In modern business conditions, the improvement of business processes cannot do without digitalization. Digital technologies allow businesses to conquer markets, quickly introduce new technologies not only into production processes, but also at all levels of economic activity. The rapid pace of development of information, communication and economic spheres determine the relevance of the research topic and the goals that digital management solves. Today, the use of digital equipment and platforms makes it possible to form the basis for the formation of competitive business advantages, minimize costs, and most importantly, respond in time to changes in both the internal and external environment..Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the digital management system in a business environment. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for digital management system in a business environment were investigated.

Most current 3D digital maps are 2.5 dimension models based on DEM, which can only be recognized, browsed and operated by a special software, far from meeting the needs of a modern digital city (global) with the distributed, isomerous and multiple application on the real 3D representation and open sharing models. In this paper, a new generation digital city oriented 3D digital map is studied. Firstly, a real 3D digital map representation is presented. And then, some key techniques and methods for browser-based 3D digital map’s representation, display and operation are introduced, which can realized the open sharing of 3D map in distributed, isomerous and multiple application environment. Furthermore, the scale driving technique of proposed 3D digital map is also studied. And currently, some developments based on some of the above methods are being carried to provide key and general platform for other application software’s development.

디지털 형태로 생성되고 저장 및 관리되어지는 전자기록물은 디지털 데이터의 특성에 의해 데이터의 변조와 같은 보안 위협을 수반하고 있다. 따라서 전자기록물을 취급함에 있어 무결성과 진본성의 검증을 통한 신뢰성 보장은 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 디지털 포렌식 절차의 분석을 바탕으로 디지털 포렌식 기반의 전자기록물 이관 절차를 제안하고, 기존 전자기록물 관리 도구의 분석을 통해 디지털 포렌식 기반의 전자기록물 이관 도구를 개발하기위한 요구사항을 도출했다. 이를 기반으로 전자기록물의 이관 과정에서 전자기록물의 무결성과 진본성을 보장하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 기반의 전자기록물 이관 도구를 개발했다.

The central feature of a digital society is the presence of a significant volume of digital services. The main research-analytical goal of the work is to identify the characteristic features of digital services, to classify and compare various types of digital services, to study the main levers for the development of digital services, the principal determinants of the observance and implementation of digital rights, to identify the dominant threats regarding the violation of digital rights, to analyze the features of legal relations that arise between the supplier and the consumer of digital technologies, consider the available taxation options for the digital economy. The work uses the following methods and research methods: hermeneutic, forecasting, in particular, extrapolation, analysis and synthesis, comparative. Research results: the definition of the concept of "digital service" is given, its main characteristics and types, according to the level of digitalization, the states-leaders are identified, slowing down, promising and problematic, the main triggers of slowing digitalization in some EU countries are investigated, by analyzing the regulatory legal acts of the European Commission on digitalization the strategy of the EU's actions to increase the degree of digitalization was determined, the positive and negative effects of digital services concerning the observance of human rights and freedoms were highlighted, the issue of levying taxes from digital companies was investigated.

This study analyzes factors that determine the usage of digital information by senior consumers in the mobile environment. Senior consumers are alienated from digital information in South Korea; therefore, there have been increasing attempts to resolve this digital divide and reduce the digital information usage gap between young adults and senior consumers. The study used panel data from the National Information Society Agency (2017); there were 1,463 participants, aged 50-79 years. SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct the statistical analyses for frequency, factor analysis, Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ analysis, descriptive analysis and hierarchical multiple-regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, negative attitude toward information society negatively influenced the mobile digital information usage in diversity context. Second, average monthly income, degree of digital device usage motivation, positive attitude toward digital device usage, digital literacy of PC & Mobile, and family support positively influenced the mobile digital information usage in diversity context. Third, negative attitudes toward information society negatively influenced the mobile digital information usage in quality context. Forth, average monthly income, degree of digital device usage motivation, positive attitude toward digital device usage, digital literacy of PC & mobile, and family support positively influenced the mobile digital information usage in quality context. The study results can help further understand mobile usage behaviors among senior citizens and the implications on their quality of life in the digital information era.

The study considers trends and prospects for developing virtual (augmented) reality and civil transactions in relation to digital property. In jurisprudence, there is a need to determine the legal status of virtual and augmented reality to regulate legal relations in the digital environment. Legal relations using new digital technologies require the creation of new legislative approaches and rules of their legal regulation. The article dwells on the legal status of virtual (augmented) reality and determines the methods of regulating legal relations in the sphere of digital property. The study utilized methods for collecting single and multiple facts in order to identify the main trends in the civil circulation of digital assets, as well as private law methods. The methods of generalization, concreteness, induction and deduction reveal the legal nature and main features of virtual (augmented) reality and digital property. The paper highlights the specifics of virtual reality and civil transactions in relation to digital assets. The research has concluded that the sale, exchange and other actions with digital objects in virtual reality have distinctive features, while digital property has also unique characteristics since it is involved in civil circulation and legal relations.

As a survey-type article, the paper reviews various digital topological utilities from digital covering theory. Digital covering theory has strongly contributed to the calculation of the digital k-fundamental group of both a digital space(a set with k-adjacency or digital k-graph) and a digital product. Furthermore, it has been used in classifying digital spaces, establishing almost Van Kampen theory which is the digital version of van Kampen theorem in algebrate topology, developing the generalized universal covering property, and so forth. Finally, we remark on the digital k-surface structure of a Cartesian product of two simple closed $k_i$-curves in ${\mathbf{Z}}^n$, $i{\in}{1,2}$.

The article reports the results of an investigation on the practice of providing digital scholarship services at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This study is part of an ongoing research project entitled Developing a digital scholarship service framework for universities at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. It employed a qualitative research approach through in-depth interviews with 31 individuals who are university managers, library managers, lecturers, and postgraduate and undergraduate students from six member universities and Central Library of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. Research results show that some digital scholarship services have been provided at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. However, they have not been yet systematically implemented and have not met users' needs. Lack of needed resources such as space, technology infrastructure, human resources, finance, and stakeholder support are among major challenges in developing digital scholarship services. The management of existing digital scholarship services is fragmented without a clear policy for developing digital scholarship and supporting services. The study contributes to the existing knowledge by adding substantially to current understanding of the practice of providing digital scholarship services in Vietnam's universities in the transition period, from state control to autonomy, which has not been much addressed in previous research. Furthermore, this study can be a useful reference for higher education institutions in developing countries regarding implementation of digital scholarship services.
