본 연구는 이용자와의 상호작용을 추구하는 온라인 커뮤니케이션의 대표적인 매체로 간주되고 있는 유에스에이투데이닷컴을 홈페이지디자인과 서비스디자인 측면에서 분석함으로써 중국의 온라인신문들이 나아갈 방향을 찾는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 이를 위해 지면-온라인신문의 통합 뉴스룸 운영을 통해 세계 최고 수준의 혁신적인 디자인과 서비스를 제공하고 있는 유에스에이투데이닷컴을 2016년 5월 23일부터 6월 5일까지 2주 동안 랜덤하게 방문하여 분석하였다. 유에스에이투데이닷컴은 지면신문인 유에스에이 투데이와 일관된 시각 아이덴티티 연계성을 갖고 있다. 그리고 멀티미디어와 가로읽기 방식의 기사, 이용자와 편집자는 물론 이용자간 쌍방향 소통, 이용자와 광고주를 모두 고려한 광고와 직관적인 결제 기능 등 편리하고 유니크한 서비스디자인을 제공하고 있다. 분석 내용을 토대로 중국도 사용자 경험을 고려한 독창적인 디자인을 개발하여 온라인신문의 페이지와 서비스를 개선한다면 콘텐츠는 물론 디자인도 우수한 세계적인 온라인신문으로 자리매김할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Recently, because the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution era, many information and telecommunication services have grown rapidly in the mobile business market. So, companies are based Mobile Apps on user customized services and expanding their services. From the standpoint of the business, to generate revenue, the company needs to maintain the existing current computer environment and develop Mobile Apps to offer convenience in various areas such as finance, admiration, e-commerce and sales support. However, as the number of users increase due to expansion of various Mobile services, security threats that are related to Mobile Apps are increasing and its damage is also increasing. Due to the rapid technological transformation of Mobile devices using the Internet, the level of security threats to Smartphones are rising and getting more advance, so this thesis is structured as follows. In Chapter 2, it will look at the overall trends of Mobile Apps as related research. In Chapter 3, it will discuss various security concerns that related to the latest Mobile Apps and learn about the threatening factors. In Chapter 4, it will compare and analyze the threatening factors. Then it will find and suggest the possible plan. In Chapter 5, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to protect mobile devices from security threats, the environment of operating system which manages the resources and data of Apps needs to be protected. Also, it is important that users to have awareness and check activation FinTech technology security in the process of simple payment with fingerprint or IC card.

일반적으로 채권채무관계에 있어서 채무자가 그 채무를 임의로 이행하지 않는 경우에는 채권자로 하여금 소송의 방법으로 채무자에게 재판상 청구를 할 수 있다. 즉 판결을 통하여 급부를 할 것을 명하였음에도 불구하고 채무자가 그 판결에 불응할 경우 국가의 힘에 의해 강제집행을 할 수 있다. 결국 채무의 이행은 원칙적으로 국가기관에 의해 강제되는 것이다. 그러나 예외적으로 채권으로서 유효하게 성립하였지만, 채무자가 스스로 이행을 하지 않는 경우 국가기관으로부터 보호를 받을 수 없는 경우가 있다. 자연채무가 그렇다. 이 자연채무는 로마법의 엄격한 형식주의적 소구법체계에서 유래하는 것으로서, 모든 채권이 원칙적으로 소구가능성이 있는 것으로 구성되는 근대민법에서의 예외적인 현상이다. 이에 우리나라의 학설은 예외 없이 자연채무라는 개념을 인정하고 있지만, 아직도 자연채무가 어떤 것이고, 어떻게 발생하느냐에 관하여 학자들의 다툼이 있어 본 논문에서 자연채무 개념을 비롯한 효력과 범위에 관하여 재검토를 하고자 한다.

최근 인터넷 뱅킹, 전자결제, 전자상거래, 홈쇼핑, 증권 거래, 민원 업무 등 미션 크리티컬한 비즈니스가 증가함에 따라 무정지 서비스에 대한 요구가 높아지면서, 기존의 단일 데이터베이스에서 클러스터링, 이중화 기법 등에 관한 고가용성 기법에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있다. ALTIBASE$^{TM}$ Log Analyzer(이하 ALA)는 이중화 기법과는 별개로 Active Log를 기반으로 API를 제공하여, 이기종 또는 동일 기종간의 통신 및 확장성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 ALA를 사용하여 고가용성과 고확장성, 실시간 동기화 기능을 모두 만족시킬 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템의 설계를 제시하고 ALA에 대한 성능평가를 하였다.

본 연구는 PPV 서비스 이용자와 비이용자의 두 개 집단으로 나누어 이들의 능동성 정도를 비교하고, PPV 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 능동성 정도가 PPV 이용을 예측할 수 있는지를 발견하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 능동성을 선택적 행동과 참여적 행동의 두 개의 하부개념으로 나누어 측정하였다. PPV 이용집단의 특성을 보면, 이들은 비이용 집단에 비해서 위성방송을 이용하기 위해서 선택적 행동을 많이 하는 사람들이다. 한편 PPV 이용 정도를 가장 많이 예측할 수 있는 능동성 변인은 참여적 행동이었다.

본 논문은 무선랜 공유를 위한 블록체인 시스템 적용 방안을 제안한다. 무선랜은 비인가 대역에서 동작하는 무료 무선 액세스 기술로 현재 폭발적으로 증가하는 무선랜 장치들로 인해 상호 간섭이 가중되고 있다. 또한 무선랜 액세스 장치가 공유되지 않아 개인이나 단체가 무분별하게 무선랜 설치를 하고 있는 것이 큰 문제이다. 최근 블록체인 기술은 이러한 상호 비협력적 시장에서 암호 화폐를 통해 효율적인 협력을 이끌어 낼 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 본 논문에서는 개별 인증기반의 무선랜 접속 방식에서 블록체인 암호 화폐에 기반한 접속 방식을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템에서는 스마트 컨트랙트를 이용하여 웹에서의 사용자 접근이 용이하게 하였으며, 실시간 무선랜 접속을 위해 기존 작업 증명 대신 권한 증명을 구현하였다.

우리는 2001년부터 건설기술정보시스템(Construction Technology Digital Library system, CODIL)을 통해 각종 건설기술관련 원문을 서비스하고 있다. CODIL은 건설기술관련 자료를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 서비스하는 시스템이다. 하지만 매년 DB 확충 요구는 커지고 있으나 이에 필요한 예산은 줄고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 제한된 예산으로 국내 건설기술 원문을 효과적으로 서비스하기 위한 만족도를 조사하였다. 만족도를 계량화된 수치로 표현하기 위해 Tobit 모형을 이용하여 국내 건설기술 원문서비스에 대한 화폐 가치로 추정하였다. Tobit 모형은 비시장재의 가치를 추정하기 위해 사용되는 조건부가치 평가법의 하나로써 편의된 이상치가 지불의사액에 반영되지 않도록 좌변 또는 우변의 한계치를 절삭하여 관측하는 제한종속 변수모형이다. 우리는 312명을 표본대상으로 하여, Tobit 모형을 이용하여 6종의 건설기술관련 원문서비스에 대한 평균, 중앙, 절삭된 지불의사액을 계산하였다. 또한 원문서비스에 대한 지불의사액에 영향을 미치는 통계적으로 유의한 설명변수를 파악하였다. 1건당 원문서비스의 평균가치가 46,530원으로 추정되었다. 본 연구의 의의로는 국내에서 처음으로 건설기술 원문서비스의 가치 추정에 Tobit 모형을 이용하였다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to subdivide trade transaction-centered structure in a logistics/distribution industry system to apply blockchain, to establish and resolve with which types of technology, and to provide policy direction of government institution and technology to apply blockchain in this kind of industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted with previous researches centered on cases applied in various industry sectors on the basis of blockchain technology. Results - General fields of blockchain application include digital contents distribution, IoT platform, e-Commerce, real-estate transaction, decentralized app. development(storage), certification service, smart contract, P2P network infrastructure, publication/storage of public documents, smart voting, money exchange, payment/settlement, banking security platform, actual asset storage, stock transaction and crowd funding. Blockchain is being applied in various fields home and abroad and its application cases can be explained in the banking industry, public sector, e-Commerce, medical industry, distribution and supply chain management, copyright protection. As examined in the blockchain application cases, it is expected to establish blockchain that can secure safety through distributed ledger in trade transaction because blockchain is established and applied in various sectors of industries home and abroad. Parties concerned of trade transaction can secure visibility even in interrupted specific section when they provide it as a base for distributed ledger application in trade and establish trade transaction model by applying blockchain. In case of interrupted specific section by using distributed ledger, blockchain model of trade transaction needs to be formed to make it possible for parties concerned involved in trade transaction to secure visibility and real-time tracking. Additionally, management should be possible from the time of contract until payment, freight transfer to buyers through land, air and maritime transportation. Conclusions - In order to boost blockchain-based logistics/distribution industry, the government, institutionally, needs to back up adding legal plan of shipping, logistics and distribution, reviewing standardization of electronic switching system and coming up with blockchain-based industrial road maps. In addition, the government, technologically, has to support R&D for integration with other high technology, standardization of distribution industry's blockchain technology and manpower training to expand technology development.

본 연구는 생애말기케어에 대한 수혜 자격, 서비스 및 전달유형, 질 관리에 대해 검토하고 생애말기케어 시스템을 위한 서비스 질 관리 방법을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 한국의 보건복지부와 미국의 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services에서 발간한 문헌과 법령을 수혜 대상자, 서비스 종류 및 전달유형, 질 관리에 대해 고찰하고 비교 분석하였다. 한국은 진단명을 기준으로 의료기관에서 입원 기반 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 질 관리는 인력, 시설, 장비에 대한 기준을 만족하는 구조적 영역에서만 이루어지고 있었다. 미국은 한국보다 수혜 대상자에 대한 기준이 넓으며, 민간 독립기관에서 가정기반 서비스를 제공하고 있었다. 질 관리는 기관 지정과 성과지표 모니터링 및 소비자 만족도와 같은 결과를 포함하여 평가해 기관 보상과 연계하고 있었다. 현 연구를 통한 국가간 차이점은 향후 국내의 정책에 반영하여, 보다 발전된 시스템 구축에 방향설정에 기여를 하였다. 따라서, 향후 생애말기케어 시스템의 서비스의 질 관리와 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 국가의 시스템을 지속적으로 연구할 필요가 있고, 이러한 제도 고찰을 통한 국내 시스템을 개선하고 보강하여야 한다.

This article identifies the problems and substantiates the directions for the development of distance learning technologies in the training of personnel. An example of using digital media to create a remote access laboratory is given. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of the organization of distance education. Rapid digitization, economic, political and social changes taking place in Ukraine necessitate the reform of the education system. First of all, it concerns meeting the educational needs of citizens throughout their lives, providing access to educational and professional training for all who have the necessary abilities and adequate training. The most effective solution to the above-mentioned problems is facilitated by distance learning. The article analyzes the essence and methods of distance learning organization, reveals the features of the use of electronic platforms for the organization of this form of education in different countries of the world. The positive characteristics of distance learning are identified, namely: extraterritoriality; savings on transport costs; the interest of modern youth in the use of information tools in everyday life; increase in the number of students; simplicity and accessibility of training; convenient consultation system; democratic relations between the student and the teacher; convenience for organizations in training their employees without interrupting their regular work; low level of payment for distance education compared to traditional education; individual learning pace; new teacher status. Among the negative features of online education, the author refers to the following problems: authentication of users during knowledge verification, calculation of the teacher's methodological load and copyright of educational materials; the high labor intensity of developing high-quality educational content and the high cost of distance learning equipment; the need to provide users with a personal computer and access to the Internet; the need to find and use effective motivation mechanisms for education seekers.
