This paper presents improvement of consumer's access and convenience to Farmers Market(Local Food Shop). We analyzed case studies and proposed plans of Local Food Shop and related facilities. The results are described below. Thorough pre-education and public relations with extensive support for agricultural products in the area and external support are necessary. Most importantly, the consuming population was close. These factors were the factors of success. Tourists' visit is effective. Consumer distance should be within 10km. Long distance tourists need a way to attract tourists on weekends. It is an advantage that there are many consumers. And it would be nice to have a market in the vicinity. And it is necessary to develop various activities such as experience activities and programs. Also, a place convenient for cooperation with the government office, public health center, etc. is good. Accessibility is enhanced when ICs of frequent highway and highway are close to cars. As a suggestion of placing a direct sales place, we will set up a place for consumers to collaborate and relax and also consider the convenience of providers. For the convenience of consumers' shopping, including sales outlets, we set up booths for daily necessities and industrial products, and place other agricultural cooperatives (NACF banks), local cafes and farmer restaurants in front. Consider multifunction combined service center for consumers and farmers.
Purpose: A marketing strategy for private institutions requires marketers to leverage consumer behaviors and educational psychologies when advertising and promoting product portfolios. Indeed, understanding consumers can make marketers more effective, and the purpose of this research is to tackle private institutions' education marketing by combining marketing theories and learning theories. Research design, data and methodology: The content analysis used in this study will be suitable because there exists numerous prior studies regarding marketing strategy and educational theories. Therefore, the current author could obtain and collect adequate textual facts from much of the literature review. Results: Marketing strategies that are mixed with educational theories increase consumer enrolment due to perceived usefulness, and this implies that an adequate marketing model could help improve sustainability and income as a result of enrollment in private educational institutions. The research also identified that marketing is connected to psychology and that marketers can exploit educational and psychological theories to increase successful enrolment in private educational institutions. Conclusions: Most importantly, the target market for private educational institutions is diverse, and institutions can use direct marketing to appeal to specific audiences. Also, the research implies that diversification strategies can increase enrolment if marketers exploit behavioral learning theories in the marketing process.
The purpose of this study was to examine the self-regulation in E-commerce business and review the major issues of self-regulation in several countries. This paper reviewed the legislation for the self regulation of APEC, OECD and EC, and introduced the regulation system for several countries, such as U.S. U.K and Japan. Also, we analyzed the current issues and problems of self-regulation in Korea and tried to suggest the future direction. There were three different regulations such as market forces, government regulation and self-regulation and the model of self-regulations were shaped in various types. Even though the government made the standard regulations for business sector but it was impossible to direct individual firms and their compliance of those regulations. To compensate the government regulation, the self regulation with low cost is needed and also two kinds of regulations has to be unified to enhance the regulation system in E-commerce. Industries should participate for the regulation voluntarily and consumers must give an award of legislation for self-regulation to motivate the self-regulations of industries.
Through these research results, I would like to present some implications for promoting and revitalizing local food sales in Daejeon and establishing a local food system. First, in terms of local food direct stores, when establishing a local food store, location conditions should be considered. If the location cannot be changed, the quality of agricultural products should be improved to improve consumer satisfaction and purchase intention so that consumers can directly feel the value of the product. Second, efforts at the local government level are needed to improve the stability of local food. There are still many consumers who are not properly aware of local food. It is necessary to improve consumers' interest in the value of local food by providing education including social and environmental information on the production and distribution process of local food. Third, policy efforts on local food are needed. It is necessary to introduce and reorganize the local food certification system to emphasize the stability of local food to consumers and form trust. Finally, for the continuous development of local food, research on the satisfaction and purchase intention of local food consumers must be continuously conducted.
The goal of the study is to understand how consumers' constraint as opposed to utility structure gives rise to final decision when consumers purchase more than one variant of product at a time, i.e., horizontal variety seeking or multiple-discreteness. Purchase and consumption decision not only produces utility but also involves some sort of cognitive pressure. Past consumption or last purchase is likely to be linked to this burden we face such as concern for obesity, risk of harm, and guilt for mischief. In this research, the existence and the role of dynamic constraint are investigated through a microeconomic utility model with multiple dynamic constraint. The model is applied to the salty snacks data collected from field study where burden for spiciness serves as a constraint. The results are compared to the conventional multiple discreteness choice models of static constraints, and policy implications on price discounts is explored. The major findings are that first, one would underestimate the level of consumer preference for product offerings when ignoring the carry-over of the concern from the past consumption, and second, the impact of price promotion on demand would be properly evaluated when the model allows for the role of constraint as both multiple and dynamic. The current study is different from the existing studies in two ways. First, it captures the effect of 'mental constraint' on demand in formal economic model. Second, unlike the state dependence well documented in the literature, the study proposes the notion of state dependence in different way, via constraint rather than utility.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of consumer's repurchase intention in the foreign direct sales shopping malls, focusing on the Japanese customers. Research model of the study is composed of seven independent variables (price competitiveness, product diversity, reputation, country-of-origin image, ease of use, delivery service, after service), a mediating variable (trust) and a dependent variable (repurchase intention). The results of this study show that trust is an important factor affecting the repurchase intention of customers. Customers' trust is affected by the reputation, country-of-origin image, ease of use, delivery service, after service. However, price competitiveness and product diversity, which are hypothesized to affect the trust, are not statistically significant. This study will provide a basis for future research on the foreign direct sales area. In addition, it will provide practical information useful in launching and/or operating the foreign direct sales malls.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of knowledge and behavior towards food hygiene among child consumers, examine the factors influencing them, and analyze the causal relationship between them. The data were collected from 521 elementary school students in Youngnam area by a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analyses, and path analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows. The results from this study were as follows. First, the level of knowledge towards food hygiene was not particularly high, and the level of behavior was somewhat more than the average. Second, the factors influencing the level of knowledge towards food hygiene were school record (upper and middle), and concerns about food hygiene. In addition, concerns about food hygiene, the frequency of food hygiene education in the family, and the level of knowledge towards food hygiene had an effect on the level of behavior towards food hygiene. Third, in the analysis of the causal relationship between the knowledge and behavior towards food hygiene, school record indirectly influenced the behavior towards food hygiene, and the frequency of food hygiene education in the family directly affected the behavior towards food hygiene. On the other hand, concerns about food hygiene had direct and indirect influence on the behavior towards food hygiene. In addition, the knowledge towards food hygiene showed a direct effect on the behavior towards food hygiene. These results imply that knowledge towards food hygiene is a very important factor to improve the children's behavior towards food hygiene and that parents' concerns and guidance for children are needed.
Brand Relationship Quality(BRQ) reflects the intensity and viability of the enduring association between a consumer and a brand so it is assumed to be the indicator which can affect brand performance such as brand satisfaction, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural equation model showing the path between BRQ and brand performance. The subjects were women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas. 482 copies of questionnaire were analyzed by reliability, Pearson's correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS 11.0 Package and AMOS 5.0 Package. The results showed that BRQ had positive influence on the brand performance-brand satisfaction, brand attitude, brand loyalty. As for the total effect about brand loyalty, BRQ was the most influential variable compared with other variables- brand satisfaction, brand attitude. The indirect impact of BRQ on brand loyalty is bigger than the direct impact of BRQ and brand satisfaction emerged as the important intermediate variable between BRQ and brand loyalty. Therefore, effective marketing strategy can be accomplished according to differential impact of the BRQ facets to induce consumer's satisfaction, which can lead to brand loyalty.

Purpose: The online distribution channel has attracted the attention of retailers by potential impact on consumers' purchase intention. The objectives of this study are to provide an insight into how to encourage consumers' impulse buying behavior on commercial website as well as attempts to reveal factors that influence consumers' impulsive buying behavior in the online shopping environment. Research design, data and methodology: The research framework is based on the stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) framework. The Meta-analysis method carried out the research, gathering data from 37 published studies. Results: The research findings suggest that intrinsic motivations such as perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and online flow experience play a significant role in boosting consumers' hedonic value when buying and online. In addition, these findings help online retailers use appropriate marketing stimuli such as offering pricing incentives, promotion tactics, and improved communication effectiveness. Also, obtaining a better grasp of how to build a website to improve the consumer experience generally helps consumers feel the urge to buy impulsively and act without hesitation. Conclusions: This research confirms a direct positive relationship between marketing stimuli and hedonic shopping value, which may support an applied theoretical framework for future research and provide managerial implications for retailers in online distribution channels.

Recently, the call for better accountability and social responsibility from corporations has been regularly voiced, both in the academic literature and in public discussions. This poses a challenge to the existing literature in understanding consumption behaviors to direct them toward sustainable development. This study investigates the purchase intention of Gen Z consumers in Vietnam with green packaging products. Data were collected from 914 respondents by online questionnaire and then analyzed using OLS. The results suggest the significant influence of customers' income and packaging in driving customers' intention to use environmentally-friendly products. Specifically, consumers in a higher income class participate more actively in green purchases. However, problems associated with inadequate packaging are also illustrated, resulting in the poor perception of green messages and poor practice of ecological actions. Besides, subjective norms and green trust are found to be adversely related to green consumer intention. In addition, gender disparity in green behavior is reported, where female consumers show a higher tendency to ecological consumption than their male counterparts. Other demographic factors are also included in the model as control variables, which are age, education, price, environmental literacy, environmental concern, and psychological awareness, but they do not have a significant impact on green purchase intention.
