A numerical study with Envi-met model is experimented to investigate the characteristics of wind pattern in Gangwon innovation city. In all case, most conditions such as wind speed, temperature, and surface are considered as the same, but wind direction is the only different factor. The wind directions considered in this study have a meaning of prevailing wind direction. When the prevailing wind with the direction of $247^{\circ}$ blows into the city, the ventilation passage toward the outside of city is formed and the stagnation of air is not expressed. In case of having the direction of $270^{\circ}$, most evident ventilation passages are composed. When the inflow wind direction is the north, $0^{\circ}$, there is some possibility of stagnation phenomenon. The case where the representative wind direction of three kind will flow with development, in compliance with the building is caused by with screening effect of some and shows a true stagnation phenomenon, wishes in the park and flowing water and the greens area to be for a long time formed and the wind direction is maintained.

The relative difference between Korean rural region and urban region has increased by the rapid urbanization and industrialization since 1960. Therefore it will be important to raise the income of the people living in rural region. So the Korean government established the collective side job area and rural industrial area for the increasing of the non-agricultural income. For this, the touristic resources development is also the another important means of the rural region development. So the purpose of this thesis exists in the presentation of the direction of the touristic resources development in rural region. For this purpose, three representative regions among the Korean rural regions were selected and the case study was accomplished. In this way the rough direction of the touristic resources development in rural region has presented The direction of the development and the conclusion were as follows : 1)Planners must establish the planning with the vision and demand of future than percent condition. 2)Because the urbanization is continued incessantly, the rural region is developed to be the space of resort. 3)The touristic resources development in rural region is contributed to the regional development through the raising interaction of the touristic resources. 4)The rural region is developed to be the space of the Korean rural tradition 5)The grassland os constructed in the mountenous land and the landscape of the Korean national land is changed to be the picturesque landscape. 6)The construction of the traditional artistic products is accomplished to increase the income of the people in rural region.

In this paper, we propose the direction of development for EOD robot. We collected and analyzed the opinions of EOD teams. In order to verify the opinions, we conducted QFD(Quality Function Deployment) analysis. Based on the QFD analysis, we work out the priority of EOD robot development. And we establish the goal of development(target system) and suggest the development direction of EOD robot on each issue.

With regard to the new town developments which have supplied lots of houses in a short period of time in Korea this study aims to evaluation and finding out problems of the developments finally to suggest the direction. A new town's competitiveness model set in the previous paper takes a role of research frame to recognize the problems and to show the direction. The model explains that new town's competitiveness is composed of 4 factors; Self-sufficiency, Innovativenss, Identity and Sustainability. Problems of the developments are as follows; incongruity of spatial structure especially in the capital region, deficiency of self-sufficiency resulted from single-use development, restriction on mixed development by a number of regulations in capital region, low business value, grand scale of land compensation, house oriented planning guidance, unfair share of infrastructure fee, and physical structure depending mainly on fossil energy. Based on this recognition this study conclusively suggests corresponding direction such as role performance as a means of urban growth management, promotion of quality of life by accumulating social capital, introduction of socially sustainable management program for the new towns, discovery and creation of town's value, reexamination of self-sufficiency's meaning or target, selective deregulation of metropolitan development, institutional strategy for cost reduction, changeover from house index to urban function oriented index, and pursuit of low-carbon green town.

Background: The purpose of this study was to search the present state of physiotherapy and the development direction of a curriculum for physiotherapy educational program, especially in field of orthopedic manual therapy, in Swaziland. Methods: The developed curriculum is as follows: 1. Disease and Health State in Swaziland. 2. Medical Human Resources State of Swaziland. 3. Physiotherapy Services State in Swaziland. 4. Higher Education State in Swaziland. 5. Development Direction of a Curriculum for Physiotherapy Educational Program in Swaziland. Conclusions: There is no a physiotherapist in Swaziland and Swaziland government which has not a physiotherapy education programme in any university of whole country. So we need to the development direction of a curriculum for physiotherapy educational program for the future of Swaziland, especially in field of orthopedic manual therapy. The reason is firstly, most of people are obesity in this country, so many people complained a lot of joint and muscle pain. And secondly, also there are many musculoskeletal disease patients now a day in Swaziland because of HIV/AIDS. Lastly, Swaziland country is in a poor and developing state, so physiotherapist it is hard to make a purchase and setting physiotherapy modalities apparatus at Swaziland country.

In this paper, we describes a method of estimating traveling direction of a autonomous vehicle. For the development of autonomous vehicle, it is important to detect road lane and to reckon traveling direction. The object of a propose algorithm is to perform lane detection in real-time for standalone vision system. And we calculate efficent traveling direction to find steering angie for lateral control system. Therefore autonomous vehicle go forward the center of lane by adjusting the current steering angle using traveling direction.

One of the important point in the development of urban fishing villages is to create various alternatives providing appropriate environment of fishing villages by keeping the characteristics of each fishing village. The purpose of this study is to suggest an urban-planning alternation to main fishing villages in Busan city by adaptation of the framework analysis, by adapting differentiated strategy considering the characteristics of each fishing village and by having similarities of development direction the whole city. At the same time this study is to propose against imprudent development of certain fishing villages or staying physical issues of existing plans about fishing villages. So this study is willing to visualize the frame of village and suggest the development direction after analyzing the 6 fishing villages(Songjeong village, Millak village, Daebyeon village, Gongsu village, Duho village, Dongam village) representing Busan city by using the five development types extracted from the type of cultural city. In addition, this study is used the framework analysis as the visual tool of potential elements and development direction in fishing villages by making frame of the most revealing cultural or environmental elements.
