만화는 종이 매체를 기반으로 출간되는 전형적인 만화형태와 인터넷 환경을 기반으로 서비스되는 만화로 크게 구분할 수 있다. 이는 출판만화와 디지털만화로 명명할 수 있으나 기존의 종이에 인쇄된 내용이 단순히 컴퓨터 모니터를 통해 본다는 출력의 상이함 외에는 디지털의 특징을 부각한 것은 아직 미비한 실정이다. 이에 디지털 콘텐츠의 핵심인 "인터랙티비티"를 적용한 만화 연출을 통해 디지털 코믹의 새로운 가능성을 알아본다.

Through the development of the medium, Sigmund Freud's uncanny element in the Cinemagraphic technique of digital image is analyzed, and the research problem presented through the case and literature data is interpreted. Look for an Uncanned element as seen from. Interpret the theories found in art paintings and human philosophical perspectives through examples in the overlapping cinema graphs of photographs and videos that we have looked at unfamiliarity. It interprets the double surreal image of Cinemagraph through unfamiliar gaze and evaluates new horizon with digital photograph.

In this paper, being different from traditional methods, we design digital protective relay which can be applied to power management and control systems of not only small and medium but also a large scale plants. The digital protective relay was designed with DSP CPU(TMS320C31) to protect and measure more quickly and precisely. We will present test result which it performed according to the standards of Korea Electrical Manufactures Cooperative to prove the faculties of digital protective relay. The test result on the basis of KEMC1120 and IEC60255, show that the operation time error of the digital motor protection relay is improved within ${\pm}5%$.

최근 항공측량분야에서 항공디지털카메라 및 항공레이저측량시스템은 수치정사영상지도 및 수치표고모델제작 등의 지리정보 구축에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공레이저측량시스템인 ALS50-II에 구성된 중형CCD카메라 RCD105의 3차원 위치정확도를 디지털항공사진카메라인 DMC와 비교하였다. 이를 위해 연구지역을 선정하고 항공사진촬영을 실시하였으며, 축적 1:1,000 수치지형도에서 항공삼각측량에 사용할 지상기준점과 수치도화기를 이용해 평면 및 수준정확도 검증에 사용할 검사점을 선점하였다. RCD105와 DMC의 정확도는 항공삼각측량의 결과와 수치도화기를 이용해 검사점과 동일한 지점을 관측한 결과로 평가하였다. 항공삼각측량 결과 RCD105의 X, Y, Z RMSE (Root Mean Square Error)가 DMC보다 각각 2.1배, 2.2배, 1.3배 크게 나타났다. 또한 수치도화기를 이용해 검사점을 관측한 결과 RCD105의 평면 및 수직방향 RMSE가 DMC보다 각각 2.5배, 4.3배 크게 나타났다. RCD105의 정확도가 DMC보다는 떨어지지만, RCD105도 수치지형도 및 정사사진 제작에 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문은 인식론적인 측면에서 디지털 인터페이스의 새로운 가능성을 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 디지털 인터페이스의 역사를 개관함으로써 현재의 인터페이스가 우연적 계기들의 산물임을 밝히고 있다. 그것이 필연적인 결과가 아니라는 사실은 새로운 디지털 인터페이스가 무한히 존재할 수 있음을 암묵적으로 증언한다. 현실의 제한된 인터페이스는 디지털 기술과 디지털 미디어에 대한 제한적 이해로부터 파생하였다. '블랙박스'라는 은유를 통한 이해가 바로 그것이다. 본 논문은 디지털을 일종의 빛으로 보는 사유를 통해 이러한 이해를 극복하고 있다. 빛으로서의 디지털과 디지털 미디어라는 새로운 인식론은 인터페이스 디자인 활동이 차이를 긍정하고 생성하는 창조적 활동으로 나아가야 한다는 윤리학으로 발전한다.

Several studies have investigated the success of ASP from various perspectives. This study, thus, investigated factors affecting ASP effectiveness in various literature relevant ASP and outsourcing. By applying the basic ideas of the IS success model, this study proposes a research model of the factors affecting the success of ASP, in term of internal factors(Top Management Involvement, User Participation, Size of Organization, IS Maturity) and Reliability factors(Transaction Reliability, After-Sale Reliability, System Reliability, Security). The proposed model is expected to provide a guideline to researchers and practitioners extend their understanding of the success factors of the ASP effectiveness.

선박 ICT융합 장비를 개발하여 선박에 탑재하기 위해서는 형식승인이 필수적으로 이루어져야 하며, 이를 위해서는 환경시험과 기능시험이 요구된다. 환경시험은 대상 장비가 선박 및 해상환경에서 동작하기 위해 요구되는 내구성을 만족하는지 시험하는 것을 의미하며, 기능시험은 대상 장비가 국제표준을 준수하여 고유 기능을 정확하게 수행하는지 시험하는 것을 의미한다. 국내 선박 ICT융합 장비에 대한 환경시험 가능 기관은 227여 곳에 달하는 반면, 기능시험 가능 기관은 전무한 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 현재 선박 ICT융합 장비 기능시험 시설을 구축 중에 있으며, 본 논문에서는 우선적으로 추진 중인 선박 디지털 인터페이스 및 항해통신장비의 기능시험 체계의 개발에 관한 내용을 다룬다. 주요 내용은 대상 장비의 기능시험을 단일 테스트 및 통합 테스트의 두 단계로 수행함으로써 시험 결과의 신뢰성을 향상시키는 것으로, 단일 테스트는 대상 장비의 고유 기능이 정상적으로 동작하는지를 확인하는 것이고, 통합 테스트는 정상적으로 다른 항해통신장비와 조화롭게 동작하는지를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 단일 테스트에 요구되는 부가 연동 장비 등의 필수 기능 요소와 통합 테스트에 요구되는 연계 및 확장 요소를 분석한다.

최근 각종사건 수사에 디지털 증거의 효용성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 저장매체가 실생활에 폭넓게 사용됨에 따라 유죄입증이 가능한 결정적 증거가 디지털 형태로 남겨져 있는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하고 있기 때문이다. 현재 세계 각국의 수사기관들은 디지털 증거의 효용성을 극대화하기 위한 노력에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 우리나라에서는 디지털 증거의 신뢰성 보증 모델 등에 관한 연구가 컴퓨터 공학, 형사법학 분야 등을 중심으로 꾸준하게 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 수사기관의 수사기법이 신종 범죄를 쫓아가는 상황에서 수사기관의 입법상, 기법상 공백은 발생할 수 밖에 없는 한계를 겪을 수 밖에 없다. 우리나라는 현재 디지털 증거에 관한 명확한 법규가 마련되어 있지 않고 전문 수사 인력이 부족한 실정으로 디지털 수사의 입법적 흠결 보완과 수사기관의 조직개편 등이 요구되고 있다. 본문에서는 날로 전문화되고 다양화되는 각종 사이버 범죄의 효율적 대응을 위한 핵심적 단서인 디지털 증거를 효율적으로 수사하기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

Together with the emergence of Information and Communications Technology(ICT) and 4th Industrial Revolution, digital content is arising as a front-runner in the knowledge society. 21 century opened up an era of digital and cultural content, which is the industry to generating added values from future industries. This study aims to empirically examine the casual relation between three factors from Organizational Justice Theory Distributive, Procedural, Interactional Justices, and turnover intention through Organizational Immersion. A sample group for the analysis was employees at small/medium-sized digital content businesses with less than 60 workers. 200 questionnaires were distributed to the group for a week from July 22 to 28, 2019. 154 responses were collected and analyzed in this study, after eliminating 4 poor responses. The result of the study on Organizational Justice at digital content businesses showed that, first, Distributive Justice of the employees showed a positive influence on Organizational Immersion. Second, the employees' Procedural Justice showed a positive influence on Organizational Immersion. Third, the employee' Interactional Justice showed a positive influence on Organizational Immersion. Fourth, the employees' Organizational Immersion showed a positive influence on their turnover intention.
