband's occupation and the type of housing. 4. Among the independent variables, the number of family member, the number of children and family style. 5. There were significant differences in the satisfaction of household work according to housewife's sex role attitude. 6. Among the independent variables, the number of children, monthly family income, the sex role attitude, the value consciousness about household work, education and leadership had significant influence on the satisfaction of household work.
The subject study was targeted towards nutrition teacher (dietitian) of elementary, middle, and high schools in Seoul areal. In addition, this study was to investigate the current status of school foodservice securement facilities & equipments and to analyze the obstructive factors for executing the HACCP system. The aim of this study was to provide base-line data so that a more efficient & effective sanitary management system for school foodservise can be settled in. All surveys were distributed and collected via email. A total of 305 survey papers were collected and out of these, 300 school results were analyzed and the results are as follows. The order of the securement facilities & equipment furnished were pre-handing equipments>washing>cooking>inspection>facilities>storage>space area>distribution equipments. The awareness of obstructive factors in executing the HACCP system was a total of 3.17 points and the order was as follows. The general obstructive factors>obstructive factors in the cooking staff executing the HACCP system>collaboration between the school/team leaders and the budget supporting department>obstructive factors in the nutrition teacher (dietitian) executing the HACCP system. School foodservice securement facilities & equipments in Seoul area must be renovated and modernized so as to improve its current situation. Furthermore, leadership programs are necessary to enhance nutritionists' understanding of the HACCP system and the cooking staff's competencies in instructing and supervising.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational satisfaction on the school conversion intention according to the quality of university education service. To survey the perception of students majoring in Department of Beauty on both colleges and universities of beauty education, we distributed 600 questionnaires and utilized them as final analysis data except for 60 unreturned or defective papers. As a result of t-test and one-way ANOVA, there were differences among university education service quality, education satisfaction and school transfer intention. In addition, the effect of the quality of education service on the education service, the effect of the quality of education service on the school conversion intention, and the quality of the university education service influenced the school conversion intention. The results of this study suggest that, for the development of the beauty education, priority should be given to the facilities and equipments related to the beauty education as well as the importance of leadership and professional teachers and instructors.

Leader and leadership are one of the important aspects in the life of a country. This study aims to predict the intention of young voters to vote for state leader elections by expanding the theory of planned behavior to the Indonesian context. Apart from the importance of the presidential election, research rarely uses the theory of planned behavior, and to the best of researchers' knowledge, there are no studies that have applied the theory of planned behavior to predict the intention to vote for the president. Therefore, this study is an attempt to fill that gap. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed using non-probability purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that attitude and behavior control were positively related to voters' intention to elect presidential candidates. Furthermore, information from social media also has a positive relationship with the attitude of choosing presidential candidates. However, the results also show that subjective norms do not have a significant relationship with voters' intention. This study contributes knowledge to researchers, practitioners, and policymakers about the factors that influence youth intention to vote in Indonesia, namely, attitudes, perceived behavior control, and information from social media.

The importance of the public sector's role in fostering a positive business climate has prompted public sector organizations to consistently enhance their performance. The study aims to develop service orientation dimensions for public sectors and examine the relationship between service orientation and organizational performance. A field survey was employed in this study. Six hundred questionnaires were distributed, and four hundred and eighty-eight were returned and analyzed. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used in the dataset. This study identifies five dimensions of organizational service orientation in public sector service organizations: technology-service standard-communication, service vision, service delivery, service training and powering, and servant leadership. The result also concludes that service orientation influences organizational performance, such as corporate growth, service quality image, IT effectiveness, service innovation, and public complaint. This study's findings imply that public sector organizations should rectify service orientation factors to increase corporate growth, service quality image, IT effectiveness, service innovation, and public complaint reduction. Managerial guidelines are presented for developing a service orientation.
