Carbon black-Polymer 복합재료의 전도임계 현상에 대한 고찰 (A study on the conductive critical behavior of Carbon black-polymer Composites)

  • The variation electrical resistivity of Carbon black filled polymers with volume percent of carbon black was investigated. The relationships between the surface tension of polymer and dispertion effect of carbon black were studied to find the steep drop of electrical resistivity. The critical volume percent of carbon black increased with the increasing surface tension of polymer. The PTC intensity decreased with the increasing volume percent of carbon black.

  • Recently, As the higher frequency in clock of digital system being demanded and the density of circuits gets high for purpose of making light and minimizing system, the study for solution of digital signal distortion being interested. In this paper, the distortion of square pulse caused by dispersion as it propagates along a single microstrip line and crosstalk between lines on the Multi-Transmission Lines (MTL) is investigated. The dispersion and crosstalk of pulse signals is analyzed regarding to the structure of transmission line such as relative permittivity, substrate height, strip width of the microstrip line and pulse width of signal pulse.

매입형 히트파이프의 재질 및 규격변화에 따른 수화열 분산 효과 (Dispertion Effect of Hydration Heat due to Materials and Standard Variation of Embedded Heat Pipe)

  • The cracking due to hydration heat in mass concrete must be resolved to improve the stability and durability of concrete structures. In this study, the economic efficiency was improved by replacing a copper pipe with a steel one for the heat pipe, and the heat pipe was standardized to significantly improve the operation efficiency, such as the processing, transport, assembly, and construction time. As a result of the experiment, the peak temperature of the ICSHP, ISSHP, and ISUHP specimens decreased by about $7.2{\sim}10.9^{\circ}C$ compared to the OPC specimen and the probability of a thermal crack being generated in the ICSHP, ISSHP, and ISUHP specimens decreased by up to 84~88%.

비정질 $As_{40}Se_{50-x}S_{x}Ge_{10}$ 박막의 구조특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structure Properties of Amorphous $As_{40}Se_{50-x}S_{x}Ge_{10}$ Thin Film)

  • In this paper, we analyze the structure characteristics of $As_{40}Se_{50-x}S_{x}Ge_{10}$ system bulk and thin films. As the results of XRD patterns, it identified amorphous state. In order to find the glass transition temperature($T_g$), crystallization($T_c$) and melting point ($T_m$)of bulk sample, it ascertained that TS1gT is 238$^{\circ}C$ in $As_{40}Se_{15}S_{35}Ge_{10}$, and 231$^{\circ}C$ in $As_{40}Se_{25}S_{25}Ge_{10}$ & $As_{40}Se_{50}Ge_{10}$ following the thernal analysis by DSC, DTA, & TGA method. Also it was confirmed the phase seperation of continuous phase and dispertion phase by the optical texture of polarizing microscope and $T_g$ near 20$0^{\circ}C$ in thin film. Therefore, it was found that it occurs the phase seperation of Ge-rich dontinuous phase and Se-rich dispersion phase following the EDS analysis of thin film and the surface SEM photograph.

  • In attempt to develop a drug delivery system using serum albumin microspheres, bovine serum albumin microspheres containing antitumar agent. Cytarabine, were prepared. The shape, surface characteristics, size distribution, behavior of in vivo distribution, drug release behavior, and degradation of albumin microsphers in animal liver issue homogenate and proteolytic enzyme were investigated. The shape of albumin microspheres was spherical and the surface was smooth and compact. The size distribution of the albumin microspheres was effected by dispertion forces during emulsification and albumin concentration. Distribution of albumin microspheres after imtravenous administration in rabbit was achieved immediately. In vitro, albumin microsphere matrix was so hard that it retained most of cytarabine except initial burst during the first 10 minutes, and the level of drug release during the initial burst was affected by heating temperature, drug/albumin microsphere matrix was so hard that it retained most of cytarabine except initial burst during the first 10 minutes, and the level of drug release during the initial burst was affected by heating temperature, drug/albumin concentration ratio and size distribution. After drug release test, the morphology of albumin microspheres was not changed. Albumin microsphere matrix was degraded by the animal liver issue homogenate and proteolytic enzyme. The degree of degradation was affected by heating temperature.

유/무기 복합재료형 접지저감제의 특성 (Characteristic of organic/inorganic composite formed grounding resistance lowering agents)

  • 본 연구는 무기재료 중 층상형 점토를 사용하고 유기물질로는 수용성고분자를 주재료로 이용하여 제조한 새로운 형태의 접지저감제의 특성에 관한 것이다. 위 접지저감제는 수분을 흡습하게 되면 수용성 고분자가 수분에 용해되어 고분자 체인들이 수분에 분산되며 이 분산된 고분자 체인들이 수분과 함께 층상형 점토의 충으로 삽입되는 과정으로 성능을 발휘하게 된다. 이렇게 제조된 유/무기 복합재료형 접지저감제는 함수율이 매우 우수하고 팽창률도 우수할 뿐 아니라 300wt%의 수분을 공급 후 측정한 전기전도도도 우수하여 접지저감제로서의 장점을 가지고 있다. 접지시스템에 시공시 기존의 저감재보다 적은 양을 사용하여 동일한 접지저항을 얻을 수 있으며 환경적으로나 화학적으로 매우 안전하여 접지봉의 부식이나 전식을 방지할 수 있어 토양의 오염도 방지한다. 또한 부재료로 사용되는 여러 종류의 실리카를 이용하여 주재료와 함께 접지시스템에 작용하여 낮은 접지저항을 얻는데 시너지효과를 발휘하며 염분 및 부식성이 높은 화학이온 성분을 갖는 토양에서도 안정적인 접지저항을 나타내는데 도움을 준다. 실제 시공 비교에서 일반 접지동봉에 적용하였을 때 미사용 시보다 7-8배의 접지저항 저감효과를 보였다.
