The purpose of this research is to derive and evaluate priorities for critical factors that must be determined before an enterprise adopts a cloud computing service. AHP analysis techniques were used to reflect decisions made by experts as research methods. AHP is a decision-making technique that expresses complex decision-making problems hierarchically and derives the best alternatives through pairwise comparison between the items of the hierarchy. Compared to the existing statistical decision making techniques, the decision making process is systematic and simple, making it easy to understand. In addition, the procedure is also reasonable by providing an indicator to determine the consistency of the decision maker in the analysis process. The analysis results of this research showed that security was the first priority, reliability was the second priority, and economic efficiency was the third priority. Among the factors in the first-priority security items, the access control rights and the safety factors of external threats are the most important factors. Research results can be used as a guideline in future practice, and it is necessary to evaluate, compare and analyze the satisfaction of companies that have adopted cloud computing services in the future.

This study inspected the relationship between the empowerment and the organizational immersion of professionals in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. And this also analyzed the mediating effect of job satisfaction. A survey of 348 professionals working in the 14 facilities of D Metropolitan City and C Province was conducted. The analysis results of this paper are as follows : the professionals' empowerment influenced the organizational immersion positively and the job satisfaction mediated between the two variables. According to the analysis results, several countermeasures were proposed to increase the professionals' organizational immersion. We need to provide decision making rights, various training opportunities, and appropriate supervision to advance their empowerment. To improve their job satisfaction, the education of professional ethics, the activation of successful case presentation, and the management of emotional labor are required.

The copyrights of music in Korea have been placed under the supervision of the associations which the government approved as a trusteeship. Since the industry of music in Korea has been changed from phonographic industry to on-line music service, it is required increasingly that the rights and interests of music should been protected. Korea government has been announced the amendment for levy of music royalties through on-line service according to the changes in the music industry and industries' demand. In this paper, the corporate structures in music industry has been investigated from the point of owner of copyright, recently at the heart of the debate, flat rate system and usage-based pricing in on-line music market has been compared. Consequently, the reasonable prices of music service through on-line market are not earmarked in reality for both consumers and copyright proprietors. This study is based on data ecology theory and takes Chinese local governments' open public data as the research object. Data asset value assessment methods are compared from a new perspective of data business operations. The results show that the assessment model constructed using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) can more objectively reflect the commercial value of government open data assets than the traditional cost, revenue and market methods, has the advantage of a comprehensive assessment of data value index, and better reflects the findings of a comprehensive index of regional data value. The data show that the local government data value assessment index is positively proportional to the region's digital economy development index, highlighting the driving effect on the digital economy. The results of the study provide a good help for the identification of local government data value rights. The research and practice of promoting the construction of data innovation and data business operation models, improving social well-being and promoting the rapid development of the digital economy to achieve data realisation provides a good reference.

Entomopathogenic fungi can be used to control a variety of sucking and chewing insects, with little effect on beneficial insects and natural enemies. Approximately 170 entomopathogenic fungal insecticides have been registered and used worldwide, with the recent focus being on the mode of action and mechanism of insect-fungal interactions. During the initial period of research and development, the industrialization of entomopathogenic fungi focused on the selection of strains with high virulence. However, improvement in productivity, including securing resistance to environmental stressors, is a major issue that needs to be solved. Although conidia are the primary application propagules, efforts are being made to overcome the limitations of blastospores to improve the economic feasibility of the production procedure. Fungal transformation is also being conducted to enhance insecticidal activity, and molecular biology is being used to investigate functions of various genes. In the fungi-based pest management market, global companies are setting up cooperative platforms with specialized biological companies in the form of M&As or partnerships with the aim of implementing a tank-mix strategy by combining chemical pesticides and entomopathogenic fungi. In this regard, understanding insect ecology in the field helps in providing more effective fungal applications in pest management, which can be used complementary to chemicals. In the future, when fungal applications are combined with digital farming technology, above-ground applications to control leaf-dwelling pests will be more effective. Therefore, for practical industrialization, it is necessary to secure clear research data on intellectual property rights.

MPEG-21 defines a digital item as an atomic unit lot creation, delivery and consumption in order to provide an integrated multimedia framework in networked environments. It is expected that MPEG-21 standardization makes it Possible for users to universally access user's preferred contents in their own way they want. In order to achieve this goal, MPEG-21 has standardized the specifications for the Digital Item Declaration (DID). Digital Identification (DII), Rights Expression Language (REL), Right Data Dictionary (RDD) and Digital Item Adaptation (DIA), and is standardizing the specifications for the Digital Item Processing (DIP), Persistent Association Technology (PAT) and Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) tot transparent and secured usage of multimedia. In this paper, we design an MPEG-21 terminal architecture based one the MPEG-21 standard with DID, DIA and DIP, and implement with the MPEG-21 terminal. We make a video summarization service scenario in order to validate ow proposed MPEG-21 terminal for the feasibility to of DID, DIA and DIP. Then we present a series of experimental results that digital items are processed as a specific form after adaptation fit for the characteristics of MPEG-21 terminal and are consumed with interoperability based on a PC and a PDA platform. It is believed that this paper has n important significance in the sense that we, for the first time, implement an MPEG-21 terminal which allows for a video summarization service application in an interoperable way for digital item adaptation and processing nth experimental results.

Due to the limitations of public and private blockchain, several organizations are implementing consortium blockchain systems. In order for an organization to conduct business using blockchain, it must consider 'blockchain governance' factors, such as decision rights, accountability and incentives over on-chain and off-chain, depending on the organization's strategy and objectives. If an organization conducts business without blockchain governance, it cannot achieve its strategy and objectives systematically, effectively and efficiently, and cannot comply with internal external requirements such as the expectations of stakeholders and laws. However, as businesses using consortium blockchain expand, there is no research on consortium blockchain governance. Thus, in this study, the consortium blockchain governance framework, including functions, roles and responsibilities, was developed to help organizations effectively and efficiently conduct business using consortium blockchain. In addition, to review the feasibility of the developed consortium blockchain governance framework, the framework was reviewed through an advisory committee consisting of experts on blockchain and governance over two occasions. As a result of the review, components of the consortium blockchain governance framework, including functions, roles and responsibilities, were considered complete and relevant.

The domestic courier market, large and small companies working in more than 100 leading logistics service market is fully open. Year since 2001 has increased by 10%. 1.3 billion per year in 2011 saying the shipping box, and the market size is about 3 trillion won. However, these courier industry in appearance, but the consumer's personal growth and exposure, exploiting the fears of crime is high. 디지털 기술의 발전으로 인해 원본과 동일한 품질을 가지는 디지털 콘텐츠의 무한한 복제가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 통해 전 세계 어디라도 전파될 수 있다. 이러한 디지털 콘텐츠의 불법복제에 따른 문제를 해결해 줄 수 있는 것이 바로 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이다. 하지만 현재의 DRM은 콘텐츠를 구매하여 License를 받은 최초의 디바이스에서만 사용이 가능하도록 설계 되어 있다. 이러한 방식은 콘텐츠를 구매한 사용자의 권리를 제한하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Home Network와 같은 특정 Domain영역 안에서만 콘텐츠의 사용이 가능한 DRM 시스템을 제안한다.
