생산공장용 무궤도 무인운반차 개발

  • This paper presents a full-digital low-level controller for a robotic material transfer system which has been developed for a computer-integrated manufacturing model plant. Compared to conventional analog or hybrid type controllers in current industrial environments, this controller system has some advantages such as strong noise-immunity, easy control algorithm implementation, etc The servo-controller consists of two modules, a position controller and a DC servo motor driver. The position controller operates position feedback routines by receiving position encoder data and sending control outputs to the driver. The position controller is implemented in a full-digital way using a recently introduced microcontroller. The DC servomotor driver controls speeds and torques. The driver consists of a micro-controller and insulated-gate-bipolar-transistors (IGBT). The micro-controller provides control signals, and the IGBT's amplifies the control signals and sends them to the motor.

지연보상 동기복조방법에 의한 소프트웨어 레졸버-디지털 변환기 (Software-Based Resolver-to-Digital Converter by Synchronous Demodulation Method including Lag Compensator)

  • This paper propose the new demodulation method that can detect resolver signal's peak at the time of position estimation when the position information is required during current controller period. The proposed method is performed in a synchronous demodulation way with exciting signal and also cover a capability which can compensate the lag element of exciting signal caused by the resolver's inductive component and filter circuit. This paper carried out the experiment to investigate the validity and performance of the suggested method by using the test board made up of DSP and demodulation circuit. The test results show that the proposed method is theoretically clear and work completely as expected from making sure of sampling resolver signal's peak at the time of position estimation. In addition, Software position tracking algorithm is executed with the demodulated signals generated by the suggested method and an exact position can be estimated.

  • The subject of this study is to improve the position performance of the linear motion for hybrid type Linear Pulse Motor (HLPM). Generally, there are two applicable methods to ensure precise position control ; a good processing method. This paper is suggested an electrical 125 microstep driving method so as to achieves the excellent control performance, besides the small mechanical manufacture of teeth pitch. The compensation method of digital PI control is apply to step response of stable position control, step error, vibration suppression and the approach to high stability, and the Ziegler-Nichols tuning method is applied to the proper design of control parameter. The proposed control method has been verified by simulation results of the suitable gain and phase margin of bode plot, and from experiment result of step response.

지평선을 이용한 영상기반 위치 추정 방법 및 위치 추정 오차 (A Vision-based Position Estimation Method Using a Horizon)

  • GPS(Global Positioning System) is widely used for the position estimation of an aerial vehicle. However, GPS may not be available due to hostile jamming or strategic reasons. A vision-based position estimation method can be effective if GPS does not work properly. In mountainous areas without any man-made landmark, a horizon is a good feature for estimating the position of an aerial vehicle. In this paper, we present a new method to estimate the position of the aerial vehicle equipped with a forward-looking infrared camera. It is assumed that INS(Inertial Navigation System) provides the attitudes of an aerial vehicle and a camera. The horizon extracted from an infrared image is compared with horizon models generated from DEM(Digital Elevation Map). Because of a narrow field of view of the camera, two images with a different camera view are utilized to estimate a position. The algorithm is tested using real infrared images acquired on the ground. The experimental results show that the method can be used for estimating the position of an aerial vehicle.

  • In this paper, a digital signal processing circuit for Position Sensitive Detectors(PSDs) is introduced to substitute the conventional analog signal processing circuit and to compensate disadvantages of the PSD. In general, the analog circuits have the problems such as noise accumulation, sensitivity for environmental changes, and high cost for manufacturing. Moreover, the intrinsic nonlinearity problem of the PSD makes it hard to measure the position accurately because it is difficult to be overcome the problem by using the conventional analog circuits, which can be solved by using the digital signal processing circuit. The circuit is implemented by using a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).   • Recently, in a field of cadastre, a computerization of cadastral map is in progress with great growth of GSIS field. Also, the needs for the integration of land and building information are widely increasing for integral-management and its application of various land related information. Through a revision of cadastral laws to replace the existing 2D-Cadastre with the 3D-Cadastre, a legal basis to register the position of buildings and facilities is prepared in the governmental or civil fields. This paper presented 3D-Cadastre theory that has been studied on Europe and surveyed building position directly with Totalstation at cadastral control point after choosing pilot test area, Also, the most efficient surveying method of registering building in a cadastral map is presented with comparing and analyzing building position after surveying digital orthophoto and digital map.

  • Magnetic Levitation System(MLS) levitates a steel ball to the desired position in the gravity field using electromagnetic force. MLS consists of light sensor to measure the position of steel ball and an electromagnet to control the position of the ball, that composes a feedback control system. This work does not use a steel ball with constant mass but variable mass steel balls as magnetic levitation targets. Differential equation of electric circuit for electromagnet and motion equation of the movement of steel ball are derived for modeling nonlinear system, that will be linearized at the nominal operating point. We propose a digital control that can levitate a steel ball of which weight is not known for ED-4810 system. Algorithm for estimating ball weight and feedback control are implemented in digital scheme under pentium PC equiped with A/D and D/A converter, ACL-8112, using C-language. Simulation and experimental results are given to show the usefulness of the proposed controller.

  • Human uses level difference and time difference to get space information. Therefore this paper shows that method to presume direction of sound source by time difference and to mark presumed position. The position means direction from geometrical center of sensors to the sound source. To get the time difference of microphones input level, we will be explained about arrangement of microphones which used for the sensor to take the sound signal. It is included distance among the 3 microphones and distance between microphones and sound source. Secondly, input signals are transmitted to CPU througth digital process. CPU is used to DSP(Digital Signal Processor) for manage the signal by real time. Finally, the position of sound source is perceived by an explained algorithm in this paper.

  • 치과용 임플란트는 오랫동안 상실된 치아를 수복 하기 위해서 사용 되어 왔다. 하지만 임플란트를 좋은 위치에 식립하는 것은 매우 어려운 과정이며, 적절하지 못한 위치에 식립된 임플란트는 여러 가지 문제들을 만들 수 있다. 따라서 정확한 위치에 임플란트를 식립하는 것이 임플란트의 전과정중 가장 중요한 단계이다. 디지털 가이드 시스템을 이용한 임플란트는 정확한 위치에 임플란트를 식립하는데 있어서 매우 유용하게 사용되며, 더 기능적이고 심미적인 상부보철물을 만들 수 있게 해준다.
