측정 자동화 구축을 위한 투영기의 치수오차 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Dimensional Error of Projector for Formulations of Measurement Automation)

  • In this research, the dimensional error of the measured specimen according to the measurement method was analyzed for the length, angle, radius of curvature and diameter using a projector which is used in industry. One-way analysis was performed on each data tested 30 times using a statistical technique. Through the experiment, it was found that an error occurred in each data when measuring the length and radius of curvature according to the measurement method, and the null hypothesis that no error occurred when measuring the angle and length was established. Based on this experimental data, the automatic measurement when measuring the projector causes less measurement error, so automatic measurement is recommended when measuring a small product. Also, an optimal measuring method is suggested for securing reliability on formulations of measurement automation.

  • This paper proposes an Molding error compensation method that improves accuracy with geometry information of injected parts using three-dimensional measuring instrument. a traditional mold design has been conducted by an experience-based trial and error, whereby generally the mold designer would decide the gate location and processing conditions. as a natural consequence, almost all creats inferior goods. It's just a process of trial and error and caught in a vicious circle. Due to this reason, this paper uses a three-dimensional measuring instrument, a commercial analysis package of injection molding(Moldflow, MPI) to analysis a state of flux.   • LOM (Laminated Object Manufacturing) process is one of rapid prototyping processes, where shapes are formed by accumulating cross sections of laser-cut paper. The process expects wide popularity since it is simple and the material is familiar to conventional mockup makers. However the dimensional accuracy of LOM parts is not so good as that of traditional wooden mockups, since the stack of adhesive-spread papers causes significant dimensional error. Also it is unclear how the other unknown environmental effects cause the errors as well. In this work the dimensional errors of LOM parts are measured and analysed. Experiments with test parts were performed in order to see the effects of part shape, moist, and sealer on dimensional variations. The characteristic of the paper is also analysed. Re-heating LOM parts, which is shown to have the effect of recovering dimensional changes, is applied to an example part.

  • In this paper, the error investigation of a 3-dimensional GPS attitude determination system using the error covariance analysis is given. New efficient formulas for computing the Euler Angle Dilution of Precision (EADOP) are also derived. The formulas are easy to compute and represent the attitude error as a function of the nominal attitude of a vehicle, the baseline configuration and the receiver noise. Using the formula, the accuracy of the Euler angle can be analytically predicted without the use of computer simulations. Applications to some configurations reveal the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • In this paper, an extended volumetric error model considering backlash in a three-axis machine tool was proposed and utilized for calculating the volumetric error of the machine tool at any position in three-dimensional workspace. Backlashes are interrelated; i.e. the angular backlash affects the straightness errors which then affect the calculated squareness errors. Therefore, a new concept was introduced to define the backlash of squareness errors to incorporate the backlash of squareness error into the volumetric error, and the characteristics of the backlash of squareness error were investigated. The effects of backlash errors were assessed, by experiments, fur 21 geometric errors of a machine tool. The backlash error was shown to be one of the systematic errors of a machine tool. Based on this volumetric error model, a computer-aided volumetric error analysis system was developed for a three-axis machine tool in this paper. Then the volumetric error at an arbitrary position can be obtained, and displayed in a three-dimensional graphic form.

사각 휜에 대한 성능해석 (Performance Analysis of the Rectangular Fin)

  • Performance of a rectangular fin is investigated by a three dimensional analytical method. Heat loss and the temperature obtained from the three dimensional analysis are compared with those calculated from a two dimensional analysis. Fin effectiveness, fin resistance and fin efficiency for the rectangular fin are presented as a function of non-dimensional fin length and fin width. The results are obtained in the following : (1) heat loss calculated from the two dimensional analysis is the same as that obtained from the three dimensional analysis with adiabatic boundary condition in z-direction, (2) heat loss obtained from the two dimensional analysis approaches the value for the three dimensional analysis as the non-dimensional fin width becomes large, (3) fin effectiveness increases as non-dimensional fin length increases and non-dimensional fin width decreases, and vice versa for fin efficiency.

  • This paper introduces a new approach to analysis of error convergence for a class of iterative learning control systems. First, a nonlinear plant is represented using a Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model. Then each iterative learning controller is designed for each linear plant in the T-S fuzzy model. From the view point of two-dimensional(2-D) system theory, we transform the proposed learning systems to a 2-D error equation, which is also established in the form of T-S fuzzy model. We analysis the error convergence in the sense of induced 2 L -norm, where the effects of disturbances and initial conditions on 2-D error are considered.   • In computing eigenvalues for a large finite element system it has been observed that the eigenvalue extractors produce eigenvectors that are in some sense more accurate than their corresponding eigenvalues. From this observation the paper uses a patch type technique based on the eigenvector for one mesh quality to provide an eigenvalue error indicator. Tests show this indicator to be both accurate and reliable. This technique was first observed by Stephen and Steven for an error estimation for buckling and natural frequency of beams and two dimensional in-plane and out-of-plane structures. This paper produces and error indicator for the more difficult problem of three dimensional brick elements.

  • 위상이동 간섭무늬 투영 방법을 이용한 3차원 형상측정 시스템의 위상계산오차를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 다룬 오차의 요소에는 물체 표면의 특성에 따라 검출기에 나타나는 양자화 크기의 변이 효과, 물체 표면에 맺히는 간섭무늬 패턴의 초점 어긋남 효과, 간섭무늬의 위상이동 오차에 의한 효과, 위상 이동된 간섭무늬 패턴이 투영된 여러 개의 물체 상을 받아들이는 도중에 시스템 및 주위 환경 변화에 의한 오차, 그리고 투영되는 격자 패턴의 왜곡에 의한 효과들을 계산하고 논의하였다.
