원격교육연수원은 2013년 12월 기준으로 63개 연수원이 민간, 대학부설, 국공립기관의 형태로 운영되고 있다. 원격교육연수원은 학습관리시스템을 통해 연수 관리를 하고 있기 때문에 학습관리시스템은 원격 연수의 질과 관계가 있다. 본 논문은 원격연수의 질 제고를 위해 원격교육연수원의 학습관리시스템 기능을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 전반적으로 연수자, 관리자, 튜터에게 필요한 기능이 70.07%, 72.09%, 70.41%의 구현율을 보여주었다. 연수자 기능에서는 연수지원, 관리자 기능에서는 통계관리, 튜터 기능에서는 커뮤니케이션 기능이 가장 낮은 구현율을 보였다. 본 논문의 결과를 통해 원격교육연수원의 효율적인 연수 운영을 위한 학습관리시스템 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

원격 교육의 장점으로 인해 원격 연수가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 양적인 증가와 더불어 원격 연수의 문제점도 제기되고 있다. 그 중 여러 연구에서, 원격 연수의 연수 내용, 연수 방법, 연수 평가 등에 대한 문제점에 대하여 공통적으로 개선의 필요성을 말하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 마이크로티칭을 중심으로 인지적 도제 모델, 교사 평가 기법을 이용해서 원격 연수 방법을 개발하여 연수내용, 연수방법, 연수평가에 대한 문제점을 해결하고, 교사의 교수능력을 향상시키고자 한다.

최근, 지속적인 지식, 정보의 증가로 교사들의 연수의 필요성이 요구되고 있으나 현재 실시되고 있는 연수는 몇몇 문제점들을 내포하고 있다 이들 문제점들을 줄이기 위해 원격교사연수가 실시되고 있으나 시공간 극복 등의 장점에도 불구하고 상호작용, 평가, 강사, 연수 매체 등의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 현재 제시되고 있는 원격교사 연수의 개선방안과 여러 학자들이 주장하고 있는 원격교사연수 모형 및 교수-학습 방법 등을 조사하고, 각 모형에서 제시되고 있는 요소와 원칙들을 종합하여 차후 개발될 원격교사연수모형에서 고려되어야 할 요소들을 제시하였다. 이 요소들의 제시로 인하여 원격교사연수모형을 개발하는데 있어 좋은 기준이 될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 지능형 영상 감시시스템을 위한 LDA기반 원거리 얼굴인식 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 단일 거리 얼굴영상을 학습으로 사용한 얼굴인식 알고리즘은 원거리로 갈수록 얼굴인식률이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 실제 거리별 얼굴영상을 사용한 방법은 얼굴인식률은 향상되지만 사용자가 직접 움직이며 학습용 거리별 얼굴영상을 취득해야하는 문제점이 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 단일 거리에서 취득한 얼굴영상을 이용해 거리별 얼굴영상을 자동으로 생성하여 학습으로 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존 얼굴인식 방법과 동일한 수준의 사용자 협조에서 거리별 사용자 등록영상을 생성할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 실험결과, 제안한 알고리즘은 기존 단일 거리 학습영상 기반 알고리즘에 비해 근거리에서 평균 16.3%, 원거리에서 평균 18.0% 향상된 얼굴인식 성능을 나타냈고, 실제 거리별 얼굴영상을 사용한 방법보다 근거리에서 평균 4.3%감소했지만, 원거리에서는 동일한 얼굴인식 성능을 나타냈다.

When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.

웹을 통한 원격교육은 시간과 공간의 문제를 극복할 수 있다는 큰 장점에도 불구하고 강의 실 및 집합교육에 비해 연수생 관리가 취약하다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제는 원격 교육활동의 성취수준 및 목표도달에 대한 커다란 장애로 부담이 되며, 원격교육담당자에 게 많은 고민을 안겨주고 있다. 원격 교육담당자는 원격교육활동에 대한 연수생의 참여와 반응을 계속적으로 모니터링해야 하고 이에 대한 적절한 피드백을 연수생에게 제공하여야 하나 기존 원격교육시스템은 교수학습활동에 중점을 둔 나머지 원격 교육활동에 대한 효율적 관리기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 원격 교원연수의 효율적 운영과 교원연수가 목표하는 학업성취수준의 효과적 달성을 위해 원격교원연수의 적합한 관리요소를 추출하고 이를 시스템 또는 연수 관리자가 연수과정에 적용하여 연수생에 대한 적절한 피드백의 제 공이 가능한 원격교원 연수시스템을 제안한다. 원격교원연수의 상호작용 유형과 학습효과 간의 관계를 비교 분석한다 또한, 본 시스템의 효율성 검증을 위해 원격교원연수의 학습유형과 이에 연계된 관리항목에 대한 가설을 설정하고 학습유형검사지를 통해 학업성취도와의 관계를 규명한다.

Korea has introduced the levy-grand system in the vocational learning finance. The standard unit price system of training cost was utilized in the distribution of training budget and the reimbursement system including total or partial training cost return has been operated in the corporate training after completing the learning course particularly. The standard unit price was calculated in the base of analyzing on supporting budget by the government per training institutions and corporate payment decision to learning institutions. The proposing standard unit price system of training cost was analyzed in the current standard price unit of training cost and then an improvement policy and the implication are derived from it. At the result of this study, the current government supporting level to e-learning and postal distance learning indicates good status.

지능형 서비스를 제공하는 로봇에서 특정 사람을 인지하거나 구별하는 인식 기술은 매우 중요하다. 기존 단일 거리 얼굴 영상을 학습으로 사용한 얼굴 인식 알고리즘은 원거리로 갈수록 얼굴 인식률이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 실제 거리별 얼굴 영상을 이용한 방법은 얼굴 인식률은 향상되지만, 사용자 협조가 요구되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 줌카메라를 통해 거리별 얼굴 영상을 획득하여 학습으로 사용하는 LDA 기반 원거리 얼굴 인식을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존 단일거리 얼굴 영상을 학습으로 이용한 방법에 비해 7.8% 향상된 성능을 보였고, 거리별 얼굴 영상을 학습으로 이용한 방법과 비교했을 때 8.0% 저하된 성능을 보였다. 그러나 거리별 얼굴 영상을 취득하기 위해 추가적인 시간과 사용자 협조가 요구되지 않는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: To determine the effect of weight ball throw training as a preparatory exercise before golf practice for 8 weeks on back muscle strength, weight shifting of lower body, head speed of club, and driving distance of amateur golfers. METHODS: A total of 18 subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group (n=9) and the control group (n=9), respectively. For the experimental group, Weight ball throw training was provided to the height of waist and shoulder similar to golf swing with the following schedule: 3 kg weight ball throw training from the first week to the 4th week; 5 kg weight ball throw training from the 5th week to the 8th week. Before and after 8 weeks of training, back muscle strength, weight shifting of lower body, head speed of club, and driving distance of subjects in the two groups were measured. RESULTS: The experimental group showed significant differences in rotational back extension torque, weight shifting of lower body, head speed of club, and driving distance during golf swing (p<.05). However, the control group only showed significant difference in driving distance during golf swing (p<.05). Back extension torque, weight shifting of lower body, and head speed of club showed significant differences between the two groups during golf swing (p<.05). CONCLUSION: Weight ball throw training can positively change rotational back muscle strength, weight shifting of lower body, head speed of club, and driving distance of amateur golfers. Therefore, it might be used as an effective warming up exercise for amateur golfers.
