Methane direct cracking can be utilized to produce $CO_x$ and $NO_x$-free hydrogen for PEM fuel cells, oil refineries, ammonia and methanol production. We present the results of a systematic study of methane direct cracking using a mixed conducting oxide, Y-doped $BaZrO_3$ ($BaZr_{0.85}Y_{0.15}O_3$), membrane. In this paper, dense $BaZr_{0.85}Y_{0.15}O_3$ membrane with disk shape was successfully sintered at $1400^{\circ}C$ with a relative density of more 93% via addition of 1 wt% ZnO. The ($BaZr_{0.85}Y_{0.15}O_3$) membrane is covered with Pd as catalyst for methane decomposition with an DC magnetron sputtering method. Reaction temperature was $800^{\circ}C$ and high purity methane as reactant was employed to membrane side with 1.5 bar pressure. The $H_2$ produced by the reaction was transported through mixed conducting oxide membrane to the outer side. In addition, it was observed that the carbon, by-product, after methane direct cracking was deposited on the Pd/ZnO-$BaZr_{0.85}Y_{0.15}O_3$ membrane. The produced carbon has a shape of sphere and nanosheet, and a particle size of 80 to 100 nm.

The structure of alclofenac was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound was recrystallized from chloroform solution in monoclinic system space group $C_{2}$/c, with Z = 8, a = 8, a = 23.349(9), b =14.295 (3), c = 7.192 (2) $\AA$, $\beta$ = 111.32 (3)$^{\circ}$, and $d_{dbs}$ = 1.29, $d_{caic}$ = 1.30. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by least-squares procedure to the final R-value being 0.044 for 1055 reflections (F ${\geq}6${\sigma}$(F)). The molecules are dimerized by OH..O type hydrogen bonds related by two-fold axis.

We have studied a fabrication of Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) wire arrays and structures with various feature sizes from hundreds micrometers to tens nanometers. PEDOT is well-known as a conducting material, can be grown by a vapor pressure polymerization (VPP) method. The VPP technique is a bottom-up processing method that utilizes the organic arrangement of macromolecules to easily produce ordered aggregates. Also, liquid-bridge-mediated nanotransfer molding (LB-nTM), which was reported as a new direct patterning method recently, is based on the direct transfer of various materials from a mould to a substrate through a liquid bridge between them. The PEDOT nanowires grown by VPP method and transferred on a substrate to use LB-nTM method have been investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), and electrical properties.

Previously T.Porter [3] has given a relative Chinese Remainder Theorem under the hypothesis that given ring R has at least one .tau.-closed maximal ideal (by his notation Ma $x_{\tau}$(R).neq..phi.). In this short paper we drop his overall hypothesis that Ma $x_{\tau}$(R).neq..phi. and give the proof and some related results with this Theorem. In this paper R will always denote a commutative ring with identity element and all modules will be unitary left R-modules unless otherwise specified. Let .tau. be a given hereditarty torsion theory for left R-module category R-Mod. The class of all .tau.-torsion left R-modules, dented by J is closed under homomorphic images, submodules, direct sums and extensions. And the class of all .tau.-torsionfree left R-modules, denoted by F, is closed under taking submodules, injective hulls, direct products, and isomorphic copies ([2], Proposition 1.7 and 1.10).

대중에게 하나의 취미 생활로 자리매김한 게임은 특징이나 작동 방법에 따라 다양한 장르로 발전되었다. 그 중 액션게임 장르는 사용자가 조작하는 캐릭터의 역동적인 움직임과 움직임이 큰 동작으로 인해 사용자로 하여금 게임 플레이에 몰입할 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있다. 과거 2D 환경의 게임에서 연속되는 그림으로 표현되던 캐릭터의 애니메이션 장면은 3D 환경으로 발전하면서 새로운 애니메이션 기법을 필요로 하였으며, 현재 다양한 애니메이션 기법이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 3D 뼈대 애니메이션 통하여 DirectX에서의 캐릭터 애니메이션 적용 대해 설명한다.

직결합(direct coupling) 급전 방식을 사용한 대수 주기형으로 배열된 마이크로 스트립 안테나(Log Periodic Microstrip Array Antenna)를 7.2-12.4GHz주파수 대역에서 설계하였다. 전송 선로 해석 방법에 유전체 및 도체 손실과 불연속에 의한 영향을 고려하여 각 안테나 소자를 설계하였으며 주 전송 선로와 각 안테나 소자 간의 임피던스 정합을 위하여 급전 위치를 최적화하여 정하였다. 측정한 결과 전 주파수 대역에서 정재파비가 2.4이하여??며 53%의 대역폭을 얻었다.

The cross peak intensities versus mixing times of 2D NOESY spectrum for a corepressor L-trp were simulated for the case of a ligand exchanging between free (AX) and bound (A'X') forms in protein/DNA complex. The direct NOE (I(AX)) of the free ligand exhibited a small positive intensity indicative of the strong dominant influence of the bound ligand. The exchange-mediated NOE peak (I(AX')) was very sensitive to corepressor exchange. However, both diagonal (I(A'A')) and direct NOE (I(A'X')) intensities of the bound ligand were not affected much at initial stage. Both peaks were severely influenced by exchange at mixing times of greater than 100 ms. In conclusion, since the NOE intensity is a function of exchange rate, the exchange effect should be considered to properly extract accurate distance information for bound ligand in the presence of conformational exchange.

최근 들어, 통신 및 멀티미디어의 발달과 더불어 대용량 동영상 데이터의 효과적인 관리 및 처리 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 동영상 압축표준인 MPEG-2 데이터의 효과적인 관리 및 처리를 위한 클라이언트/서버 환경에서의 비선형 편집 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 압축 정보를 이용하여 최소한의 복호화 과정을 통해 장면전화 검출 및 색인을 수행하는 색인부의 DirectX를 기반으로 한 편집부로 크게 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 압축 정보를 사용하여 빠르게 색인을 수행하고, DirectX 기술을 사용함으로써 다양한 편집 기능을 제공하며 사용자에게 직관적이고 간편한 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 클라이언트/서버 환경에서의 편집기능을 제공함으로써 고성능의 편집 서버를 통해 저사양의 클라이언트 컴퓨터에서도 소프트웨어적으로 MPEG-2 동영상을 효과적으로 편집할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다.

A 37-year old man was admitted due to the left subauricular mass of 6 month duration which was 3 x 4cm sized, pulsatile and slowly growing He was suffered from the intermittent left facial and auricular pain radiating to the occipital area. The carotid angiography revealed 3x4cm sized saccular aneurysm of the left internal carotid artery just above the carotid bifurcation, extending to the mandibular angle level. He was planned to be operated under the direct clamp of internal carotid artery or shunting procedure. But, the back pressure of the internal carotid was 35mmHg, which suggested adequate cerebral collateral. Thereby, aneurysmectomy and restoration of cerebral blood flow with saphenous vein graft was done under the direct clamp of internal carotid artery for 25 minutes. Although mild transient neurologic sequelae such as mydriasis, tongue deviation for 10 days, he recovered completely without any complication. The aneurysmal sac had no thrombus and pathologic finding was compatible with congenital origin.

We have studied a fabrication of vapor phase polymerized Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) nanowire arrays for the first time. The vapor-phase polymerization (VPP) technique is a bottom-up processing method that utilizes the organic arrangement of macromolecules to easily produce ordered aggregates, including on the nanoscale, or prepare thin films of self-assembled molecules, micropatterns, or modified microstructures of pure conducting polymers. Also, liquid-bridge-mediated nanotransfer molding (LB-nTM), which was reported as a new direct patterning method recently, is for the arrayed formation of two- or three-dimensional structures with feature sizes as small as tens of nanometers over large areas up to 4 inches across and is based on the direct transfer of various materials from a mould to a substrate through a liquid bridge between them. The PEDOT nanowires grown by VPP method and transferred on a substrate to use LB-nTM method have been fabricated to single crystal PEDOT nanowires investigated Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), and electrical properties.
