When looked upon as a polycrystalline, ceramics have two basic differences from a single crystal. One is that there exist grain boundaries, the other is that the crystal axes of each small crystal are arranged in random directions. But the crystal axes fo small crystals which compose ceramics may be made to have the tendency of being arranged in a specific direction. This is called that the crystal axes are oriented. The degree of the direction arrangement of the crystal axes is called orientation. In order to orient the crystal axes effectively, the fiberous barium titanates were made through KDC method and the ion exchange method. And then they were arranged through pressing, doctor blade, and syringe. As the result of Lotgering evaluation, the sample oriented through syringe showed the highest orientation. After sintering, though the most particles that had been fiberous shaped became global shape viewed through SEM, the orientation of the crystals was reinforced by means of sintering.

With speediness of economy, the structure of land use has taken lots of change. How can we quickly and exactly obtain detailed land use/cover change information, and then we know land resource amount, quality, distributing and change direction. More and more high resolution satellite systems are under development. So we can make good use of RS data, existed GIS data and GPS data to extract change information and update map. In this paper a fully automated approach for detecting land use/cover change using remote sensing data with object-oriented classification based on GIS data, GPS data is presented (referring to Fig.1). At same time, I realize integrating raster with vector methods of updating the basic land use/land cover map based on 3S technology and this is becoming one of the most important developing direction in 3S application fields; land-use and cover change fields over the world. It has been successful applied in two tasks of The Ministry of Land and Resources P.R.C and taken some of benefit.

본 논문은 DOI방법을 개선한 디인터레이싱 방법을 제안한다. DOI방법은 강력한 인트라필드 기반의 디인터레이싱 기술이지만 긴 연산시간과 주기적인 패턴에서 방향을 잘못 찾는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 기존의 전역검색 대신하여 2단계 검색을 하여 연산속도를 향상시키고 두 가지 과정을 추가하여 영상의 화질을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 첫 번째 단계로 잘못된 방향으로 찾은 공간벡터를 삭제하며 두 번째 단계로 찾지 못한 방향에 대한 공간 방향벡터를 삽입함으로써 제안된 방법에서 잘못 찾은 공간 방향벡터를 정확한 결과인지 재확인하여 픽셀의 보간에 사용할지 검사한다. ISO 실험 이미지를 이용하여 제안된 방법과 line evarage, edge-based line averaging, DOI, selective deinterlacing algorithm 등의 기존의 방법을 비교한 결과 제안된 방법이 객관적으로나 주관적으로 우 수하다는 것을 보였다.

These days international trade has been converting to e-Trade formation. At this point, Korea has been striving for the trade facilitation; reducing logistics cost and improving foreign competitiveness by computerization operations of the maritime transportation that logistics and customs clearance are involved. However, due to the substantial characteristic of logistics service, the necessity of flexible and various logistics service development using internet has been strongly suggested. In particular, the logistics service which could share documents related to international physical movement between shippers and logistics organization. In this regard, this study carried out interview to explore the problems of physical distribution service and to suggest development direction of e-logistics service. The reason why this survey carried out is that most of users want more effective e-logistic service that could diminish successively real expense decrease. After analysis of survey results, this paper presents the basic development direction and emphasis development subjects. Therefore, the basic direction is presented from four viewpoints; customer-oriented approach, service-oriented approach, total approach and step-by-step implementation. Furthermore six development subjects; web-based standard module development for small and medium forwarders, development of standard logistics ERP system, collaboration model between KTNET and KLNET, system improvement for real users, on-demand system building for SMEs and connection with legacy system have been required.

The purpose of this study is to grope the direction of the environmental movement for the improvement of welfare. The deterioration of environment which was resulted from the development of material civilization due to the industrialization made people newly recognize the importance of environment. The quality of the future life depends on the solution of the environmental problems. The family-centered environmental movement as a new cultural movement in the daily life should be revitalized for the purpose of improving welfare. This study investigated the several views on the environmental problems in the neighboring disciplines of home economics. And on the basis of the results of the study, the direction of environmental movement to be developed in home economics was represented. This study represented the directions of the environmental movement as a new cultural movement in the daily life as follows: alternative life-style, that is, pro-environmental life-style-oriented direction; community-oriented direction such as cooperative association movement in daily life; the politicalization of the environmental problems, that is, the endeavor to reflect the election promise on the environment in the vote, etc. The content of the environmental movement shoed be treated of in environmental education, consumer education, family-life education, school education, and life-long education.

A misfit dislocation generation in InAs epilayers grown on (001) InP substrates (oriented $2^{\circ}$ off (001) toward the [110] direction) using metalorganic chemical-vapor deposition was studied. The InAs film of 17 nm thickness grown at $405^{\circ}C$ showed the three different arrays of dislocations: a straight orthogonal array to the <110> direction, an array to the >100> direction, and an array tilted by a degree of $5\sim45^{\circ}$ from the [110] direction. All of the dislocations had a/2<101> Burgers vectors inclined $45^{\circ}$ to the interface. Upon annealing at $660^{\circ}C$ the InAs films with 60, 140 and 220 nm thicknesses, most of the misfit dislocations became the Lomer type $(\sim100%)$ oriented exactly along the >110> direction. These misfit dislocation spacings were decreased with increasing the InAs thickness up to 220 nm thickness. This phenomena was interpreted by the relationship between the dislocation interaction energy among parallel misfit dislocations and the opposite remnant InAs epilayer strain energy. The distance between misfit dislocations was measured by transmission electron microscopy.

With regard to the new town developments which have supplied lots of houses in a short period of time in Korea this study aims to evaluation and finding out problems of the developments finally to suggest the direction. A new town's competitiveness model set in the previous paper takes a role of research frame to recognize the problems and to show the direction. The model explains that new town's competitiveness is composed of 4 factors; Self-sufficiency, Innovativenss, Identity and Sustainability. Problems of the developments are as follows; incongruity of spatial structure especially in the capital region, deficiency of self-sufficiency resulted from single-use development, restriction on mixed development by a number of regulations in capital region, low business value, grand scale of land compensation, house oriented planning guidance, unfair share of infrastructure fee, and physical structure depending mainly on fossil energy. Based on this recognition this study conclusively suggests corresponding direction such as role performance as a means of urban growth management, promotion of quality of life by accumulating social capital, introduction of socially sustainable management program for the new towns, discovery and creation of town's value, reexamination of self-sufficiency's meaning or target, selective deregulation of metropolitan development, institutional strategy for cost reduction, changeover from house index to urban function oriented index, and pursuit of low-carbon green town.

Recently Korean firms are increasingly interested in Internet business while the number of Internet users reaches more than 10 million in Korea. As e-commerce develops rapidly, customer-oriented marketing for online business becomes very important. The issue of how to achieve customer satisfaction in Internet business and how to plan a marketing strategy for online business faced managers of Internet business. Customer-satisfaction is much more important for Internet businesses than for traditional offline 'brick and mortars'. Marketing activities need to be carried out on customer-orientation to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. This paper will discuss how to develop customer-oriented marketing for online business. It will specifically study the characteristics and success factors of Internet business, differences between online marketing and traditional marketing, selection of target market, and online marketing-mix strategy for e-business in view of customer-orientation. Finally it will suggest a future direction for online fashion business by applying the customer-oriented marketing of Internet business to the fashion business.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the educational philosophy, goal, method, content, and environment of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools and suggest several practical methods for alternative education. Both ecologism and alternative education pursue sustainable values. The educational content of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools, analyzed from the view of sustainable development, focuses most on the natural resources, biodiversity, and sustainable food production, and also include human rights, peace and security, unification, cultural diversity, and health food in terms of the social sustainability and sustainable production and consumption concerning economic sustainability. This study should help environmental education become establish its possibility and position as alternative education and be recognized of its educational value. Furthermore, based on the cases of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools that are becoming 'garden of environmental education' as sustainable development education, it should lead to 'education communicating with environmental education at schools'.

본 연구는 ASTM D2718의 5점 휨하중 시험법을 사용하여 OSB(oriented strand board)와 국산합판의 굴림전단성능을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다. 각 시험용 판넬에 대해 길이방향에 평행한 것과 수직인 시험편을 제작하여 각각 시험하였으며, 파괴양상을 관찰하였다. 시험 결과 굴림전단력은 강축방향에 평행한 경우 $1.32-1.938N/mm^2$, 강축방향에 수직인 경우 $1.46-1.99N/mm^2$ 정도로 나타났으며 방향에 따른 차이는 크게 나타나지 않았다. 국산합판은 길이방향에 평행한 경우는 캐나다산 OSB와, 수직인 경우는 칠레산 OSB와 통계적으로 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 파괴는 OSB에서는 모두 전단에 의한 파괴가 나타났으며, 합판의 경우에는 전단, 접착층의 박리, 휨과 전단에 의한 복합파괴가 관찰되었다.
