보육교사의 보육헌신에 대한 원장과 동료의 정서적지지, 능동적 교직선택동기, 셀프리더십 및 보육효능감 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among Principals and Fellow Teacher's Emotional Support, Child Care Teacher's Active Motivation for Choosing the Teaching Profession, Self-Leadership, and Child Care Efficacy and Commitment)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the structural analysis of the relationships among principals and fellow teacher's emotional support, teacher's active motivation for choosing the teaching profession, self-leadership, and child care efficacy and commitment. Methods: Data were collected from 465 child care teachers and analyzed by means of structural equational modeling(SEM). Results: First, principals and fellow teacher' emotional support was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through teacher's self-leadership. Second, teacher's active motivation for choosing the teaching profession was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through self-leadership and child care efficacy. Third, teacher's self-leadership was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through child care efficacy. Fourth, teacher's child care efficacy was to found have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment. Conclusion: These results suggest the need for a great deal of utility to improve teacher's child care commitment.

펙인홀 작업을 위한 임피던스 제어 기반의 직접교시 및 재현 알고리즘 (Direct Teaching and Playback Algorithm for Peg-in-Hole Task using Impedance Control)

  • Industrial manipulators have been mostly used in large companies such as automakers and electronics companies. In recent years, however, demands for industrial manipulators from small and medium-sized enterprises are on the increase because of shortage of manpower and high wages. Since these companies cannot hire robot engineers for operation and programming of a robot, intuitive teaching and playback techniques of a robot manipulator should replace the robot programming which requires substantial knowledge of a robot. This paper proposes an intuitive teaching and playback algorithm used in assembly tasks. An operator can directly teach the robot by grasping the end-effector and moving it to the desired point in the teaching phase. The 6 axis force/torque sensor attached to the manipulator end-effector is used to sense the human intention in teaching the robot. After this teaching phase, a robot can track the target position or trajectory accurately in the playback phase. When the robot contacts the environment during the teaching and playback phases, impedance control is conducted to make the contact task stable. Peg-in-hole experiments are selected to validate the proposed algorithm since this task can describe the important features of various assembly tasks which require both accurate position and force control. It is shown that the proposed teaching and playback algorithm provides high positioning accuracy and stable contact tasks.

직접 교수 모형에 기반한 체육과 ICT활용 교수 학습 과정안 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of ICT Teaching and Learning Materials for Physical Education based on Direct Instruction Model.)

  • 본 연구는 직접교수학습 모형에 기반한 체육과 ICT교수학습 과정안을 개발하고 현장에 적용하여 교수 학습에서의 효율성을 입증하는 것이다. 체육 교과는 교사의 시범 및 피드백이 필요하고, 기상 조건 등으로 인하여 수업이 어려운 경우가 있다. 그리고 실제 학습에서의 학습 모형의 적용이 미비한 상황이다. 이러한 경우에 ICT 교수 학습 과정안을 활용한다면 전문가의 시범을 대치할 수 있으며, 학습자들은 개별적, 적응적 피드백을 제공받고, 자신의 학습 속도에 맞도록 느린 동작, 구분 동작 학습, 반복 학습이 가능하다. 그리고 교사들의 교수학습 방법에 대한 공유를 높일 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 체육과에서 일반적으로 적용되는 직접 교수 모형을 ICT 활용 수업에 적합하도록 재구성하여 절차적 모형으로 각 단계를 정의하고, 이를 실현하기 위한 ICT 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 그리고 초등학교 5학년 수업에 적용하여 학습 효과를 분석하였다.

사회경제적 지위 및 유아의 성에 따른 어머니의 교수전략과 유아의 반응 (Mothers′Teaching strategies and Children′s Responses According to SES and Children′s Sex)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of socioeconomic status and the children's sex on mothers'teaching strategies and their children's responses during a cooperative problem-solving task. The subjects were 15 higher SES mothers and their 5-years-old children dyads. The mothers' teaching strategies and their children's responses were videotaped during a cooperative problem solving task and analyze using a scheme developed by Kermani and Brenner. The results of this study were as follows. First, the mothers with higher SES were more likely to promote 'independence' and less likely to 'verbal prompt'direct performance' than the mothers with lower SES. Second, the children from higher SES families were more likely to refuse their mothers' assistance. Third, the mothers of boys were more likely to use the 'direct teaching'and 'modify'strategies and less likely to use 'independence promoting'strategy than the mothers of girls. Finally, girls were more likely than boys to ask questions for assistance or assurance.

유아교사의 창의성이 창의적 교수 행동에 미치는 영향: 교수효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Preschool Teachers Creativity on Creativity-fostering Teaching: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Teaching Efficacy)

  • Objective: This study investigated the relationship between preschool teachers' creativity, teaching efficacy, and creativity-fostering teaching and examined the mediating effect of teaching efficacy. Methods: A total of 202 preschool teachers participated in this study. The Creative Behavior Inventory (CBI), Teaching Efficacy Scale, and the Creativity-Fostering Teacher Behavior Index (CFTI) were used for the survey. A hypothesized model and alternative model were tested using structural equation modeling. Collected data were analyzed using 18.0 PSAW and AMOS. Results: The results showed that preschool teachers' creativity was positively associated with their teaching efficacy and creativity fostering teaching. Preschool teacher's teaching efficacy positively related to their creativity fostering teaching. Preschool teachers' creativity had a significant positive direct effect on creativity-fostering teaching and also an indirect effect on creativity-fostering teaching via teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: Implications to foster creativity in preschool and kindergarten are discussed, highlighting the necessity for teacher education to promote teaching efficacy as well as teacher's creativity and creativity-related activities.

초등 혼합형학습에서 자기결정성 동기, 교수실재감, 학습성과 간의 구조적 관계 규명 (Identifying a Structural Relationship among Self-Determination, Teaching Presence, Learning Outcomes of Elementary Students in Blended Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 사이버 학습과 면대면 학습의 장점을 결합한 초등 혼합형학습에서 자기결정성 학습동기, 교수실재감, 학습성과(학습만족도, 학습지속의지) 간의 구조 관계를 규명하기 위하여 A기업의 혼합형 수학학습서비스를 이용하는 초등학교 5, 6학년생 1,392명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 분석결과 자기결정성 학습동기가 높은 학습자일수록 학습자가 학습과정에서 인식하는 교수실재감이 높았고, 학습지속의지와 학습만족도도 높았다. 교수실재감은 학습만족도에 영향을 주고, 학습만족도는 학습지속의지에 영향을 주었다. 이에 혼합형 학습환경에서 초등학생의 학습만족도와 학습지속의지를 높이려면 자기결정성 학습동기를 높여주는 전략이 우선 처방되어야 하고, 다음으로 학습과정(학습내용의 구조화와 학습활동)을 효과적으로 설계하여 학생들이 인식하는 교수실재감을 향상시켜야 함을 시사하고 있다.

  • To improve the elementary student's ability to classify the data and obtain the information from the data through graphics, it is necessary to use the teaching and learning material which encourage the student to study with interest and is adjacent to the student's environment. In this thesis. several materials to satisfy the condition is proposed together with some remarks to direct the teaching. These materials is recommended to use for the maturity learning and teaching in grade 6.

과학과교육 강의에서 예비 초등교사들의 학습환경에 대한 인식과 과학 교수효능감 (The Perceptions of Pre-service Elementary Teachers in Regards to the Learning Environment in Science Education Courses and Their Science Teaching Efficacy Belief)

  • This study examined how pre-service elementary teachers' perceptions regarding the learning environment (learning focus/ability-meritocracy/cooperative climate) and achievement goals (mastery/performance-approach/performance-avoidance) in science education courses jointly contributed to their science teaching efficacy beliefs (personal science teaching efficacy belief/science teaching outcome expectancy). A path analysis supported a causal model in which the perception of the learning focus influenced the mastery goal, which in turn influenced the personal science teaching efficacy belief and science teaching outcome expectancy. The perception of learning focus also had a direct effect on science teaching outcome expectancy. The perception of ability-meritocracy influenced personal science teaching efficacy belief via the performance-approach (positively) or, conversely, the performance-avoidance goal (negatively). No link .was deduced from the perception of cooperative climate. The educational implications of these findings were also discussed.
