본 연구는 영화 <네버 렛 미 고>를 푸코의 권력이론 중 생명권력과 규율권력이 억압하는 사회적 구조에서 권력에 함몰되지 않고 주체적으로 실현하려는 인간의 가치로 분석하고자 한다. 과거 생사여탈권을 쥔 군주권력이 시행하던 신체형은 18세기 이후 생명권력으로 변모하여 인간의 신체를 교정하고 규율에 맞는 능력을 부여하여 기계처럼 작동하도록 하였다. 이러한 생명권력의 통제 속에서 인간은 질병을 치료받고 수명을 연장시키는 안전 욕구를 달성하며, 생산재로서 기능한다. 학교는 생명권력이 효율적으로 작동할 수 있도록 훈육을 통해 신체를 통제하고 규율을 내면화시킨다. 이 영화는 기존 복제인간을 소재로 한 영화들과 차별성이 있다. 복제인간들이 장기 기증자의 역할을 별도의 저항 없이 순응하거나 원본인간과 복제인간의 갈등이 드러나지 않는 점이 그러한 예다. 또한 기존 소설과 영화가 미래를 배경으로 한 것과 달리 1970년대부터 1990년대에 이르는 과거 회고 형식을 띤 점도 그렇다. 이들은 인간의 감정을 가지고 관계에 의존하거나 상실을 경험하며 독립적 자아를 찾고 유한한 삶의 한계 속에서 삶의 가치를 실현하고자 한다.

Most rail system related simulators currently used are designed to simulate only one discipline system. This obviously assumes the other discipline systems are running regularly not being affected by the system being simulated. In this paper a multi discipline simulator is proposed and its design concept is presented. A multi discipline simulator is the simulator in which major subsystems with different technical discipline are simulated simultaneously. The advantage of the simulator is in that it makes it possible to analyze the systems behavior while other discipline system vary. With this we can identify the possible multi-discipline problems and even find their solutions. A proto type simulator has been developed using object oriented programming. Object concept was judged best suitable to model the various multi-discipline self-controlling railway subsystems. It was applied to the target system, which is under development by the Korea Railroad Research Institute. The test results shows it is very useful in designn verification. It could also be a good tool in research and development work to improve the system.

This research could design pulse of self-discipline in band form and apply each according to disease.

본 연구는 국내연구자들이 학술정보의 습득을 위해 국내학술지를 어느정도로 활용하는가를 계열별로 비교분석한 것이다. 그리하여 그 결과를 오늘날 각 대학에서 진행되고 있는 학술지평가 작업의 기초자료로 활용하기 위함이 목적이다. 연구를 위한 조사의 진행은 박사학위논문과 대표 학회지를 대상으로 인용분석을 실시하였으며 학술지평가에 적용할 만한 결과를 얻었다. 먼저, 국내학술지에 대한 의존도에 있어서는 학문계열간에 구별될 만한 차이가 있음으로써 학술지평가 과정에서 학문계열간에 서로 다른 기준의 적용이 필요함을 알았다. 그리고 학술지 활용순위의 등간분석을 통해서는 $50\%$ 이하의 지배력을 갖는 상위학술지에 대해서는 핵심학술지를 선별하기 위한 적절한 보완되는 기준을 마련해야 한다는 것도 알았다.

이 논문에서는 자원을 공유하는 여러 개의 QoS(Quality of Service) 큐(queue)를 서비스하기 위한 새로운 서비스 규칙 - 선형 서비스 규칙을 제안하고, 그 특징을 분석하였다. 제안하는 선형 서버는 각각의 큐에 대한 출력 트래픽(traffic) 및 고객 수 과정을 입력 트래픽의 선형 함수로 만든다 특히 입력 트래픽이 가우스 분포를 갖는 경우에는 큐 길이의 분포와 출력 트래픽 분포가 모두 가우스 분포를 갖게 하며, 그 분포의 평균과 분산이 입력 트래픽의 평균과 전력 스펙트럼(power Spectrum)의 함수로 나타나게 한다. 중요한 QoS 척도인 버퍼 넘침 확률 및 지연 분포 역시 입력 트래픽의 평균과 전력 스펙트럼의 함수로 나타나게 된다. 이 연구는 네트워크의 각 노드를 하나의 선형 필터로 볼 수 있게 하므로, 선형 시스템 이론에 기초한 네트워크 전반에 걸친 트래픽 관리 기술의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다.

Every engineering discipline has, in recent year, felt the impact of computer-aided analysis and design Normally the studies of power system analysis by computer are load flow, short circuit and harmonic calculation, the amount the voltage deviates from motor starting, reliability and system stability. These studies are very important from the operating and planning points of power system. This paper presents analysis of load flow, short circuit current calculation, the effect for voltage deviation of induction motor starting and harmonic distortion in power system of continuous casting(C. C) plant. The resulting of analysis is applied the configuration and design engineering of power system.

The Harry Potter series is considered to represent the multicultural aspect of contemporary British society and to show critical perspectives of racism. This series, however, also includes many elements of British imperialism. This paper examines the ideas about education and Harry's role in relation to British imperialism. One of the main ideas prevalent in 19th century British boys' public schools was that people's blood origin is the most important element in determining their characteristics, ability and moral qualities. The students' inherited capacity and their family background are more highly regarded than their secondary learning and training. This reflects a 19th century concept that ultimately, inborn quality makes 'a hero', a truth presented in the educational policies of Hogwarts. Hogwarts' educational policies and systems can also be related to 'developmentalism', which defines children as imperfect, in-progress and incomplete, thus needing proper training and discipline. As this concept functioned to justify the control of children while educating them, Hogwarts adopts diverse controlling devices and oppressive policies, which are mainly justified in the name of education. On the one hand, child characters are controlled and oppressed by the school authorities, on the other hand, some of the students such as Harry have remarkable magic powers enough to resist the adult authority and even to save the magic society from the evil power. Harry plays dual roles, which the British boys of the Empire were assigned from their society; they are important heirs to conquer the 'evil' or 'barbarous' world but need to be obedient to a 'good' authority to achieve the mission. Harry's magic power and self-discipline ultimately contribute to fulfilling Dumbledore's mission, which mirrors 19th century British boys' roles as the heirs of the British Empire.

이 연구는 민주화 이후 국회-대통령-정당관계를 역사적으로 살펴봄으로써 이를 상생적인 관계로 이끌어가기 위한 조건들에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 연구자는 정당 내부의 권력집중도와 정당기율의 정도가 국회-대통령관계의 상생성에 결정적 영향을 미친다고 보고 이를 분석의 중심틀로 적용하였다. 2002년 이전까지 한국 정당은 권력집중형에 강한 기율이 특징이었다. 대통령 정당은 그의 의제실현을 목적으로 한 입법도구였고, 야당은 반대자로만 존재하는 집단적 대립과 교착의 시대였다. 2002-4년이후 정당정치에서 권력을 분산시키고 기율을 약화시키는 미국식 원내정당화를 포함하여 다양한 제도 개혁이 이루어졌으나 현재까지는 상생정치가 별로 진전되지 않고 있다. 개혁의 결과는 의원들 개인보다는 파벌의 중요도를 증진하였다. 그런데 파벌정치가 (잠재적)대권후보를 중심으로 강하게 응집함으로써 국회는 여전히 정당간의 당론들만이 격돌하는 입법전쟁터로 존재할 뿐이다. 분석을 토대로 연구자는 상생정치 발전을 위해서 현재 정당 및 하위 파벌들의 집단적 행태를 더욱 해체하는 방향으로의 제도 개선을 제안하였다.

The use of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems is increasing due to new policies in the energy industries. However, the increase in distributed generation hinders the reliability of power systems. In order to stabilize power systems, a virtual power plant has been proposed as a novel power grid management system. The virtual power plant plays includes different distributed energy resources and energy storage systems. We define a core virtual power plant technology related to demand response and ancillary service for the cases of Korea, America, and Europe. We also suggest applications of the proposed virtual power plant to the vehicle-to-grid market for restructuring national power industries in Korea.
