Recently, office workers are increasingly aware of the right to disconnect because of the pressure from strong connections with Internet messengers. In this study, we examined the reason why the perception of the right to disconnect increases and how to deal with it. This research model is that smart working and psychological attachment from work affect right to disconnect, and that open communication and gender moderate the intensity of these effects. To verify this research model, survey questionnaires were distributed to workers in smart working environments, and 400 data were collected and analyzed using Smart-PLS. As results of data analysis, it was verified that smart working and psychological attachment from work had a significant influence on right to disconnect, that open communication group had a lesser effect of psychological attachment from work on right to disconnect than closed communication group, and that women had a lesser effect of psychological attachment from work on right to disconnect than men. Organizations need to maintain a desirable level of right to disconnect in order to improve the quality of working life. But, if it is impossible, They need to change the way of communication more openly so as to absorb the burden of strong connection by Internet. And they need to perform task assignment or stress relief policy reflecting gender characteristics.

Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

This study analyzed operation characteristics of air-condition piping is made by quick disconnect coupling. Air-conditioning consists of central compressor 3HP capacity and R22 refrigerant. We experimented with two operation cycles of air-condition under the same environment; one is with quick disconnect coupling. The other is without quick disconnect coupling. As a result, we can observe whether the condensation temperature of former increased by about 3-5. Furthermore, COP decreased by about 10%.

This study is intended to identify how quick disconnect coupling which connects with refrigerant piping of air-conditioner using R-22 refrigerant has effect on characteristics of flux. in the case where the air-conditioner installs utilizes quick disconnect coupling, COP has an effect on the quantity of cooling load because of changing flow rate and physical properties of refrigerant which flow into an entrance of expansion valve from coupling. Variation of flow rate can be regulated by changing expansion-contraction angle; $\alpha$ of an entrance and an exit of coupling. The addition of disconnect switches to a distribution feeder or the replacement of the manual switches with the automatic switches do, in general, increase reliability by decreasing the duration of the outage of many to the customers on the feeder and reducing the outage section. However, the improvement of reliability in power distribution system causes an increase of the investment cost, for example, replacement costs, labor costs, and so on. For this reason - the balance between investment and reliability improvement - many studies about the appropriate level of investment have been conducted. In this paper, we suggest the algorithm for determining the reasonable switch automation rate in the power distribution system. We evaluate the customer interruption cost and reliability for several cases - these cases relate with the switch automation rate - in the domestic metropolitan power distribution system, estimate the effectiveness of changing the manual switch to automatic switch quantitatively. These results can help the determining on the disconnect switch's automation rate.

By using an ANSYS product suite (CFX, Ansys Multiphysics), which is a powerful tool for multiphysics analysis of complicated physical phenomena, we performed a structural stress analysis based on fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena within a quick connect/disconnect (QC/DC) bellows system. Considering the extremely low temperatures in the QC/DC environment, an approach to the problem based on complex multi-physics phenomena, where different phenomena interact with each other, is crucial. Therefore, we use a numerical analysis technique where fluid-thermal-structural interactions are combined. In conclusion, when low temperature fluids flow inside bellows, the expected service life is conspicuously reduced due to the thermal stress caused by heat transfer. Therefore, in future research, a structure with considerably reduced thermal stress by robust design optimization will be derived.

The reactor head structure assembly(RHSA) is the structure located on the reactor assembly. The purpose of the assembly is providing interface location for cables, preventing pipe whips, prohibiting instruments from becoming missiles, and restraining CEDMs' horizontal motion. On the RHSA, reactor disconnect panels(RDP) are installed. The installation location of RDP is to be decided to minimize the geometric interface with other components. Since the neighborhood of RHSA is crowded due to many connectors and cables, it is necessary to find the good design of RHSA to make an intricate situation attenuated and the required function maintained. The geometric shape and overall configuration of RHSA are determined by axiomatic design approach. The FRs of RHSA are specified and the corresponding DPs are found to satisfy FRs in sequence. The finite element analysis is carried out based on the result of the axiomatic design to evaluate the structural integrity.

This paper presents general concept of DC switch gear(DCSWGR). Normally, DCSWGR consist of Digital protection unit(DPU), High Speed Circuit Breaker(HSCB), Disconnect Switch (DS), Programmable Logic Control(PLC), Auxiliary Relays and etc. Most of the components has its special characteristics and their interface between each others are various and complex. In this paper every constituent general design are preceded and interface between each component are examined. And also DCSWGR operation logic with logical diagram including interlock signal are introduced.

In this paper, we propose a new feature-based text watermarking for the binary text image. The structure of specific characters from preprocessed text image are modified to embed watermark. Watermark message are embedded and detected by the following method; Hole line disconnect using the connectivity of the character containing a hole, Center line shift using the hole area and Differential encoding using difference of flippable score points. Experimental results show that the proposed method is robust to rotation and scaling distortion.

This paper studies islanding detection distributed of distributed generation(DG). The study of islanding detection has been disconnected DG when power islanding was detected but fault type wasn't distingish. Nearby feeder fault the fault of feeder that not interconnected DG, is a little affect DG and distribution system. Therefore DG not need to disconnect distribution system. We studied islanding detection algorithm considering fault location.
