유압 피팅 충격압시험기 개발 (Hydraulic fitting impulse tester development)

  • Hydraulic fitting impulse tester is equipment which produce impulse pressure waveform that specified foreign standard of SAE, JIS etc. Test conditions of SAE J1453 about waveform standard indicates frequency of 35-70 cycle/min, pressure of 560 bar, oil temperature of 93 .+-.3.deg. C etc. and required cycle is a million over. In additions, Test condition operated continuously equipment. This development item adopted new pattern method such as intensifier and rotary distributor is different from already established fitting impulse tester applied servo valve and high pressure direct directional control valve. Therefore, this development item which compares already established item is good reliability, low cost of manufacture and save of electric energy. especially, Domestic small and medium enterprise uses this tester because of economical cause. We develope appropriateness tester which conforms to demand of user.

멀티콥터를 이용한 수직방향 DTV 신호 레벨 측정 (Measurement of Vertical-Directional DTV Signal Level Using a Multi-Copter)

  • DTV 필드 테스트는 실내와 실외에서 전계강도와 수신 가능성 등을 측정하는 것으로 실외의 경우 측정 차량을 도로에서 수평적으로 이동하면서 9m 높이의 안테나를 사용 DTV 신호를 측정하였다. 현대의 고층 빌딩과 같은 수직 집단 구조의 주거 형태에서는 수직적인 DTV 신호 측정을 통하여 수직 방향 전파 환경 분석이 필요하다. 특히 전면에 장애물이 많아 다중 경로 간섭과 임펄스 잡음의 영향으로 전계강도가 수신 임계값인 $43dB{\mu}V/m$ 이상인 경우에도 수신이 불가한 경우가 있어 건물 밀집지역이나 특수한 측정 환경에 적합한 필드 측정 및 분석이 절대적으로 필요하다. 이를 위하여 자유롭게 비행하면서 DTV 수신신호 레벨을 측정할 수 있는 비행체 옥토형 멀티콥터를 개발하고 시험을 거쳐 실용성 있게 성능을 개선하였다. 휴대형 소형 DTV 수신신호 레벨 측정기와 안테나 및 데이터 전송용 M/W 송신기 또는 녹화용 장비가 탑재되어 DTV 수신신호 레벨 측정이 가능한 이 멀티콥터를 이용하여 전파환경이 다른 3지역의 측정을 통해 신뢰성 검증과 실용성을 입증하였다. 수직 방향 수신신호 레벨 측정은 수직 방향 전파 환경 변화가 큰 장소, 고층 아파트 같은 집단적 수직 주거 형태, 도보나 차량으로 접근이 불가능한 지역 등 측정점의 특수한 환경에 적합한 데이터를 얻을 수 있어 기존의 수평적 필드 테스트에서는 접근하기 어려운 장소의 전파 변화 분석에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

헬리컬 파일의 지지력 산정을 위한 양방향 재하시험의 적용성 평가 (Applicability of Bi-directional Load Test for Evaluating Bearing Capacity of Helical Piles)

  • 헬리컬 파일(helical pile)은 회전 관입기로 시공이 가능하므로 비교적 소형의 장비로 말뚝 시공이 가능한 장점이 있어, 최근 다양한 현장에서 그 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 헬리컬 파일의 지지력을 평가하기 위한 현장 정재하시험은 시험하중만큼의 사하중, 반력 말뚝, 반력 앵커 등이 필요하다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 헬리컬 파일에 상대적으로 재하장치가 간단하고 시험이 간편한 양방향 재하시험을 적용하였으며, 양방향 재하시험 결과와 정재하시험 결과를 비교하였다. 양방향 재하시험은 헬리컬 파일의 중공형 중심축(shaft)에 중심축의 직경과 일치하고 중심축 내부 공간으로 유압재하용 호스가 나올 수 있도록 특수하게 제작된 유압식 셀(cell)을 나선형 원판(helix plate)사이에 삽입한 후, 유압 셀(cell)에 가압하여 지지력을 측정하는 방식으로 수행되었다. 양방향 재하시험은 유압식 셀을 최하단 나선형 원판 상부에 삽입한 경우와 최상단 나선형 원판 상부에 삽입한 두 가지 케이스로 시험을 진행하였으며, 각각의 방법이 선단지지력과 주면마찰력을 측정할 수 있도록 말뚝 두부의 변형을 제한하였다. 시험은 89mm, 114mm의 중심축에 450mm, 350mm, 200mm의 나선형 원판을 부착하여 제작한 헬리컬 파일로 수행되었으며, 시험 결과 정재하시험으로 산정한 지지력과 양방향 재하시험으로 산정한 지지력이 유사함을 확인하였다.

중전기기산업 수출시장 매력도 분석 (Export Market Attractiveness Analyses of the Heavy Electric Equipment Industry)

  • This study develops the market attractiveness assessment model and draws the strategic target markets and their corresponding exporting strategies through identifying the market positions in the dimensions of market attractiveness scores and market positional strength to achieve the innovative export promotion of Korean heavy electric industry and the resulting improvement and reversal of comparative-disadvantage position. In chapter 2, we analyze the stages of selecting target markets, the constructs and their measure variables of market attractiveness models, and the components and strategic policy implications of directional policy matrix. And in chapter 3, we identify the comparative advantage positions of Korean heavy electric industry in the global market through analyzing its trade structure, trends, balance, ratio-balance, and specialization index by the item and the region respectively. We find that the Asia/Pacific region is the most attractive export market of the Korean heavy electric equipment industry, the following important strategic target markets are the America, MENA, CIS/East Europe Regions in the order of their attractiveness and competitive position dimensions. In the mean time, the sub-Sahara Africa and West Europe region is shown to be the long-run-viewpoint target market requiring the innovation or divest strategies owing to their low attractiveness and the low market share of Korean exports.

굴삭기 IMV용 비례 유량제어밸브 정특성 해석 (Static Analysis of Dedicated Proportional Flow Control Valve for IMV)

  • Recently, as environmental regulations for earth-moving equipment have been tightening, advanced systems such as electronic control, have been introduced for energy savings. An IMV (Independent Metering Valve) consisting of four 2-way valves, is an electro-hydraulic control systems that provides more flexible controllability, and potential for energy savings in excavators, when compared to the conventional 4-way spool valve system. To fully maximize use of an IMV, the bi-directional flow control valve that can regulate a large amount of flow in both directions, should be adopted. The hydraulic circuit of an IMV applied to an excavator from an overseas construction equipment company, reveals the flow control valve with the compound of proportional solenoid valve for first stage, and 2-way spool valve for the second stage. Moreover, the two spools are interconnected by a feedback spring, presumed to compensate for flow force acting on the second stage spool. This paper addresses the static analysis of flow control valve in an IMV to investigate the improvement of robustness, against flow force by the feedback spring. From the steady-state analysis of flow control valve model, it can be concluded that the feedback spring facilitates maintaining linearity of spool displacement for control input, and relatively constant flow for load disturbance.

양방향 3단 IMV 개발을 위한 시뮬레이션 해석 (Simulation Analysis for the Development of 3 Stage IMV)

  • There are two types of IMV for MCV, the spool type and the poppet type. The spool type is used in the existing excavator MCV and easily meets large-capacity flow conditions, but has a flow force problem which affects the spool control. The poppet type stably blocks the flow and has excellent rapid response. However, the larger the capacity, the larger the diameter of the poppet needed, requiring a strong spring to withstand the oil pressure. In this study, a bi-directional three-stage IMV for MCV that can be used in medium and large hydraulic excavators was proposed. This is a poppet type, enabling bi-directional flow control and resolves the problem of proportional solenoid suction force limitation. To investigate the validity of the proposed valve, the system was mathematically modeled and the static and dynamic characteristics were investigated through the simulation using commercial software. It has been concluded that the reverse flow is possible in a regeneration circuit and that the proposed IMV can be used to perform various excavation modes.

  • This study addresses the modeling of a bi-directional outlet variable swash plate type axial piston pump with two EPPR valves and an analysis of the response characteristics to the angle control of that pump. In this paper, the combination of the EPPR valve and double rod type piston is referred to as the EPPR regulator. The EPPR regulator is compact and inexpensive, and has good responsiveness. Under actual pump operating conditions, because of the various external conditions of the pump, inertia is applied to the swash plate, generating the tilting torque. Also, the tilting torque can delay or shorten the response characteristics of the regulator. So we validated them through the analysis using SimulationX and these results allow users to freely integrate the EPPR regulator into the desired system.

  • 무인기의 수요가 많아지고 기술이 발달되면서 가까운 장래에 무인기가 유인기 공역에 진입할 날도 머지않았다. 무인기는 조종사 없이 비행이 이루어지므로 사전에 장애물을 탐지하여 자동회피하는 장치가 반드시 필요하다. 이에 따라 유인기가 사용하는 충돌회피장치인 TCAS II의 동작원리와 인터페이스틀 분석하여 무인기에 사용여부를 확인하고 문제점을 판단한다. 결론적으로 TCAS II의 탑재 방향성 안테나는 정밀하지 못하여 표적의 정확한 방위각을 FCC에 제공하지 못하므로 단독으로 사용할 수는 없고 표적의 정확한 방위각을 제공하는 타 장비와 함께 활용되어야 한다.

Does the China-Korea Free Trade Area Promote the Green Total Factor Productivity of China's Manufacturing Industry?

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to analyze the net effect of the green total factor productivity (GTFP) of China's manufacturing industry from the China-Korea Free Trade Area (China-Korea FTA) quantitatively. Design/methodology - Firstly, the Global Malmquist-Luenberger (GML) index based on the SBM directional distance function is used to measure the GTFP of China's manufacturing and analyze the driving force for its growth. Secondly, the regression discontinuity quantitative analysis is used to determine the impact of the China-Korea FTA on China's manufacturing GTFP. Findings - Our main findings can be summarized as follows: the China-Korea FTA has promoted the GTFP of China's manufacturing with an effect evaluation mainly resulting from green technology progress. And there is industry heterogeneity in the policy effect on the manufacturing GTFP due to the China-Korea FTA. Namely, policy promotion from the China-Korea FTA is more effective on the GTFP of equipment manufacturing than it is on those of other industries. Originality/value - First, an evaluation and analysis of the GTFP development of China's manufacturing that employs GML index based on SBM directional distance function. Second, a quantitative estimate of China-Korea FTA's net effect on China's manufacturing industrial GTFP that uses regression discontinuity analysis, which is considered to be the closest method to natural experiments and superior to other causal inference methods. Third, an in-depth discussion of the practical steps that China's manufacturing can take to improve GTFP development and integrate China-Korea FTA construction into economic development.

IMV를 이용한 굴착기 작업장치 궤적제어 (Trajectory Control of Excavator Actuators Using IMV)

  • The IMV is a combination of four two-way valve systems which replace a conventional four-way spool valve to improve efficiency mostly in excavator hydraulics. As the environmental regulations for construction equipment have tightened, some overseas advanced companies have released commercial excavators in which the MCV is implemented with the IMVs. Development of the IMV type MCV relies on the control algorithm as well as the robust performance of proportional flow control valves. In this study, the IMV controller was designed and verified with experiments for the excavator working unit, which determines the IMV mode of operation and the extent of the valve opening in consideration of the load conditions on hydraulic actuators. First, the open-loop controller was designed with a joystick command vs. a PSV reference current map comprising several control parameters in to compensate for the different flow characteristics and non-linearities of two-way flow control valves. Second, the closed-loop controller was designed with the PI control fed by the actuator displacement and outputs actuator percent effort equivalent to the operator's joystick command. Finally, the performance of the IMV type MCV was verified with the trajectory control of position references derived from the energy consumption test standard. Experimental results showed the control performance of the IMV developed in this study, and suggest that future studies to be conducted to advance technical progress.
