In modern dynamic management environment, there is growing recognition that information & knowledge management systems are essential for CEO's Efficient/effective decision making, As a key component to cope with this current, we suggest the management performance analysis system based on Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The system measures management performance that is considered with both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view, The relationship between management performance and some 80 financial ratios is analyzed, and then important financial ratios are drawn out. In analyzing the relationship, we applied KDD process which includes such as multidimensional cube, OLAP(On -Line Analytic Process), data mining and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data over the 16-years from 1981 to 1996 of Korean automobile industry which is taken from database of KISFAS(Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

In this study, we propose a mathematical model based on the graph theory for the wavelength assignment problem arising in the design of SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) over WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) ring networks. We propose a branch- and -price algorithm to solve the suggested models effectively within reasonable time in realistic SDH over WDM ring networks. By exploiting the structure of ring networks, we developed a polynomial time algorithm for efficient column generation and a branching rule that conserves the structure of column generation. In a computer simulation study, the suggested approach can find the optimal solutions within reasonable time and show better performance than the existing heuristics.

SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) 에 의한 동기식 전송방식은 비동기식 전송장치의 관리특성상의 문제점을 고려하여 일원화된 망관리가 가능하도록 OSI 망관리 기법에 기본을 둔 TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) 접속기능이 CCITT 에 의해 권고되었다. 본 논문은 동기식 전송망의 관리를 위해서 필요한 TMN 과 SMN 구조, OAM 메시지 전달 프로토콜, 메시지구조에 대해 고찰하고 현재 ETRI에서 개발되고 있는 155Mb/s 급 동기식 전송장치에 직접 실장된 Agent, MIB, 그리고 OSI 7Layer 의 구현내용을 기술하였다

The Code of Ethics for Newspaper Advertising in Korea, first implemented in 1976 and subsequently revised in 1976, 1996, and 2021, is a critical regulatory instrument for the country's advertising sector. However, the specialized domain of "advertising ethics," particularly the "code of advertising ethics," remains under-explored. This research addresses this scholarly gap, providing an empirical analysis of the 2021 amendment's revision trajectory. This study employs a robust methodological approach, integrating expert interviews and small-group AHP-based surveys. This approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of the revision needs, referencing existing ethical codes studies, and comparing similar ethics codes nationally and internationally. The research further investigates key challenges such as personal data protection and copyright issues in the rapidly evolving digital media landscape, while preserving the existing code's inherent value. The findings are expected to significantly contribute to the emerging field of advertising ethics in Korea, offering practical implications for future code revisions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential soil loss and hazard zone by the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation(RUSLE) for preservation and management of land resources which is the base of ecosystem, and to grasp the relationship between RUSLE factors in the Nakdong River Basin. All thematic maps used in RUSLE are constructed through GIS and spatial analysis method derived from digital topographic maps, detailed soil maps, land-cover maps, and mean annual precipitation of 30 years collected respectively from National Geographic Information Institute, National Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology, and Ministry of Environment. The slope length of LS-factor that takes much times by the study area's wideness was calculated automatically through AML(Arc Macro Language) program developed by Van Remortel et al.(2001, 2003). The results are as follows; First, according to the soil loss estimation by the RUSLE, it shows that approximately 82% of the study area have relatively lower possibility of soil loss which is the 1 ton/ha in annual soil loss. While, 9.4% ($2,228km^2$) needed intensive and continuous management for soil loss. Because the amount of their annual soil loss was greater than 10 ton/ha that is optimum level suggested by Morgan(1995). For these areas, the author believe that a new approach which can minimize environmental impacts from soil loss through improvement of cultivation process and buffer forest zone should be applied. Second, according to the relationship between the RUSLE factors, topographical(LS-factor) and cover management(C-factor) conditions have a lot of influence on soil loss in case of the Nakdong River Basin. However, because of RUSLE factor's influence that affect to soil loss might be different based on the variety of spatial hierarchy and extent, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate factor's relationship in terms of spatial hierarchy and extent through field observations and further studies.

Newly, the fourth industrial revolution is a way of describing the blurring of boundaries between the physical, digital, and biological worlds. It's a fusion of advances in AI (artificial intelligence), robotics, the IoT (Internet of Things), 3d printing, genetic engineering, quantum computing, and other technologies. At the world economic forum in Davos, switzerland, in january 2016, chairman professor klaus schwab proposed the fourth industrial revolution for the first time. In order to apply the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) analysis method, the first stage factors were designed as Natural, Water, Earth and Atom energy. In addition, the second stage factors were organized into 9 detailed energies presented in the conceptual model. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

Data is indispensable for digital transformation of agriculture with the development of innovative information and communication technology (ICT). In order to devise and prioritize strategies for enhancing data competitiveness in the agricultural sector, we employed an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Drawing from existing research on data competitiveness indicators, we developed a three-tier decision-making structure reflecting unique characteristics of the agricultural sector such as farmers'awareness of the data industry or awareness of agriculture among data workers. AHP survey was administered to experts from both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors with a high understanding of data. The overall composite importance, derived from the respondents, was rated in the following order: 'Employment Support', 'Data Standardization', 'R&D Support', 'Start-up Ecosystem Support', 'Relaxation of Regulations', 'Legislation', and 'Data Analytics and Utilization Technology'. In the case of experts in the agricultural sector, 'Employment Support' was ranked as the top priorities, and 'Legislation', 'Undergrad and Grad Education', and 'In-house Training' were also regarded as highly important. On the other hand, experts in the non-agricultural sector perceived 'Data Standardization' and 'Relaxation of Regulations' as the top two priorities, and 'Data Center' and 'Open Public Data' were also highly rated.

The card-based user interface is one of the easiest navigation methods for smart phones, and many of the contents have recently been exposed as cards. In this paper, we have dealt with the definitions of cards and the components of cards used in smart phones. The card can play multimedia including various images and media, and serves as an entry point into detailed contents through the arrangement of buttons or actions. The card UI had different characteristics depending on the type, if it could be classified into basic type, timeline type, workflow type, and dashboard type. The basic type and the timeline type were not suitable for the hierarchy and order of information, and they were suitable for providing large contents. The workflow type was not significantly different from the amount of content, horizontal content arrangement was possible, and the dashboard type was analyzed to be suitable for providing various data as graph or number.

Unique and variety designs are required in the contemporary society as the design has predominant power. National character and identity of traditional culture support it, and it is far more important to reinterpret, succeed and develop unique traditional beauty as the contemporary continues globalization and informatization. Among the accessories of women in Joseon, hair accessories accounted for the majority, and hair style and hair accessories were developed by their status and social hierarchy. But, due to social norm, they were reserved for luxurious accessories and expressed their aesthetic desire with refined and simple accessories. The current period requires cultural identity. In this sense, this study is expected to give a new awareness of our unique identity, new concept of the traditional culture and spreading beauty of Korea by means of new conceptual accessories that can be connected with the preference of the contemporary with the creation of Korean style image.
