Recently, space branding has been used as a branding method for many companies because space communication is a way of utilizing space in a wide range of ways. However, generally speaking, communication only focuses on goods and information about brands and does not focus on consumer's stories. The purpose of this study is to present the communication of " Back to Harakenya " in concept of Harakeya as a solution to this problem and confirm its effectiveness through examples. We selected on the range of " cosmetics brand ", " food and beverage brand ", " brand brand " and " fashion brand " which can used as a direct experience as a marketing method, which is a good condition for communication. Based on that, Harakenya selected cases as spaces with the concept of "Back to Harakenya". Previously, Harakenya's concept of "Back to Harakenya" and his designs appears three features. First, it transforms into various being secondly, it generates active imagination and it contains at least as many things as possible. This resulted in the effect that people remember the image with a clear image. Based on this study, We investigated to draw a result of effects through how the design expression is made in the spaces of Space Branding and how the "Back to Harakenya" communication is taking place in the space. Through these studies, the design and communication method of Harakenya's "Back to Harakenya" concept helps us to remember the brand clearly and furthermore, we confirmed that the brand value can be improved.

We present power(in frequency domain) and rate adaptation(in time domain) schemes in multicarrier (MC) direct-sequence code-division multiple-access(DS/CDMA) communications. Utilizing channel state information from the receiver, the adaptation schemes allocate power the user's sub-band with the largest channel gain. In the time domain, the transmission data rate is adapted for a desired transmission quality. In the case of single-user channels, a closed-form expression is derived for an optimal time domain power adaptation that minimizes the average bit error rate(BER). Channel inversion power adaptation is found to provide nearly optimal performance in this case, as the number of sub-bands or available average transmission power increase. Analysis and simulation results show the BER performance of the proposed power and rate adaptations with fixed average transmission power significantly improves the performance over the power allocation in the frequency domain only. Also, we compare the performance of the proposed power and rate adaptation schemes in MC-DS/CDMA systems with that of power and rate adapted single carrier DS/CDMA systems with RAKE receiver.

Background: Prenyltransferases catalyze the sequential addition of isopentenyl diphosphate units to allylic prenyl diphosphate acceptors and are classified as either trans-prenyltransferases (TPTs) or cis-prenyltransferases (CPTs). The functions of CPTs have been well characterized in bacteria, yeast, and mammals compared to plants. The characterization of CPTs also has been less studied than TPTs. In the present study, molecular cloning and functional characterization of a CPT from a medicinal plant, Panax ginseng Mayer were addressed. Methods: Gene expression patterns of PgCPT1 were analyzed by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. In planta transformation was generated by floral dipping using Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Yeast transformation was performed by lithium acetate and heat-shock for $rer2{\Delta}$ complementation and yeast-two-hybrid assay. Results: The ginseng genome contains at least one family of three putative CPT genes. PgCPT1 is expressed in all organs, but more predominantly in the leaves. Overexpression of PgCPT1 did not show any plant growth defect, and its protein can complement yeast mutant $rer2{\Delta}$ via possible protein-protein interaction with PgCPTL2. Conclusion: Partial complementation of the yeast dolichol biosynthesis mutant $rer2{\Delta}$ suggested that PgCPT1 is involved in dolichol biosynthesis. Direct protein interaction between PgCPT1 and a human Nogo-B receptor homolog suggests that PgCPT1 requires an accessory component for proper function.
Purpose: This study aimed to develop and apply simulation-based education, and to verify the effects of this type of education on nursing students' presence in education, systems thinking, and proactivity in problem solving. Method: Subjects were 69 senior college students recruited through convenient sampling. This study used a one-group pre-posttest quasi-experimental design. A structured survey was administered a week before and after provision of the simulation-based education once a week for 4 weeks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. The intestinal epithelial cell (IEC) layer of the intestinal tract makes direct contact with a number of microbiota communities, including bacteria known to have deleterious health effects. IECs possess innate protective strategies against pathogenic challenge, which primarily involve the formation of a physicochemical barrier. Intestinal tract mucins are principal components of the mucus layer on epithelial surfaces, and perform a protective function against microbial damage. However, little is currently known regarding the interactions between probiotics/pathogens and epithelial cell mucins. The principal objective of this study was to determine the effects of Lactobacillus on the upregulation of MUC2 mucin and the subsequent inhibition of E. coli O157:H7 attachment to epithelial cells. In the current study, the attachment of E. coli O157:H7 to HT-29 intestinal epithelial cells was inhibited significantly by L. acidophilus A4 and its cell extracts. It is also important to note that the expression of MUC2 mucin was increased as the result of the addition of L. acidophilus A4 cell extracts (10.0 mg/ml), which also induced a significant reduction in the degree to which E. coli O157:H7 attached to epithelial cells. In addition, the mRNA levels of IL-8, IL-1$\beta$, and TNF-$\alpha$ in HT-29 cells were significantly induced by treatment with L. acidophilus A4 extracts. These results indicate that MUC2 mucin and cytokines are important regulatory factors in the immune systems of the gut, and that selected lactobacilli may be able to induce the upregulation of MUC2 mucin and specific cytokines, thereby inhibiting the attachment of E. coli O157:H7.
Natural forms could be ultimate visual expression power that affects on the industrial design. The rule of power in nature as nature formal characteristics have a direct influence and can be also applied to productional and artificial form. All organic forms and structures in nature have unique form and shape to be self controlled and good in order. Such an order in nature comes from regular and ratio principles which has aesthetical order by mathematics. The specialty of beauty in nature can be revealed not only visual form but also the ratio, balance and rhythm of structural principles. As we examine the aesthetic source, embodied some object can be developed into basic principles. Furthermore, through this study we can find out that the form theory in nature forms share the quality attribute with geometrical form to be shown in industrial product design. In this context, this study aims to make dear visual quality of organic form and structure that is immanent in nature about a form as formative principles of industrial product design, the significancy of this study is to prove the application into functional and structural form of product design.

We examined the effects of peripherally or centrally administered botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT-A) on orofacial inflammatory pain to evaluate the antinociceptive effect of BoNT-A and its underlying mechanisms. The experiments were carried out on male Sprague-Dawley rats. Subcutaneous (3 U/kg) or intracisternal (0.3 or 1 U/kg) administration of BoNT-A significantly inhibited the formalin-induced nociceptive response in the second phase. Both subcutaneous (1 or 3 U/kg) and intracisternal (0.3 or 1 U/kg) injection of BoNT-A increased the latency of head withdrawal response in the complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA)-treated rats. Intracisternal administration of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) evoked nociceptive behavior via the activation of trigeminal neurons, which was attenuated by the subcutaneous or intracisternal injection of BoNT-A. Intracisternal injection of NMDA up-regulated c-Fos expression in the trigeminal neurons of the medullary dorsal horn. Subcutaneous (3 U/kg) or intracisternal (1 U/kg) administration of BoNT-A significantly reduced the number of c-Fos immunoreactive neurons in the NMDA-treated rats. These results suggest that the central antinociceptive effects the peripherally or centrally administered BoNT-A are mediated by transcytosed BoNT-A or direct inhibition of trigeminal neurons. Our data suggest that central targets of BoNT-A might provide a new therapeutic tool for the treatment of orofacial chronic pain conditions.

Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) characterized by recurrent episodes of colonic inflammation and tissue degeneration in human or animal models. The contractile force generated by the smooth muscle is significantly attenuated, resulting in altered motility leading to diarrhea or constipation in IBD. The aim of this study is to clarify the altered contractility of circular and longitudinal smooth muscle layers in proximal colon of trinitrobenzen sulfonic acid (TNBS)-induced colitis mouse. Colitis was induced by direct injection of TNBS (120 mg/kg, 50% ethanol) in proximal colon of ICR mouse using a 30 G needle anesthetized with ketamin (50 mg/kg), whereas animals in the control group were injected of 50% ethanol alone. In TNBS-induced colitis, the wall of the proximal colon is diffusely thickened with loss of haustration, and showed mucosal and mucular edema with inflammatory infiltration. The colonic inflammation is significantly induced the reduction of colonic contractile activity including spontaneous contractile activity, depolarization-induced contractility, and muscarinic acetylcholine receptor-mediated contractile response in circular muscle layer compared to the longitudinal muscle layer. The inward rectification of currents, especially, important to $Ca^{2+}$ and $Na^+$ influx-induced depolarization and contraction, was markedly reduced in the TNBS-induced colitis compared to the control. The muscarinic acetylcholine-mediated contractile responses were significantly attenuated in the circular and longitudinal smooth muscle strips induced by the reduction of membrane expression of canonical transient receptor potential (TRPC) channel isoforms from the proximal colon of the TNBS-induced colitis mouse than the control.

The purpose of this study is to provide response methods to minimize the damage from chemical terrorism in a naturally ventilated indoor system using several types of dispersion simulations. Three chemical warfare agents such as sarin(GB), phosgene and chlorine gas which have high potential to be used in terror or to be involved with accidents were selected in this simulation. Fire dynamic simulation based on Large Eddy Simulation which is effective because of less computational effort and detailed expression of the dispersion flow was adopted to describe the dispersion behavior of these agents. When the vent speed is 0.005m/s, the heights of 0.1 agent mass fraction are 0.9m for sarin, 1.0m for phosgene and 1.1m for chlorine gas, and the maximum mass fraction are 0.27 for all three agents. However, when the vent speed is increased to 0.05m/s, the heights of 0.1 agent mass fraction become 1.6m for all three agents and maximum mass fraction inside the room increase to 0.70 for sarin, 0.58 for phosgene and 0.53 for chlorine gas. It is shown that molecular weight of the agents has an important role for dispersion, and it is important to install ventilation system with height less than 1.6m to minimize the damage from chemical toxicity.
